My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.

Pour un 5 étoiles, dit Palace quelle déception ! Heureusement que Roulla, a la réception à été là pour relever le niveau ainsi que le bagagiste adorable, qui vous accueillent avec une citronnade bien fraiche! Roulla était très bien, vraiment ! Par contre au bar de la piscine, Daniella infecte, qui vous parle mal, agressive en plus, nous avons été choqués. Et 4€ le café servi dans un verre en plastique si ce n’est pas se moquer du monde ! Bref… Dommage car l’hôtel est plutôt une belle structure avec plusieurs piscine et de nombreux transats de quoi s’y installer tranquillement et la plage au bout avec un accès privé. Les chambres par contre vieillissantes, décoration passée des années 80, une salle de bain pas moderne, avec une toute petite baignoire son vieux rideau de douche tout collant. Le buffet pour dîner à 24€ par personne, est trop cher pour la qualité qui fait très club des tours opérateurs. Le petit déjeuner qui se terminait à 10:30 et à 10:20 ils ramassent déjà tout, et si vous leur faites la remarque ils lèvent les yeux au ciel en vous dévisagent. Non vraiment supers déçus !
