Perfect location for a few days touring local plantations. Beautiful well kept grounds with so many shaded sitting areas tucked away to relax and enjoy the property. My cottage was roomy, well appointed, comfortable and as a solo female traveler I felt safe. I am so glad I opted to stay here for my 3 nights in this area - it made for the perfect trip. A full breakfast each morning in addition to a great restaurant on property - so convenient for long days of sightseeing. One criticism breakfast cafe staff could be a little more friendly / helpful. Same experience each morning. Outside of that I experienced nothing but excellent service on property.

The sleeping accommodation was spacious, clean and inviting. Latil’s Landing was delicious and a delightful experience. The breakfast biscuits are to die for! The grounds were beautiful and the wildlife most entertaining!

Clean room, excellent dining options. Very had working furry employees. Private patio not so private. Bring ear plugs if affexted by barge horn or train noise
