This was my 2nd stay at this location. Room was in a high traffic area, so not as quiet. You need to have cash if you plan to use laundry (even to get quarters), so that was a slight inconvenience. Still looked to book again, but room prices shot up significantly in a day since I left.

Room was pretty clean, only thing I did not like was that the maids came in our room when we weren’t there, they said to change the bed sheets even though I had do not disturb on the door. It was only my daughter and I staying for two nights, why would we need our sheets changed? I didn’t notice anything missing but kind of felt violated a little. They left a note and said since we had personal belongings on the bed they could not change the sheets or make the bed. Other than that, nice place, pretty good staff, pool had to much chlorine. I did enjoy our stay!

Room was fantastic but the amenities failed. Maintenance decided to close the pool on Friday/Saturday of all days for cleaning! Really, couldn’t they have done this on slower days like Monday/Tuesday!?! 3 kids were not happy. That was a miss Marriot.

This hotel could be great if upkept better. First they accidentally put me in a room that wasnt cleaned, bedding was on the floor and trash was piled up in the kitchen so i had to call down to the front tell them.... they had myself and my luggage come down 4 floors back to the front only to go right back up and put me in the room next door to it. Breakfast once again could be great but its not upkept much... packaged food like jimmy dean sandwiches in the warm tables, and the sausage looked like it was steam cooked. Not browned at all. Last but not least i stayed there 3 nights after the first night i asked the feont desk if we got house keeping she said no, not unless you request it they usually only clean between stays, well while I was at my work event someone went into the room anyways did bring new towels which was nice but left a note stating they couldnt make the beds because i had a few clothing items on it. No hot tub. Pool area didnt have towels we had to ask for some and there was wads of hair floating in the pool so we did not swim but a few seconds.

Loved the big room & nice pool & lobby & pet friendly clean hotel. The location was a bit remote. In the side lot of a store (Lowe’s) parking lot. But it was quiet & felt safe. There was another hotel right across the small parking lot that had a bar & restaurant in it. So we walked over there for dinner & drinks. Super convenient & no car needed. There really wasn’t any other restaurants close by, so that saved us after a long day of driving. Nice rooms-kitchen, counter island w/stools, couch, desk & roomy vanity area.

The interior of the hotel needs renovations. It looks new on the outside, but worn down on the interior. The room was surface cleaned but needs deep cleaning. The carpet and “wood” flooring in the hallway is worn. The hallway smelled like vomit. A few hours after we checked out, found an unexplained $20 charge on my credit card. Very disappointing. I would not stay there again.

A 2-bedroom suite with 2 full bathrooms. Everything was incredibly clean, well-kept and well-stocked. Breakfast the next day was good, and the staff were welcoming and pleasant. This was easily the best hotel we stayed at on our 5-night road trip.

Room was very Clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was convenient but ice maker in freezer did not work. Ice was available just down the hall so not really an issue. Open floor plan of studio was nice. Large TV swiveled easily so you could watch from bed or the sofa. I would return again.

The staff was wonderful and the place was exceptionally clean. We stayed for our wedding in a King Suite and It was one of the best parts of our wedding. All of our guests raved about the hotel! The room we got for the price we paid blew our mind. Hope to have a reason to stay here again soon.

The shower had nothing to stop water from going all over the floor. The drain was outside of the shower halfway to the toilet. So if you went to poop while you're waiting for the shower to get warm, you'd be standing or your feet would be in 2 inches of water while you to do your business. It's so unbelievable. I took a video to send to Marriot.

Room was very Clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was convenient but ice maker in freezer did not work. Ice was available just down the hall so not really an issue. Front desk staff (and housekeeping) were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our three year old is visually impaired and has some other health problems, and the staff simply made sure we had all we needed to take care of him and have a worry-free stay

The property was convenient and the service was excellent. We had the opportunity to meet Sara the front desk representative. We had issues with our booking through Expedia but Sara handled it like a pro. She was very polite, courteous and easy to work with. Overall all the staff we encountered were awesome! The room was excellent although the curtains had a coffee stain on them and the water was cold. I figured out the vanity and tub faucets must be turned on at together and the water heats up fast! I will definitely stay again!

We booked a King Suite. The receptionist told me they over booked and had no more King Suites. We stayed in the unit they had because we traveling for a funeral and didn’t really have time to look for another hotel. We travel quite a bit and never had this problem

Worst customer service ever ! The girl running the front desk was absolutely horrific! Had a freiend there hanging out with her the whole shift ! Playing on her phone , went Mia for about 30-40 mins . Asked for towels because the pool was out and she huffed and rolled her eyes! Just overall garbage!

Front desk worker on Thursday when we checked in was more focused on her co worker telling her something or her needing to talk to him instead of greeting me and getting me checked in right away, after a long drive from Wisconsin just wanted quick and easy check in service and it definitely wasn't given, I was an after thought or secondary to her in that moment needing to talk to her coworker about whatever it was.

We drove over 4 hours to stay here to visit family only to find out that this was one of the most disappointing stays ever! First night found out they over booked and had to get different rooms. That same evening the room above us was playing music loud at 2:30 AM! We ignored that. It 2nd night same thing with loud dance music waking up entire family at 2:30-3:00 AM I had to call and go down to the front desk to get the staff to tell this horrible inconsiderate person to stop! We should get a full refund as no one slept for two nights

Everything was fantastic. The room was clean, new looking and very comfortable. The front desk folks and breakfast was all fantastic also. I had a small problem with check-in but that was more due to a problem with Hotels.com/Expedia on the booking side of the room.

it’s was very nice and clean and the service was wonderful. The breakfast was very limited when we went for breakfast, while the coffee was gone and empty. We tried to make tea but the water was cold and no hot water. The breakfast was really disappointing and the next morning was the same situation.
