Big Apple is Bad news Dirty,Mosquitoes eat you alive No WiFi they will lie about the WiFi NO FOOD, I mean no food at all. Totally rundown, no glass in the window to my room. Toilet does not work, no water in the face basin Dangerously exposed electrical cables Broken smoke alarm No shower head on shower Lots of mess in the pool They promised free shuttle to the airport but the driver will still charge you $3000 when dropped off although the fair is $2000 on chartered taxi and $150 on route taxis. You won’t see professionally looking staff just two men smoking mariwana. SOMEONE TRIED TO ENTER MY ROOM AT 2AM THANKFULLY MY DOOR WAS LOCKED. I didn’t sleep after that The decision is your but you’ve been warned.

Door to room was damaged. TV/WIFI did not work. No means of obtaining food or beverages on the property. Bathroom toilet seat pitted and rusty looking. No shower head in shower. Electical sockets damaged; half of them didn't work. The whole place was run down; in disrepair. Next time will stay at the HOTEL GRAND A VIEW, across the street.

This property is at a great location but it just need some TLC. The staffing is not great and they have no amenities. No security and you park at your own risk.

There were so many problems, its difficult to know where to start. The entire property was filthy. Our rooms were never cleaned. We never recieved clean linen in the 6 days of our stay. I received two towels (stained) on day 1 and no other. Garbage was never removed. There are NO dining facilities. Not even coffee, tea or water. Pool was not clean. Bathroom had a leak on the floor that was never attended to. No one could answer any questions. Sunday apparently was party night. Loud Music until 4am. It was eventually turned off by the police. I did not sleep fot 5 days. I would never visit again.

Check in was smooth and they provided options of available rooms to choose from. The place was very run down but the view was nice and there was a pac man machine in the room which my 8 year old liked. There was no fridge, no microwave, no kettle or coffee pot, no bottled water in the room or at the front desk, and soap provided was labeled as laundry soap. The only part of the room that appeared clean were the sheets thankfully.

This is soooo old fashion, dirty,nasty, no hot water no towels, this is not a hotel, don’t know what to call it?? The only thing is the view of the strip and airport wasn’t too bad,otherwise I wouldn’t go back there not even for free ..this place is horrible.I paid for a king size bed and they gave me a full bed,, nasty and creepy.the pooi needs to clean

The rooms were very very old and dirty. The sheets and pillow case had stains, couldn't connect to wifi, slippes on watee on the front porch. And no hot water. ,i can go on and on

The owner of this property should be ashamed. This place is outdated, dirty and has a damp and haunted atmosphere. I feel it mostly for the employees, they can only do with what they are given.

This has been my worse experience ever and I have been traveling for at least 30 years all over the world. The hotel was dirty. We never received clean linen. The furniture was broken. The bathroom leaked and had broken tiles. There was no dining services, not even coffee. There was a party under our room for 8 hrs. It didnt stop until 4am, after police intervention. There was nothing to recommend it except for the exceptional view and central location.

The room where I stayed in had a broken window where someone could come through it, there was lots of mosquitoes coming through it that bite my son it wasn’t worth my £75 for the night I would never go there again also there was no hot water and internet in the place

Let's start with the greeting. Don't want to mention that the airlines lost my luggage but it is what it is. Chris and Face helped me to obtain clothes and toiletries due to the fact i had nothing. They made me feel safe and comfortable. The rating chart is too low if i could i wold give them 10 stars. This nice quiet family owned resort is kind and compassionate They make you feel like you're apart of their family. Thabk you for you kindness.

My daughter and I traveled a day early and although it was a last minute booking we enjoyed our stay. Major and the ladies at the hotel were very friendly and kind. Peppers Restaurant was the best recommendation that we could have ever asked for.

For someone traveling on my own, it was a great place to stay that was affordable while being very close in between downtown and the sangster airport. It would be a better rating if the loud music was turned off. Only reason Im saying this is if a family with children would ever arrive. Other than that good place.

This property is at a great location but it just need some TLC. The staffing is not great and they have no amenities. No security and you park at your own risk.

Great view from balcony! No food on site but excellent recommendation with Peppers restaurant walking distance block away. Air conditioner was working but did without nevertheless.

This has been my worse experience ever and I have been traveling for at least 30 years all over the world. The hotel was dirty. We never received clean linen. The furniture was broken. The bathroom leaked and had broken tiles. There was no dining services, not even coffee. There was a party under our room for 8 hrs. It didnt stop until 4am, after police intervention. There was nothing to recommend it except for the exceptional view and central location.

Big Apple is Bad news Dirty,Mosquitoes eat you alive No WiFi they will lie about the WiFi NO FOOD, I mean no food at all. Totally rundown, no glass in the window to my room. Toilet does not work, no water in the face basin Dangerously exposed electrical cables Broken smoke alarm No shower head on shower Lots of mess in the pool They promised free shuttle to the airport but the driver will still charge you $3000 when dropped off although the fair is $2000 on chartered taxi and $150 on route taxis. You won’t see professionally looking staff just two men smoking mariwana. SOMEONE TRIED TO ENTER MY ROOM AT 2AM THANKFULLY MY DOOR WAS LOCKED. I didn’t sleep after that The decision is your but you’ve been warned.

Door to room was damaged. TV/WIFI did not work. No means of obtaining food or beverages on the property. Bathroom toilet seat pitted and rusty looking. No shower head in shower. Electical sockets damaged; half of them didn't work. The whole place was run down; in disrepair. Next time will stay at the HOTEL GRAND A VIEW, across the street.

There were so many problems, its difficult to know where to start. The entire property was filthy. Our rooms were never cleaned. We never recieved clean linen in the 6 days of our stay. I received two towels (stained) on day 1 and no other. Garbage was never removed. There are NO dining facilities. Not even coffee, tea or water. Pool was not clean. Bathroom had a leak on the floor that was never attended to. No one could answer any questions. Sunday apparently was party night. Loud Music until 4am. It was eventually turned off by the police. I did not sleep fot 5 days. I would never visit again.

Check in was smooth and they provided options of available rooms to choose from. The place was very run down but the view was nice and there was a pac man machine in the room which my 8 year old liked. There was no fridge, no microwave, no kettle or coffee pot, no bottled water in the room or at the front desk, and soap provided was labeled as laundry soap. The only part of the room that appeared clean were the sheets thankfully.

I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property.

The rooms very uncomfortable, the bathrooms discussing, roaches in the bathroom and sink and toilet terrible, we stay because if we call you guys won’t do anything to fix it or look us for another hotel and if we didn’t stay will be losing my money due to a difficulty of the believes , we just went strait to sleep and use our t-shirts to be able to put our heads on the pillows. . They don’t even check us in or out because the internet issues, so I don’t know how the made business, how they new we have a reservation with out even asking our names, sorry I didn’t respond before because I was very upset with the issue. Thank you
