We had a fantastic vacation on Captiva & this house was perfect for our big family. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the large front porch and also the back porch overlooking the great pool. The pool is large and it starts to get shade by mid afternoon. With easy, short walk access to the beach, Mucky Duck and other restaurants along Andy Rosse- it's really easy to relax. Walkable to about anyplace you need to go.

Beautiful place to stay in a wonderful location. Easy access to restaurants and the Island Store for anything you might have forgotten.

Had difficulty with the management company.The first night we arrived late and the door code didn't work. Talked with a nice lady who got us in remotely.The next day, the management company said they would fix it and when I came back midday, I still couldn't access the house via the key pad. Called the management company and spoke with a rude individual who said my reservation did not start till 4. I paid full price for the extra night and some how they didn't document that and have the house ready for my arrival.

Home was very clean and spacious!Pool wasn’t heating but host had pool company come and fix it.Great location to the beach and amenities!!

Wonderful home. Very usable. Great pool and beach access. We slept 7 adults and two kids very comfortably.
