One this I HATE about Bali is taxi drivers don’t take no for an answer and start harassing you once you leave the hotel. The restaurant isn’t worth the prices, there is room service, the pools are not the best and one is only able deep, the AC doesn’t get very cold, the bed was not too soft and not too hard, pillows were horrible, and most of the rooms were blocked off with red tape. Hotel must have a bug problem.

Property was mostly great but there was standing water in the shower behind the door with thick mildew build up and kind of made me queasy. I should’ve said something, but didn’t. It was my first time to Bali and I was staying here before my accommodations were ready. Staff was great, pool was wonderful, and breakfast was good.

Hotel a 2 star at most. Rooms had mould in them. Many rooms have been condemned due to dampness /mould. Stickers and padlocks on doors. Breakfast below par. All food in pans was cold. Eggs were only Hot Food to order. No coffee machine. Would never stay there again. Expedia should Dump Eden Hotel

Dejlig overnatning på stort hotel tæt på lufthavnen. Venligt personale. Dejligt vi kunne nå morgenmaden kl 6:30 inden vi skulle afsted til lufthavnen kl 7:00. Fint udvalg i morgenmadsbuffeten. Dejligt med to pools.0

I'm not sure how this hotel got such a high rating, there are 6 levels and every level has half, if not more of the hotel rooms, red taped over the door, meaning it's unusable, we got 2 rooms side by side as they don't do single rooms that fit a family of 5. Each day when they clean the rooms, they would take 3 towels and replace with 2 towels, even though they knew there were 3 ppl staying in one room, I had to call up everyday for them to bring a 3rd towel. They don't have hand soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands, they said to use the 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash that is in the shower, to wash our hands. We went to the pool for a swim, there were 4 people already in the pool, when I asked for 4 pool towels, they said that they only have 5 and that I have to use my bath towel and then call house keeping to bring new bath towels to the rooms. (How can you only have 5 pool towels when your hotel is servicing more than 5 people?) We got the buffet breakfast as part of our package, they don't serve bacon and the fried rice and pasta always has spice in it, so my kids couldn't eat it, they had a 6 bread toaster which only 3 of them worked, so people are waiting ages to get their toast, the orange juice isn't orange juice, it's watered down cordial. Our room door handle played up, so they moved us from the 3rd floor to the 5th floor, the room they put us in had the WIFI signal on the ceiling which kept beeping every 10 seconds which they couldn't fix. worst hotel to stay

Upon arriving, the hotel looks great, however looks are deceiving. Front reception staff were very friendly. They said we were upgraded due to the hotel being full. Felt rather excited about this. When we walked to our room, every other door is covered by a black liner. Finally get to our room, it looked bright and inviting, however it’s in great need of a paint, repair. Very scuffed up paintwork on walls and closet. The grout in the bathroom was orange/brown, the towels smelt clean, but not one was without stains. The one hand towel we had was frayed. The outdoor balcony ceiling had paint coming off and balconies you looked out to had random rooms with dead plants. Guessing those are the rooms that are covered with a black liner. Location was good as it was close to great dining options. Just a shame as it was our last night in Bali. That being said, the kind staff distract you from the negatives. Would I go back. Doubt it.

“Hotel” looks nothing like the pictures in or outside. The hotel is outdated, rotting, falling apart with certain rooms blocked off with caution tape under construction… Inside the room, the bed sheets & towels had questionable stains, the fridge was not even plugged in and ranked of death, the kettle was covered in stains. We sat in the room for a bit a couldn’t do it, checked out straight away. You would’ve been better off in a bed and breakfast or hostel…

フロント、清掃、バー、レストランなどスタッフの対応は良いです。 部屋は古いためか清潔感はなく浴室にカビあり。 テラスがあるため小蟻の侵入あり。 バスタオルは洗濯時の水質のせいか古いせいか茶色っぽい。フェイスタオルはありません。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉のみなので、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープなどは要持参、または現地購入する羊あります。 シーツ、枕カバーはエコの観点から毎日の交換はなし(言えば変えてくれる) 洗面所の水流、排水は問題なし、シャワーの水圧はあまり強くはないが海外にしては及第点、排水は悪かった。 エアコンは入室時に風量最大の16℃設定にしてもあまり冷えず点検依頼後はまぁOK。 毎日、水2本くれる。 近くにLIPPO Mall、Discovery Mall、コンビニ多数、レストランやWarungも多数あるので便利です。 Bintangビールの小瓶はホテルを右に出て直ぐのAZUKA MARTがRp20,000で最安でした。他店ではRp26,000〜、缶はRp30,000〜です。 日本が安すぎるのか… バリ島はビール高いです。 ビーチまでもDiscovery Mallを通り抜けができるため徒歩5〜7分と便利です。 値段を考えれば良いホテルでした！ 途中1泊だけどUluwatuのBlue Point Resort & Spaに宿泊しましたが景観がバグース！

First of all, there’s only a stool in the room, there's no chair where you can lean back in the room. Secondly, the water in the bathroom, both by the toilet 🚽 area and in the shower 🚿 area, the water doesn't drain at all, because the ground is tilted to wrong angle, therefore the water doesn't drain. Terrible! ☹️ The safety box did not work at first, called the service tech and they fixed it. Bathroom rug always dirty each day (see the pictures). Hotel service is pretty bad. Each night we have to request for two extra shower towels, a hand towel and clean bathroom rug. Also, they did not refill the shampoo/soap for us, so we didn’t have any shampoo nor soap during the 3rd night/4th day. Also, the room request does take a long time for them to deliver items to us. They moved us to another room on the ground floor, however, the room on the ground floor feels a lot more dampened (lembab) than the room on the fifth floor. You can see condensation forming on the AC, and the floor does feel a lot more dampened. And also, for some reason the toilet area on the ground floor smells stinks.

Upon arriving, the hotel looks great, however looks are deceiving. Front reception staff were very friendly. They said we were upgraded due to the hotel being full. Felt rather excited about this. When we walked to our room, every other door is covered by a black liner. Finally get to our room, it looked bright and inviting, however it’s in great need of a paint, repair. Very scuffed up paintwork on walls and closet. The grout in the bathroom was orange/brown, the towels smelt clean, but not one was without stains. The one hand towel we had was frayed. The outdoor balcony ceiling had paint coming off and balconies you looked out to had random rooms with dead plants. Guessing those are the rooms that are covered with a black liner. Location was good as it was close to great dining options. Just a shame as it was our last night in Bali. That being said, the kind staff distract you from the negatives. Would I go back. Doubt it.

I'm not sure how this hotel got such a high rating, there are 6 levels and every level has half, if not more of the hotel rooms, red taped over the door, meaning it's unusable, we got 2 rooms side by side as they don't do single rooms that fit a family of 5. Each day when they clean the rooms, they would take 3 towels and replace with 2 towels, even though they knew there were 3 ppl staying in one room, I had to call up everyday for them to bring a 3rd towel. They don't have hand soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands, they said to use the 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash that is in the shower, to wash our hands. We went to the pool for a swim, there were 4 people already in the pool, when I asked for 4 pool towels, they said that they only have 5 and that I have to use my bath towel and then call house keeping to bring new bath towels to the rooms. (How can you only have 5 pool towels when your hotel is servicing more than 5 people?) We got the buffet breakfast as part of our package, they don't serve bacon and the fried rice and pasta always has spice in it, so my kids couldn't eat it, they had a 6 bread toaster which only 3 of them worked, so people are waiting ages to get their toast, the orange juice isn't orange juice, it's watered down cordial. Our room door handle played up, so they moved us from the 3rd floor to the 5th floor, the room they put us in had the WIFI signal on the ceiling which kept beeping every 10 seconds which they couldn't fix. worst hotel to stay

One this I HATE about Bali is taxi drivers don’t take no for an answer and start harassing you once you leave the hotel. The restaurant isn’t worth the prices, there is room service, the pools are not the best and one is only able deep, the AC doesn’t get very cold, the bed was not too soft and not too hard, pillows were horrible, and most of the rooms were blocked off with red tape. Hotel must have a bug problem.

Property was mostly great but there was standing water in the shower behind the door with thick mildew build up and kind of made me queasy. I should’ve said something, but didn’t. It was my first time to Bali and I was staying here before my accommodations were ready. Staff was great, pool was wonderful, and breakfast was good.

Godt hotel med god beliggenhed. Men vandet i bruseren var iskoldt. Og der var ikke nok tryk på vandet, til at vaske shampoo ud af håret. Det mest positive med hotellet var restauranten, med god balinesisk mad

I'm not sure how this hotel got such a high rating, there are 6 levels and every level has half, if not more of the hotel rooms, red taped over the door, meaning it's unusable, we got 2 rooms side by side as they don't do single rooms that fit a family of 5. Each day when they clean the rooms, they would take 3 towels and replace with 2 towels, even though they knew there were 3 ppl staying in one room, I had to call up everyday for them to bring a 3rd towel. They don't have hand soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands, they said to use the 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash that is in the shower, to wash our hands. We went to the pool for a swim, there were 4 people already in the pool, when I asked for 4 pool towels, they said that they only have 5 and that I have to use my bath towel and then call house keeping to bring new bath towels to the rooms. (How can you only have 5 pool towels when your hotel is servicing more than 5 people?) We got the buffet breakfast as part of our package, they don't serve bacon and the fried rice and pasta always has spice in it, so my kids couldn't eat it, they had a 6 bread toaster which only 3 of them worked, so people are waiting ages to get their toast, the orange juice isn't orange juice, it's watered down cordial. Wanted a hotel night until keys to my villa were ready to collect. Booked Eden as know the area and looked ok on the Hotels website as was v near to airport for a post midnight arrival. Suspected cheap n cheerful as was c£37, but the standards of cleanliness were even lower than I was expecting. Pillows looked as thou cases not been changed, were stained with what looked like drool marks and stank of stale sweat. I slept without! Coffee rings and questionable splashes on surfaces, walls in toilet cubicle and even on the tissue box. The bed was rock hard and the shower hadn’t seen bleach in years - lots of mouldy tiling. The rooms were probably quite stylish once but are now just grubby, scuffed and dated. Looked like they could be hired by the hour(!) Pool and outside areas looked neglected and unkept. This place needs huge investment. Oh, and as I was checking out, another guest (old oriental lady) was complaining they found a live worm in their meal, and that the dining area had a dead rat under the table.. she mentioned ‘very bad hygiene’ .. genuine!

Sadly, the room is run down and has lots of issue. I inspected a few rooms but mostly they have similar issues. Lots of mouldy marks on the wall and cupboard (which they said from spraying but to be honest i am not sure) looks horrible with small kids. I dont want to play around with my kid's health I am very sensitive. Leaking bathroom and peeling walls inside bathroom. I went back and forth to up and down the floors inspected a few rooms with my small kid but pretty much all same until they upgraded my room then it was much better condition however we had cockroaches twice inside bathroom suite. Staffs were okay and helpful though despite the bad experience with the hotel itself. Better looking some other place if you are travelling with family and save the hassles like me wasting time and energy checking the rooms over and over again.

Located 10 min walk from the beach Breakfast made for people from India, not western. We had breakfast included, but went out other places to eat Swimming pool area need to be upgrated. Nice and friendly staff Will chose another hotel next time

The hotel itself was decent and the room was clean enough, but unfortunately the view from the balcony was very disappointing. The balcony overlooked a sewer area, and we saw several large rats running around, which made it unpleasant to sit outside or enjoy the view. The location and basic facilities were okay, but the balcony experience definitely affected our overall stay.
