For its price, it was worth the cost and was better than I expected. The ac worked well, and the room was very spacious. Only real complaints were a faint smell of smoke that may just be lingering from years of use and wasnt very quiet. You could easily hear the noise of the neighborhood and a mysterious hum/ring that would arise sporadically. Parking was limited, but many of the spots were taped off for work. They were free before the weekend was over.

Our stay was pretty disappointing. The room wasn't the cleanest, but the biggest issues were the noise and the complete lack of communication from the staff. The guests next door were yelling and being extremely loud well into the night. We tried calling the front desk from our room, but the phone didn't work. I then tried calling from my cell phone multiple times throughout the night, and no one answered. It was after 3 AM before we were finally exhausted enough to fall asleep despite the noise. When we returned from our conference the next evening, we found our cars surrounded by caution tape. No one had called or attempted to notify us. Once again, we tried calling the front desk with no luck. We eventually went to the front office, where we stood waiting for about 20 minutes because no one was there. The attendant finally returned with another gentleman, and there was a strong smell of marijuana. We were told they were doing parking lot maintenance the following morning and that we needed to move our cars by 8 AM, even though there wasn't any additional parking available. Here's the thing: We had absolutely no issue with the parking lot maintenance. Our frustration was that no one bothered to communicate with us. Instead, our cars were taped off, and we had to hunt someone down just to figure out what was happening. Between the lack of cleanliness, the noise that kept us up until after 3 AM, and the inability to reach a single employee when we needed assistance, this

Just an okay motel if you plan on spending a quick night. I wouldn’t stay here more than a day. The rooms were okay, no fridge and the two pillows they gave you were small. The area outside the hotel is sketch.

Don't go there if you are sensitive to cigarette/weed smell. It's quite common in every room. The neighborhood is shabby and far from downtown. Sometimes the people on the top floor are quite noisy. The bed wasn't that comfy.
