Villa La sort den Mateu By SunVillas Mallorca

We had such a great week at this beautiful villa. We varied our nights between a short walk to Pollença old town, Pollença Port and Alcudia Port. Lidl is only a short 5 minute drive away, and great for stocking up the villa. Highly recommend this villa to any family. We’ve loved it and will definitely revisit. The photos definitely don’t do this villa justice, and the pool is bigger than it looks! 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa La Sort den Mateu and would happily return. A well equipped villa, very comfortable, great pool and a lovely private garden. The owner was very helpful. Note: access to the villa is down a narrow, short white road. A useful addition to the villa guide book would be:- 1. Instructions for the washing machine (in English) 2. How to operate the main gate in the event of a power cut. 3. Location of circuit breakers (a copy in the villa guidebook) 4. An outside light above the covered dining area and above the front door 5. Outside garden lights need checking (circuit kept tripping out)

The villa was perfect, a lovely pool and plenty of outside space. Great location just outside pollensa

It was 5 of us, two couples and a teenager. The size of the villa was prefect for us, the pool was great and so was the garden, all kept natural with views of the mountains. The deco inside the villa is modern Spanish which is great. The neighbours have few farm animals (chickens, Rooster, geese, sheep) which can be noisy but it didn't spoil our stay overall. We did have a little problem in finding the villa (arrived after dark) but Joseph was very prompt with communication and helped us find it. We hired a big car so a tip for anyone who thinks to do it too. Don't! The lanes to the villa are very narrow. Go for a small car or two. There is plenty of parking at the villa! The villa is a short (12min), easy walk to the Old Town of Pollensa which is beautiful and have plenty of good cafes, restaurants and good little shops. A short drive 9mim to the beach and the marine from where we hired a boat for the day which was great. Lidl and Eroski supermarkets are only 4min drive. The
