Said free breakfast, but it was at a cost, so we went elsewhere. Dining room never open for dinner.....staff said they weren't at that level yet. Place was empty, Pool & hot tub clean, nice. Convenient for our needs to the grounds convention center. Also air conditioner didn't work to set, it was either blasting or had to turn it off.

Staff is nice and lobby nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was renovated but rest of room felt old. Carpet was old and dirty, lamp shade stained and torn and tv only had basic cable and no ability for streaming. The surrounding neighborhood is not a safe area but the hotel itself is fine and there’s security making rotations in the parking lot. Has restaurant with limited hours and basics available behind lobby counter. Pool and hot tub outside very nice and looked recently updated. Was good for a quick stay.

It was fine. Clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was nice, Front desk K all staff were awesome. Front desk area was nice. Hotel room was average, bed was very comfortable. Rugs in hallways could be cleaned.Pool was a green color, lots of kids. Overall- for the $, it was nice.

Everything was good easy location helpful employees clean rooms. The only complaint was the elevator the building is older and so is the very slow small and dark evevator... i hope this can be updated someday... otherwise it was a pleasant stay

Very loud next to the freeway. The older windows didn’t help. The only way in was through the front entrance. No key card readers at any other door around the whole building. Place is pretty old with a slight upgrade to try and keep this up to date. Elevators are very difficult to navigate to. Area around hotel wasn’t that great. You’re better off staying at a different location all to gather.

I have stayed at the property when it was another brand and I really liked it, but on this stay, the Hotel appeared kind of empty and dull. I never saw the restaurant open, I didn't see a bar or gathering place besides in the closed restaurant. The toilet ran, most of the tv channels said there was no signal, there was no remote for the TV in the fitness center and the TV on the treadmill didn't have sound and I saw about 3 homeless people in the parking lot. On a good note, the bed was comfortable.

The room wasn’t bad, however when pulling out a Kleenex, the Kleenex were wet, so we opened up the box in the holder to see why the box of Kleenex was saturated with mold, and the inside of the Kleenex holder had mold growing in it so bad that the Kleenex box became wet super gross

This place was dirty .there was mold in the curtains, huge stains on the carpet, peeling paint on every wall, rust on anything metal in the bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous.

The check in was a breeze and I really liked the check out process. Even though there wereany people there, the hotel was quiet and I was able to sleep. The room was nice and clean. The shower had good water pressure and got hot.

Traffic can be a bit loud since this property is right next to the freeway. My air conditioner was also a bit faulty and kept whistling to the point where I had to turn it off to sleep.

It’s a bit run down and there’s way too much cloth. Please replace carpets (torn and worn out), cloth chairs (eww), and mattresses are seriously sagging. The shower was GREAT, though. Honestly, I’d stay here again just for the shower. Very nice staff and service.

The female staff who checked me in was not super friendly or welcoming. I had requested the ground floor and she put me on the 5th floor. The only way in the hotel is through the front door so I had to walk a long way to the elevators and long way to my room. There was ample free parking but all the spaces were full. My room did not have a room number on it making it difficult to find. The bathroom sink was very slow draining and filled up with water quickly. The room was spacious, I paid for a suite. Lots of freeway noise as the freeway is visible from the rooms. It was convienent and comfortable.

Kelly at front desk was very welcoming at check-in and same with clerk upon check-out. Room was clean with comfortable beds and housekeepers in the hallway were very friendly and even asked if we needed anything! Definitely coming back.

We were awoken at 12am for them have booking issues. Security knocked on our door, not once but twice. Seriously, the issue is on you. What are you going to do at 12am? Make us get out of bed and kick us out or switch rooms? So awful for paying guests to be treated and disrespected as such. Also the restaurant and buffet is a joke. $17 for breakfast that provides a normal continental breakfast that is free at other hotels, and then the buffet isn’t stocked…. It is absolutely ridiculous. Overall I don’t think I’d ever come back or recommend this location to anyone

Front desk worker was very VERY rude. He asked my wife what room/floor preference she wanted, and when she didn’t understand the options listed I asked him what the options were again. He very rudely put his hand up to my face, didn’t make eye contact, and told me that “I was talking to her, Sir”. I don’t know if he was racist ( I am filipino, my wife is white ), or if he didn’t know I was with her ( improbable, because I had been asking my wife questions about our reservation while he was helping her ). Either way, it was extremely rude. He tried to apologize after I walked away in silence but at that point I decided I wasn’t going to deal with him. The younger gentleman also working the desk was very polite and pleasant, thankfully.

Hotel's cloud system was down for scheduled maintenance when we arrived at 10:30pm so we couldn't check in. The night time front desk supervisor was working to get it figured and on hold with Wyndham support, but other front desk worker offered no help and just sat on his computer. After 20 minutes, manager arrived but did not appear to assist the front desk supervisor or speak with us whatsoever. Supervisor literally ran down halls to find us an empty room, had to check in on paper. Asked other front desk employee if a portable crib was available, he said "yes, we could probably find one of those," but then made no move to do this. When we finally (after 8 hours of travel with a 1.5 year old) got into the room, there was a cockroach in the tub. At this point, we just checked the mattresses, which looked fine, and went to bed. The room itself needed some updates - paint, loose bath faucet, dings and stains on furtniture. The rest of stay was fine, but I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone unless it was significantly cheaper than other options.

There is no parking close to the entrance and returning late at night we had to park towards the back of the hotel. There were suspicious people outside by cars just standing around. I didn't feel safe. Cars were not parked in parking spaces and parked in the red zone. Once in my room I felt safe. Only stayed one night. Staff was really friendly.

The staff and the check in/check out process was great. I really appreciated the ease of it all. I also really appreciated the option for an early in or late out-but it all came at a price that I thought was a little high, considering you don't even get 24 hours at a hotel to begin with. I might use that service in the future, but sparingly. Parking is free, so that is a bonus that you don't get with all hotels. The cost of the stay and what I received was well worth it. The rooms are a little dated and dinged up, but again, for the cost it was great. Area is off the freeway, but I didn't hear the freeway noise and it was easy for me to navigate getting to and from other areas in the town. 20 minute drive form midtown, which was a little bit longer than I would normally desire. I felt safe, and the rooms were clean. Lots of channels on the tv to choose from, and a cold fridge. I didn't try the restaurant, but may do so in the future-the advertised happy hour specials were great! Pool looked clean and families were enjoying it. Overall, good place to stay.

This is a bare bones experience. Restaurant is open for breakfast and sometimes dinner. You have to bus your own tables and no room service. The power socket in the bathroom did not work. You have to request maid service. It's fine if you just care about having a bed to sleep in. Bonus was Starbucks across the street.

Clean and peaceful. But needs to put better shower gels… The breakfast was one staff , taking orders, serving, clearing tables and it took time before putting breakfast on the table. But she was nice .That was on Friday morning, but on Saturday n Sunday it was a lot of food and self service and that was nice! All the staff were very nice. I recommend anyone to check out this place. Their price was also affordable.

It need some TLC but it was clean. Our table held the microwave but there was only one plug. So you could plug the microwave or the coffee maker but not both. The fridge was very cold! The 25 dollar breakfast buffet was ok. It’s what you would get at a better hotel for free. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, French toast. It was warm-ish! Orange or apple juice, tea or coffee. Apple or small muffin. The staff were pleasant. The pool area was clean and offered tables and chairs. Our beds were comfortable. It was right off the freeway. Plenty of fast foods across the street and a Target & Starbucks. Would I stay there again, yes for the price it was good.
