Cozy townhouse on Lake Superior. We loved being right on the water and hearing the waves crash. The stars were SO bright. Skies at sunset and sunrise were beautiful. We enjoyed using the wood stove, just so cozy. Nice to have pool, hot tub and sauna as well. Well maintained property. We will be back for sure!

Room was very outdated and not as clean as I would have liked. Shower head did not work very well, and the bathroom fan was very loud for a few minutes before it would give up. Only one of our keys to the front door worked even after we swapped the second key for a third. Having the fireplace was nice, and the bed was oddly comfortable. Hopefully they are updating the rooms, Boyfriend had been looking forward to the sauna the whole time we planned the trip. It was apparently nonfunctional while we were there, so he was wildly disappointed. Pictures online looked newer and cleaner and that isn’t what we got. I wouldn’t go back unless I was guaranteed a refreshed room.

Our condo was in need of updating- the photos on here do not represent the one we stayed in accurately. The couch is at least 20 years old and dark wood paneling on walls, old carpet, etc. Not sure how many units haven't been updated but I wish we had known this at booking. It was very cozy and clean and we still had a nice time.

It was a great location, very clean, rustic, and right on the lake. Each unit is individually owned and decorated, ours was clearly loved for many years dating some pictures of the owners I would guess back to the 70’s-80’s. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was great, sauna and hot tub were HOT which was awesome after a day filled with hiking in the snow.

The actual condo was great! Gorgeous water views from the master. Our biggest disappointment was the indoor pool on the property. It was so dirty. Green going up the side walls. A good scrubbing and it’d be great but that really was disappointing.

The best part of Lutsen Sea Villas is the serenity you will experience there. The sound of the waves coming onshore is so calming and you can hardly tell anyone else is there. That said, the property is quite outdated, which really didn\'t detract from the experience if you are looking for that rustic feel. The pool and hot tub were dirty (brown "dirt-like" substances at the bottom). But the kids enjoyed the splash area. At check-in I waited for at least 5 minutes before anyone came to help, and the guy just took my credit card and info and that was it. Didn\'t really tell me much about the property or amenities, which was quite disappointing since we paid a lot for a weeknight stay.

Resort was in a great location with easy access to several hiking attractions. The location right on Lake Superior was wonderful. The condo we stayed in was showing it's age. Bathrooms were dark, mattresses could be replaced. Crank out windows in the main bedroom were broken. Dishwasher did not get dishes very clean.

The Sea Villa had the most beautiful views from the sliding glass door!!! We made a fire in the wood burning fireplace and admired the waves hitting the rocks. My 12 year olds loved the loft, and actual mattresses were a plus!! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. TV worked great!! We were able to watch a game with no issues. The bathroom was nicely remodeled. I forgot my glasses in the villa after we left. They were so kind to ship them back to me!! Wonderful customer service!! My family will be back! Thank you Lutsen Sea Villas!

The condos are right on the shore! Beautiful veiw, all have decks facing the shore. Close enough to hear the waves inside your condo! Very close to Temperance State Park! The kitchen was fully stocked and even had a dishwasher. Very spacious. We rented a 1-bedroom and it also had a loft we two twin mattresses, could easily be pushed together to make a queen and a pull out couch. Wood and matches was supplied for the fireplace. And bring a swimsuit, there's a nice pool and hot tub. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Barb and Kayla at the front desk were amazing. Kayla delivered some supplies to our cabin that we needed in an emergency. Barb was really understanding when our firends who stayed a different resort lost power and needed to come over and use our facilities. She was very hospitable.

I REALLY enjoyed staying here. Nice cozy condos literally 20’ from the lake. It’s located close to Lutsen ski area and plenty of trails nearby for hiking and exploring. The property has a nice pool area and a large very hot spa. The cabin was clean and well stocked with a great wood stove with plenty of stocked firewood. I think the place is well managed with staff keeping snow cleared and available. There is EV charging located nearby. Not many restaurants nearby but the kitchen is good with full sized fridge, dishwasher and a charcoal grill outside so it’s easy to cook.
