Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Waukegan/Gurnee by IHG

We needed an accessible room. It was well-designed with adequate space, a roll-in shower, and a lounge chair that was easy to position in the room. A staff member said the property in 18 years old, but has been well-maintained. The breakfast area has plenty of room to move around and food was fresh and hot. Definitely would choose again.

Yes clean - staff very nice and friendly

We had a good nights rest, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, we liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave as well as a little sink and a keurig for coffee. We did not have breakfast here, but I am sure it would have been good. The staff was very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Love the variety they have for breakfast.

The stay was OK. The refrigerator in the room was broken when we got to the room and it was water all over the floor. Other than that, everything was OK.
