Steve, the night manager was extremely helpful and patient. He handled a situation in which the Saturday server for breakfast called in sick with patience and great customer service.

This place is disgusting. Staff is rude and incompetent. We have da problem at the front desk and I just left. This place is not worth losing your sanity over but it absolutely ruined part of our birthday weekend we were celebrating

Staff is rude, call down to find out when restaurant was to open they hung up on me, asked for extra blanket, never came, I stayed there in the 90s ... it looks the same, I hear owners want to convert to apartments ... I think that's a good idea since the hotel is in horrible shape

Paid for breakfast but it didn't get honored.outside is kind of sketchy with people hanging out that I don't believe we're staying at the hotel, got woken up in the middle of the night because somebody pulled the fire alarm, so we had to evacuate. These may be a lot of things that the staff didn't have control of the staff was nice.And despite what outside looked like, the rooms were real clean and comfortable Don't know if I will ever stay here again. Not that the hotel is bad, but outside is very sketchy.
