Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage. Shuttle zum Flughafen kostet, leider wurde uns das nicht gesagt als wir uns über den Fahrplan erkundigt haben. S-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, 1 stopp entfernt vom Flughafen. Es gibt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Würden das Hotel auf jedenfall wieder buchen.

Nice stay with shuttle to airport (not included, cost for us was 6eur per person...have to schedule at time of check in). We only stayed one night but if we were to stay more it was nice to have the kitchen area.

Graeat place to stay at the airport. Onsite parking garage that is 24 euros per day.

Very small, hot fitness room and had to pay for transfer to airport that staff did not inform me when I asked about the transfer. Also need to pay for breakfast. Bed was squeaky and not a lot of support.

我们在这了里一共住了四晚，很舒服很方便，有全套厨房用具，走路两分钟就是超市，买了香肠等食物回来加热吃，很方便。去Gateway Garden 地铁站走路五分钟。地下室有洗衣房。下次来还可以住在这里。很适合带孩子的家庭出行。

very long wait for airport shuttle

Gross. Room 520 had bed bugs. I woke up and food a blood line on the sheets. I thought that the sheets had not been cleaned. 24h later, i am full of bed bug bites on my face, neck, shoulders and legs. Thia is gross. I stayed in June at that hotel with no issues

Erstes Zimmer roch stark nach Schimmel inkl. Wasserschaden an der Wand, Ersatzzimmer war nicht für die gebuchte Personenanzahl vorbereitet, Geschirr teilweise nicht richtig sauber

I sleep for only one night. The most unconfortable thing is there are some long hairs on my bed. As a guy with very short hairs, I believe this is not come from me. Which means nobody clean the bed for next people moving in.

The aparthotel is a great place to stay at for many reasons. It is very clean & modern. The staff is friendly & helpful. They allowed us early check as the room was ready (we called o check) & to store our luggage for a few hours as we went downtown before our afternoon flight. It is a short walk to the station where the train ride to the airport is just under 10 minutes & about 20 mins to downtown. The grocery store & restaurants are a stone-throw away. Also, having a kitchenette in the bedroom with clean utensils & appliances was a huge plus. Would love to stay here again If we are in the area.

Stayed one night. Very clean and comfortable.

There were a lot of bugs that looked like mites on the bed.

My main complaint is that my room was apparently infested with bed bugs.

Friendly staff. We had a room for three people, which was unfortunately too small and cramped. The sofa bed was an armchair bed and very uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was basically good, but the cheese was empty and was not replenished. The location is convenient near the airport but does not invite you to stay any longer.

Apartment had separated bedroom from living and kitchen area. Nice walk-in shower with rain head and hand held. Modern decor

place was ok. room was very small, no real chairs and another set of towels would have been ok.

Brilliant location for airport and Deutsche Park Stadium just one stop either way. All the basics such as iron and board are covered in the room for a comfortable stay. Small kitchen and coffee & tea supplied too. Will definitely stay again.

Great for an overnight stay before or after a flight. The room was a bit on the small side but comfortable and well-equipped.

The staff was nice, the rooms were in good shape. The bathroom was a little small. But the big negative is the AC didn’t work. Couldn’t get the room cool. We ended up just leaving the window open and dealing with all the car and airplane noise.

No A/C, very hot for June and July without air conditioning!

En soi l'hôtel est bien, il est neuf, sent bon, la literie est confortable et il est idéalement situé à côté de l'aéroport, raison principale de notre choix. Mais par contre, les pas des gens résonnent très fort dans les chambres autour, ce qui n'est pas très pratique lorsqu'on se couche tôt pour prendre un vol très tôt. Et savoir que nos pas résonnent forcément tout aussi fort, lorsqu'on se lève à 3h du matin, ne l'est pas non plus ! Vraiment le seul bémol, sinon il était bien.

leider völlig enttäuscht, ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben so lange anstehen müssten. 2x 1,5 Stunden 3 Stunden für einen Checkin, der eh schon vorab bezahlt wurde. Wir hatten eine Betriebs-Veranstaltung es waren wirklich lange Schlangen zum einchecken. Doch es dauerte dazu ewig. Uns wurde am Telefon vorab gesagt, wenn wir eher einchecken wollen, können sie im Hotel nach fragen, nach da 1,5 Stunden in der Schlange warten, wurde uns gesagt, es sind keine Zimmer frei. Nur unter einem Aufpreis von 35 Euro. Hätten sie was machen können. Nach der Veranstaltung 00:30 Uhr war immer noch eine lange Schlange und wir standen weitere 1,5 Stunde in der Schlange. Es ging einfach nichts voran. So lange habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie in einem Hotel zum Checkin gewartet. Parken, Vorsicht! Abzocke!! Wer sein Auto in die Tiefgarage fährt! Das System erkennt dein Kennzeichen und du hast 20 min Zeit an einem Automaten, den man nicht als Parkautomat erkennt, das Ticket zum parken zu lösen. Wer das vergisst, bezahlt zum Tagessatz von 23 Euro noch eine Vertragsstrafe von ab 40 Euro drauf! Weil man es (wegen der langen Schlange uns nicht kommuniziert hat) und die vielen Warnschilder in der Tiefgarage wurden von unserem Fahrer(polnisch) nicht gelesen. Da wir vor dem Hotel schon ausgestiegen sind. Der Automat war nicht als Parkticketautomat gekennzeichnet. Also echte Abzocke. Die an der Rezeption meinte, die gehören nicht zum Hotel sondern müssen separat bezahlt/und danach geklärt werden.

Check-in Personal war sehr langsam und kein Bock auf ihre Arbeit.

a paid house keeping servive was requested: for 8 th feb sunday. did not happen, reminder again 9 th: did not happen. there is proof of all this in their whats app support chat. the response of the front desk reception when asked about all this was not very encouarging.

At 8:20 in the morning. someone opend the door to my room and went in. nobody knocked and its early in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to ppl traveling alone. The room was ok. prize of the room was good and nearby is awesome italian restaurant

Staff was amazingly kind and courteous. Wonderful rooms and convenient to the airport for an early flight.

I have stayed there 3 times and was never disappointed. Staff is very helpful.

Great location for those who are resting between flights. Super close to the airport and very close walking distance to catch the local subway system into the city.

Apart hotel localizado próximo ao aeroporto de Frankfurt. Quartos limpos, com cozinha completa. Café da manhã e estacionamento não estão inclusos na diária. Possui um Rewe e restaurantes nas proximidades. Não possui transfer para o aeroporto.

Nahe am Flughafen, leider sehr laut wenn man nachts mit geöffneten Fenster schlafen möchte, da es direkt neben der Autobahn liegt.

Overall the place was really clean and was great for one night before flying out. The rooms were a little small and the accommodation is great if you want to be near Frankfurt airport as it is far from the city center.

Close to airport but you still need a shuttle to get there since its not really well connected. Hotel is good though. Friendly staff and rooms clean and comfortable

Our stay at the staycity was perfect. It was a nice little area with groceries and restaurants to eat at before catching a flight in Frankfurt.

The room was functional and well-maintained. A great option if you need to stay near the airport. It’s faster to walk to Terminal 2 than to take a shuttle bus.

Keine 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn zu Fuß. Sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer mit super Ausstattung.

Had an early flight the next day, this hotel is convenient as it has a shuttle to & from the airport. The only surprised I had was I have to pay for the shuttle to the airport the next day. The breakfast was perfect. The ambiance of the place is nice.

We booked this hotel at the last minute after an issue with another reservation and it was a blessing in disguise. The hotel is was clean the food at the restaurant was excellent and very well priced. We slept perfectly and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend.

We had a long layover and this hotel was very convenient and close to the airport. Staff were super friendly and we grabbed a bite to eat there since it was so late. Great pizza! Would definitely stay again.
