Huset var ok. Der var lige nogle ting der skulle fixes, så ville huset være helt perfekt. Master sengen var alt for blød, man sank ned i den, så man fik ondt i ryggen for der var ingen støtte. så skifte den til medium hård vil passe tænker jeg. Pool motoren der renset vandet virke ikke, så det var lidt surt, ellers var huset ok. God information fra udlejer med mange regler man lige skal huske at sætte sig ind i. Området var stille og ikke langt fra indkøbs muligheder. Så hvis vi kommer tilbage til orlando er det et hus vi gerne vil bo i igen

Fantastic location on a quiet and safe development. Unfortunately, the property was grubby and could do with a big refresh and the layout wasn’t suitable for multiple families due to only 2 of the 3 bathrooms having baths (one of those bathrooms only suitable for one person) and only one with a full shower. One bathroom was toilet only. Property was highly priced given condition and layout, though was clean. Encountered a severe leak mid stay which soaked the carpet and had water coming through the ceiling. Property management failed to attend the property and inspect, instead opting to send out individual engineers who attended over multiple days and still failed to resolve the overall issue. Ruined 7days of my vacation and left me with 2 (out of 4 rooms) unusable and one bathroom also unusable. Was forced to repeatably clean the downstairs due to leak coming through the ceiling and lay towels on the carpet or faced soaked feet. Walking in contaminated water for 7days which property management refused to resolve. Consistently told someone would ‘visit tomorrow’ and let down 5 days in a row. Avoid using this property management company, unfortunately they have a basic understanding of how to deal with incidents and left me to project manage the fix and become a part time cleaner - just want you want when on vacation, right? Any form of refund refused by the property after leaving my family living in this condition for 7days.

Well presented property. Served our purpose. It’s in a very quiet and safe feeling place.

Property was cool and up to date but we had roaches And I didn’t like tht you had to pay each day to get the pool heated 45 plus tax and u had to get it for a minimum of 3 days smh a/c wasn’t working good at first just lil nic nacks I feel could have been takin care of once we complained bout roaches thy came and sprayed and u didn’t see anymore but needs to work on things like tht but nice house overall
