O hotel é maravilhoso, conforto, acessibilidade, atendimento excelente de todos os funcionários da recepção que nos deixaram fazer o check-in antes do horário previsto sem custo adicional. Os funcionários da limpeza e do café da manhã muito educados e prestativos. Tem um supermercado quase ao lado do hotel que funcionava ate de madrugada, a localização do hotel era perfeita, próximo do Dubai Mall, e quase em frente ao metro. Estava de carro alugado e o estacionamento do hotel era sem custo. Quando voltar em Dubai me hospedarei nesse hotel novamente.

I was expecting a new hotel which it clearly isn't. Lots of damages and windows have mot been cleaned in a very long time... the Burj Khalifa cannot be seen anymore like the picture in the adverisment. The matrasses are super soft and probably too old. No comfort possible. Overall servic and facilities are say below par of a Double Tree

Je suis déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. En arrivant à 22h j’ai du attendre ma chambre 30 minutes dans le hall. J’avais demandé un étage élevé ou une belle vue, j’ai eu une chambre avec vue sur le parking au second étage…. Le plus décevant, la vue de la piscine est un montage, elle ne correspond absolument pas, un immeuble se situe juste devant la piscine, et donc il n’y a aucune vue sur la ville. L’accès au métro se fait par un chemin de sable, pas pratique avec une valise

Exceptional Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Al Jaddaf, Dubai Our family recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Al Jaddaf in Dubai. Traveling from different parts of the world—two sisters from the UK, one from Canada, and our father from Zimbabwe—we were warmly welcomed and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable, with staff who truly made our stay special. It was evident that the team is a family of individuals from diverse nationalities, working together to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. A special mention goes to Aicha, Ridoy, Bari, Manpreet, and Shristi from the restaurant, who provided excellent service. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Asim, who went above and beyond by preparing oat porridge for our elderly father every single morning with precision, care, and patience. Ich habe am ersten tag 1 stunde auf meinen bett gewartet bis es ankam ,zimmer war winzig klein ,habe mich mehrmals beschwrrt und wollte einen Hotel wechsel ,ich wurde 3 mal abgelehnt trotz unzufriedenheit ,ich kam 1 tag später und ging 1 tag früher trotzdem habe ich die cittysteuer nicht zurückbekommen,insgesammt wahr ich unzufrieden ,es eshat mich sehr enttäuscht, habe zimmer für 2 personen bekommen und wir waren 3,es war immer so eng das sich meine Töchter sich gestritten haben um platz s war dür mich unerholsam.Egal was ich gesagt habe wurde nicht reagiertnichzurückbekommen

We had a comfortable stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf. The rooms were accommodating and well-maintained; the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a multitude of options. It is a bit of a distance away from all the tourist points and activities of Dubai but this is exactly what we were wanted. The area surrounding the hotel was busy with street traffic and construction so not the easiest or most convenient to walk around. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if needed.

I want to share an honest stay about my trip. The hotel has serious problems with organisation. You will not get a reply from them by mail and they cannot help you on the phone. I had a room booked with one large bed specifically, which I paid for. At reception we were told - - Oh, sorry, we don't have rooms, only 2 single beds. - But I'm with my wife and I have a room booked! - We can't help you. The same situation happened to my colleague and a few other people. If you are travelling with someone - consider that your requests will not be fulfilled, even those you have paid for. Other colleagues phoned me in the evening, saying - and we were not found in the system at all! So you can have a situation where you have booked a room and you just don't get checked in, and you have to deal with it for an hour. An hour of your time. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel, maximum 3. This is not my opinion alone, but the opinion of a group of 20 people who had the same problems. Just take this into consideration when booking.

Je suis déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. En arrivant à 22h j’ai du attendre ma chambre 30 minutes dans le hall. J’avais demandé un étage élevé ou une belle vue, j’ai eu une chambre avec vue sur le parking au second étage…. Le plus décevant, la vue de la piscine est un montage, elle ne correspond absolument pas, un immeuble se situe juste devant la piscine, et donc il n’y a aucune vue sur la ville. L’accès au métro se fait par un chemin de sable, pas pratique avec une valise

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing and has a plethora of choices. As well, the hotel is in a great location…20 minutes or less drive to most locations. It was a great choice for my kids and I.

We had a comfortable stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf. The rooms were accommodating and well-maintained; the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a multitude of options. It is a bit of a distance away from all the tourist points and activities of Dubai but this is exactly what we were wanted. The area surrounding the hotel was busy with street traffic and construction so not the easiest or most convenient to walk around. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if needed.

Tolles Hotel, Verkehrs günstig gelegen. Sehr nahe der Metro. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit der Metro zu erreichen. Essen auch sehr lecker. Hotel hat sehr guten Service, nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We arrived around midnight for a long layover before our next flight. The hotel is located in a rather old, unfinished-looking and remote area, far from the modern parts of Dubai. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. Once in our room, we were disturbed by extremely loud guests next door. There was shouting, constant door banging and what sounded like partying, arguing or gambling. I called reception and was told they would take care of it, but nothing changed. The noise continued until around 5 AM, waking us repeatedly whenever we managed to fall asleep. For an airport hotel where travelers primarily need a good night’s rest, this is unacceptable. The room’s temperature control panel was also unbelievably bright and illuminated the room all night. There was no apparent way to switch it off or dim it. After such a poor night, we skipped the breakfast we had booked and left for the airport earlier than planned, where the terminal had better options anyway. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly would not stay here again. It’s disappointing to see the Hilton name attached to such an experience.
