This is a decent hotel overall, but I had a very unpleasant experience at the concierge desk during checkout. When I asked for a receipt or invoice, the staff member responded in a rude and irritated manner. I still don’t understand what the issue was, and it left a disappointing impression at the end of my stay.

We stayed 2 nights. The room was ok. Great view of the sea and Tamsui River. The fishermen wharf is so so.
