There wasn't an office, I had to ask someone where the office was. It was in the the Super 8 next door. I checked in, looked at the room, gave them back the room keys and drove home. This place has no redeeming qualities. I know the bedding hasn't been changed for a long time.

I stayed in the Studio One building of this Super 8. The front door - meant to be opened by room cards only - was broken & hung open. The room I was given had cleaning carts storied in front of it for the night, caulk/sealant over the light switch, walls, AC unit. Food crumbs under the bed, hairs on the sheets, sticky tops of cabinets, broken TV. There is no way I could have slept or relaxed. I was given another room down the hall. Trading slightly more cleanliness for a loud, inefficient AC & a missing coffee pot, dusty lights & sheets. I used my camping gear on top of the bed to sleep. Clearly, there are long term tenants staying here - a note on the door without any dates - threatened that management could come in the room and look around. Lights flickered; carpets stained. An embarrassment to Wyndam properties and to management for making anyone live or stay in those conditions. Despite asking multiple times - the staff would not give me a name or contact info for manager.

Brothers two buildings One is for the hotel and one is for extended stays but they use it for the hotel for nightly rentals as well however she got nasty carpet smells very bad and whoever stays in there doesn't get the free breakfast in the morning so the breakfast is cut out for anybody that had that stays in the extended stay building but they still charge the same rate so I wasn't very happy

Checking in to my prepaid room was agonizingly slow. What should have been a 3-5 minute transaction (presenting my photo ID and credit card for incidentals, filling out and signing the form, get key to room) took over 15 minutes. The desk clerk needs to get more comfortable and capable of handling the check-in process.

It was absolutely disgusting. We stayed in the extended stay part and legitimately felt grossed out the entire time. Upon walking in you get straight piss smell, the carpets are clearly soiled, up & down the halls. You get into the room, doesn’t smell as terrible however still gross, soiled carpets, the toilet seat was dirty, stains on the sheets…. It was really gross, would not stay at ever again, and will warn everyone & anyone I know, not to stay there when visiting. It’s like super 8 put this addition to their property and haven’t cleaned it since… washer & dryer didn’t work in the extended stay building either although we could use the super 8 one. Walls were dirty up and down, door handles visibly dirty. Ughhhhhh never angain!!!! The employees were nice & helpful enough, but holy cow was it absolutely disgusting.

Very far off the interstate, so out of the way if you need to get on the road right away the next day. Staff were obviously disgruntled and confused about the reservation due to the single check in point for two different building/businesses, and we had to wait in the lobby for at least 30 minutes as they obviously struggled to navigate their system. We then had to exit the building we checked in at, and walk across a dimly lit parking lot to a building that could almost pass for a B-rated horror movie set. Heavily stained carpets, and lighting that did not work when you initially walk in because you had to walk fully into the room and plug the lamps in yourself. Water pressure when attempting to shower was poor and constantly changing every 30 seconds. The one upside was the bedding looked decent and recently changed, and there was no indications of bedbugs. If it wasn’t past midnight, and we weren’t already so exhausted we probably would have gone elsewhere for the night. Yes, you get was you pay for, but even this was subpar for that standard. Steer clear!

Do not believe the pictures. The bedding was still dirty and had not been changed and the pillows were disgusting. The hallway had a horrendous musty urine odor. The one bed had particle board edging that extended 6 inches out from the front of the bed you kept hitting your feet on. The toilet was broken. The tank would stop filling, then after some water leaked in the bowl it would fill again. It did this all night long. The bathtub was disgusting and the shower curtain was discolored redish pink on the bottom. Not sure if this was because it had not been cleaned or if it was some kind of mold. The bathroom floor under the toilet looked like it had not cleaned. You could not take your shoes off in this room or put anything on the floor. I would highly recommend not staying there. Avoid if at all possible.

Typical super 8 style hotel. Worn out and run down. Had a late check in, which might I add the staff was great. After seeing the condition of the room I didn't want to stay, but because it was a late check in I couldn't get a refund, which I understand that part of it. So we had to stay or eat our money. We slept in our clothes . Rooms are dirty. I mean staff tries to clean them but strains all over in the carpet, stains on the bedspread. Kinda nasty really. Owners should take a bit more pride in their investment.

We needed a place to stay & this place filled that need. But I wouldn’t rush back to stay there, or recommend anyone else do so either. I wouldn’t walk in the carpet without shoes or sandals on; the carpet in the room & hallway is gross.

There were stains everywhere- glad we didn’t have to showers while we were hear cause the shower was yucky. There was trash under the bed and slightly dirty sheets that were quite uncomfortable.

It smells, room was not clean. A man had shaved and hair was all over sink and counter top. Mold all over the bathroom sealing. Carpet so dirty. I’m lucky I had an inhaler with me. I woke up feeling sick because of the air in that room. Town was all booked up and no other rooms left. Staff was nice and gave some off but I have to go through another party because the way I booked.

This property is disgusting. We did not have any other choice as all rooms in town were sold out. We ended up going and buying pillows and blankets so we could sleep on something clean.

I understand that this is an older motel, but they could at least sweep the floors and clean the bathroom. We got a room with a queen size bed, there were only 2 pillows, most places give you 4 almost regardless if it's a queen or king room. No soap, no shampoo and speaking of showers, after a very long day of driving and loading vehicles, I wanted a nice long, hot shower. When I went to turn on the shower, no water, just drip drip. We called the front office and they told us we would have to wait until morning for the maintenance people and they had no other rooms available. We finally called Expedia to try to get a refund and go to another motel, we spoke with Abraham, he was wonderful, we told him about the shower and he called the front desk and told them to come see the shower for themselves so we could get a refund. Which they did and yes, it was broken and we got our refund. Not good customer service and need better cleaning.

The floor was a sticky, nasty mess. There was weird brown gunk on the walls. Squares of loose carpet covered a significant stain on the floor. I kept hearing the sound of neighbors on the other side and the whole place smelled like a college dorm. Never coming back here again.

I understand that this is an older motel, but they could at least sweep the floors and clean the bathroom. We got a room with a queen size bed, there were only 2 pillows, most places give you 4 almost regardless if it's a queen or king room. No soap, no shampoo and speaking of showers, after a very long day of driving and loading vehicles, I wanted a nice long, hot shower. When I went to turn on the shower, no water, just drip drip. We called the front office and they told us we would have to wait until morning for the maintenance people and they had no other rooms available. We finally called Expedia to try to get a refund and go to another motel, we spoke with Abraham, he was wonderful, we told him about the shower and he called the front desk and told them to come see the shower for themselves so we could get a refund. Which they did and yes, it was broken and we got our refund. Not good customer service and need better cleaning.

Checking in to my prepaid room was agonizingly slow. What should have been a 3-5 minute transaction (presenting my photo ID and credit card for incidentals, filling out and signing the form, get key to room) took over 15 minutes. The desk clerk needs to get more comfortable and capable of handling the check-in process.

Typical super 8 style hotel. Worn out and run down. Had a late check in, which might I add the staff was great. After seeing the condition of the room I didn't want to stay, but because it was a late check in I couldn't get a refund, which I understand that part of it. So we had to stay or eat our money. We slept in our clothes . Rooms are dirty. I mean staff tries to clean them but strains all over in the carpet, stains on the bedspread. Kinda nasty really. Owners should take a bit more pride in their investment.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our room smelled so strongly of cat urine, we contemplated sleeping in the car. The bedding and floor were highly stained and the carpet almost felt wet. There was garbage from the previous person, sunflower seeds spit all over the entertainment center and no liner in the trash can but a giant wad of hair and gum. The only good thing about this hotel was the lovely man working the counter who checked us in.

It’s a two story building and the first floor smells like rotten crab, I told staff about it and they were very aware of nasty smell. When I was in my room staff came into my room twice, very disturbing and shocking that they would just walk in. I would never book this place again

Very far off the interstate, so out of the way if you need to get on the road right away the next day. Staff were obviously disgruntled and confused about the reservation due to the single check in point for two different building/businesses, and we had to wait in the lobby for at least 30 minutes as they obviously struggled to navigate their system. We then had to exit the building we checked in at, and walk across a dimly lit parking lot to a building that could almost pass for a B-rated horror movie set. Heavily stained carpets, and lighting that did not work when you initially walk in because you had to walk fully into the room and plug the lamps in yourself. Water pressure when attempting to shower was poor and constantly changing every 30 seconds. The one upside was the bedding looked decent and recently changed, and there was no indications of bedbugs. Steer clear!

Brothers two buildings One is for the hotel and one is for extended stays but they use it for the hotel for nightly rentals as well however she got nasty carpet smells very bad and whoever stays in there doesn't get the free breakfast in the morning so the breakfast is cut out for anybody that had that stays in the extended stay building but they still charge the same rate so I wasn't very happy

The room was not cleaned they didn't even clean the hair off the bathroom counter there was hair on the walls of the shower the ac didn't work no toilet paper but we didn't get bit by anything so that was a plus I would recommend going some where else the breakfast was ok but it's food

The one-star rating is NOT for the hotel. It's for hotels.com, which informed me it had made the reservation. And charged me for it. Without even notifying the hotel, let alone inquiring if they would have a room available. They did not, and would not have even if I had booked the reservation an additional week in advance. Make your reservation through one of the other similar services, or directly with the hotel.

My husband is on Peritoneal Dialysis, we booked the trip AND paid for it back in April 2026 our stay wasn’t til June 2026. We got there, checked in and was informed they had overbooked so they could only give us a one night stay (even though we paid for 4 nights). This was absolutely unacceptable as my husbands dialysis takes power to plug in the machine that saves his kidneys and it is an overnight process that takes 8-9 hrs Even though they knew this they said we had to check out the next morning Missoula was completely full in every hotel, motel, etc as there was two concerts going on, pride weekend, a big dog event and a marathon They left us without lodging. I do NOT recommend Super 8 or Studio 1 at all. Horrible, uncaring staff and manager, very disrespectful and unprofessional, did not care if a person needed medical attention at all! Stay clear of these places (they work directly with each other).
