Check in, parking valet, additional requests handeled quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Glass liter decanters provided to fill with water from filter dispensers in hallway. Ski valet service quick and easy. Bed very comfortable and sheets soft. Only thing is the pine scented lotion was too strong and made me sneeze.

Perfect stay for our short ski trip. Yes it is expensive but you do not have to drive, you do not have to carry your or kids’ ski gear and you are less than 30 second walk to the slopes. Do not forget your swimsuit as they have a heated pool. There is a nice gym and a more than decent restaurant on site.

A special experience being able to stay at The Blake while taking advantage of everything the Toas Ski Valley has to offer. Clean, modern rooms. Gym and pool / hot tub area very nice. Staff very friendly. On site ski services are amazing as well.

We didn’t realize when we booked a room at the Blake is pet friendly- all of the rooms. Which is great unless you are super allergic to cats and dogs. There was dog hair on the sofa and clearly dander in the air. We were miserable. They did hunt for a different room for us that had much less dog hair and had been longer since a dog had stayed. It was better, however we were still uncomfortable in the new room. Apart from the pet friendly issues piece- it would have been a nice place to stay.

This was our second time staying at The Blake. Everyone is so incredibly nice. The only thing I dislike is that because we say "you don't have to change our linens everyday" housekeeping never sets foot in the room.

This Resort is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Fabulous location in the heart of Taos Ski Valley Village at base of a 12,000 ‘ Mountain with many mountain hiking trails. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One bedroom suite was clean and well appointed. Will return soon.

Our recent stay at the Blake in Taos Ski Valley was nothing short of exceptional. Kudos to the whole team for their amazing service and hospitality. We arrived very early and while our room wasn’t quite ready, they brought us directly to the ski valet so we could get right on the mountain. I can’t emphasize how amazing the staff was. The room was incredible and had a balcony with a beautiful Mountain View. I’m pretty sure we reserved most basic room and it went above our expectations. It was huge with a giant bathroom, sitting area, and closet. The most important thing for me was that the room was quiet and it sure was. It almost seemed soundproofed and we heard no noise from above us or surrounding rooms. We slept great and it was a luxury to be ski-in and out. I loved the small touches like the water pitchers in the rooms and the water bottle fillers in the hallway. There are a couple of awesome hot tubs and a great sized gym. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will look forward to staying here again. Thank you so much for making my 30th birthday trip so incredible.

Stayed here for 2 nights in July. Beautiful hotel- can only imagine with all the snow! However, summer was lovely- crisp air, spacious hotel room, super large bathroom. Short drive to great hiking trails. Hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Service was great! It is pricey but that was expected. My biggest complaint is they don't want to except cash; I understand the inconvenience of cash, but IT IS LEGAL TENDER and when offered to you to offset a debt you must take it or risk not settling debt. When our cash is not excepted, we have a major problem in our country. Not everyone wants or has a credit card. Please change your policy on cash.

VERY ATTENTIVE STAFF AND COMFORTABLE HOTEL!! The Ski Valet services are outstanding!! Skiing is fun, but a lot of work… lugging skis, poles, boots, etc. The Ski Valet folks are extremely helpful, making the ski experience stress-free and super convenient. The main lift is just a few steps away from the Valet area. PERFECT SKI-IN/SKI-OUT set-up!!

Absolutely awesome experience if you're coming to board or ski in Taos. We dig the Taos Air/JSX flight from LA, hopped right onto the shuttle to the hotel. They had our room ready by noon & we were on the slopes by 2p our first day there. Everything is right at your fingertips so we spent less time in transit, parking, on the road, looking for places to eat, etc. We spent more but for a 3-day trip it was worth it.

LOVED The Blake!!!! Loved the water stations throughout the entire hotel. The hotel restaurant was delicious. Hot tub, pool and workout facilities were awesome! All you have to do is text the staff and they will help with whatever you need. Will definitely stay again! Only thing that would make it better is to offer complimentary breakfast. There wasn’t a kitchen so having to eat out for every single meal was expensive. And during the summer, most everything closes by 4 so the hotel restaurant was the only option most nights unless we wanted to drive 40 minutes into town.
