We really enjoyed our quick stay at Rioca! Finding a Brazilian themed hotel in Germany was so cute and fun. We loved all the amenities on the apartment such as the swing, the microwave, fridge, wireless charging stations, and smart TV. Everything was very clean and tidy and parking was a breeze (costs about €20 per night, so be prepared for that). Really friendly reception and awesome overall vibe. We would love to stay again!

Great vibe and all needs met. Rooms lovely and kitchen area with fridge and stove top. Welcome multi seating areas in the lobby…work tables, TV and games, cafe style. Easy walk to grocery or to downtown tourist area. Staff delightful. Breakfast delicious. Construction in neighborhood should be done soon but not too noisy . Oh, and even parking!

Very good new hotel. Rooms well equipped with everything you could need. Everything was new and well designed. Free coffee in lounge all day was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking at front of hotel was a bonus but few spaces. Alternative parking in garage a few minutes walk. There is a huge shopping mall at the end of the road. 5 mins walk to bars/restaurants of neu ulm and a further few minutes walk to centre of old town. Lots of building work nearby but once inside hotel there was no issue.

Modernes Hotel zu einem guten Preis mit ausreichend und großen Parkplätzen in der Tiefgarage. Gibt sogar e-Lade Optionen. Frühstück war ebenfalls ausreichen, Kaffee und Tee kann man sich immer nehmen. Die Bar war ebenfalls klasse, alle Getränke zu sehr vernünftigen Preisen.

Hier sind einige Gründe, warum: Geräumige Zimmer: Die Zimmer im Rioca Neu-Ulm Posto 5 sind großzügig gestaltet und bieten viel Platz und sogar einem Schaukel was unsere Kleine gefeiert hat. Ein zusätzlicher Kinderbett wurde uns sofort zur Verfügung gestellt. Kochen in den Zimmern ist auch möglich da eine kleine Küche integriert ist. Moderne Ausstattung: Die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß und komfortabel. Besonders das Badezimmer hat uns beeindruckt. Hervorragende Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums Glacis-Galerie und bietet eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Fitnessraum: Der Fitnessraum im Rioca Neu-Ulm Posto 5 ist sehrgut ausgestattet und lädt zum Training ein.Wurde auch von mir jeden Tag genutzt. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt hier äußerst angenehm. Schönes Ambiente. Ansprechend. Zimmer wird nur alle drei Tage gereinigt. Ist ja auch OK, kann aber dazu führen, dass du auf dem Klo sitzt und feststellen must, dass kein Papier mehr da ist und an der Rezeption Nachschub geholt werden muss. Nachdem dann am dritten Tag der Zimmerservice durch war, fehlten alle Handtücher. Unsere Bitte an der Rezeption wieder Handtücher zu bringen wurde mit zwei kleinen Handtüchern erfüllt. Wir hatten den Eindruck in dem neuen Haus fehlt noch ein bischen Übung.

So good!! Spotlessly clean, friendly/knowledgeable staff (who speak fluent English), great little studio apartment with all the amenities. Lucas was awesome during check in and when I needed anything! Gustavo was helpful at checkout. I love the Brazilian themed decor and there’s all kinds of storage with dishes, tools etc to make your stay that much nicer. I thought it was a great value for the price but I may have just gotten a good deal through the booking site I used. Don’t hesitate, you’ll love it!!

A beautiful aparthotel with welcoming lobby area with cappuccino coffee machine. Staff was amazingly friendly and patient! Our room had a convenient kitchenette and this was wonderful for after busy sightseeing days. Short walk to lovely mall with grocery store. We loved everything and would stay here again 100%!

Das Design des Hotel ist erfrischend anders. Die kleinen Appartments bieten alles, um einen Kurztrip oder auch einen längeren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten und bieten sinnvolle Features. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die doch recht schmalen Betten bei einer Belegung mit 2 Personen. Das Frühstück war gut, mit ein paar brasilianischen Spezialitäten. In den Stoßzeiten waren Frühstückklassiker wie Rührei, Schinken und Schnittkäse allerdings recht schnell leer und der Nachschub liess etwas auf sich warten.

La camera è dotata di piccola cucina con microonde, piano cottura, lavandino e frigorifero con stoviglie per due persone (mancavano le tazze per il caffè ma forse un ospite prima di me aveva fatto "shopping"). La struttura ha due anni ed è mantenuta molto bene sembrando di fatto ancora nuova. Alla reception personale molto gentile e disponibile (anche ragazzi italiani). Non ho provato la colazione anche perché leggermente costosa rispetto allo standard italiano. In 15 minuti si arriva in centro a piedi. I parcheggi pubblici sono a qualche minuto a piedi se non si vuole utilizzare il parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento. Tutto l'arredamento è a tema carioca

Zimmerreinigung gibt es nicht täglich was auch sehr positiv zu vermerken ist. Der Parkplatz mit € 17 ist auch okay. Das Frühstück ist mit € 19 ein wenig überteuert. Das Zimmer ist aber Preis-Leistungsmäßig extrem gut.

Rundum zufrieden, was aber stört ist die Tatsache, dass man in den wenigsten Fällen deutschsprachiges Personal hat. So ist es auf Grund der sprachlichen Barriere leider etwas kompliziert zu kommunizieren. Ich fände es sinnvoll in einem Hotel in Deutschland auch deutschen Personal anzustellen

A beautiful aparthotel with welcoming lobby area with cappuccino coffee machine. Staff was amazingly friendly and patient! Our room had a convenient kitchenette and this was wonderful for after busy sightseeing days. Short walk to lovely mall with grocery store. We loved everything and would stay here again 100%!

I have traveled to many countries and enjoyed many fine accommodations, but the Rioca Posto 5 stands out among them all as a fine gem. The apartment Rio de Jeneiro was not really a kitchenette, it looked and felt more like a luxury studio apartment. I am still surprised at the incredible value I received at this property. Amenities such as the rooftop terrace, location to the town center and the walking parks along the Danube were exceptional. But none of that is what made the Rioca Posto 5 a rare find…it was the staff. At the front desk, Gustav and Lucas are consummate professionals who are both courteous and mindful. They became in the end not just exemplary staff at the Rioca, but good friends. In fact when you leave your stay at the Rioca Posto 5 you leave with the feeling you have just had a vacation visit with family. Not kidding. Thank you Gustav and Lucas for an amazing experience at your property! Thanks also to all of the staff there who made my stay in Neu-Ulm a very memorable value I will never forget. I will be returning to Neu-Ulm next Spring and will be booking a long term stay with this amazing property and their awesome staff again. I CAN’T WAIT!!!

Lola, Pedro and all of staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The decor is unique. Everything is provided including a self serve coffee machine. The location is good because it is an easy walk to Neu-Ulm railway station and not too far to walk to the old part of town. The area is very quiet. A great place.

La camera è dotata di piccola cucina con microonde, piano cottura, lavandino e frigorifero con stoviglie per due persone (mancavano le tazze per il caffè ma forse un ospite prima di me aveva fatto "shopping"). La struttura ha due anni ed è mantenuta molto bene sembrando di fatto ancora nuova. Alla reception personale molto gentile e disponibile (anche ragazzi italiani). Non ho provato la colazione anche perché leggermente costosa rispetto allo standard italiano. In 15 minuti si arriva in centro a piedi. I parcheggi pubblici sono a qualche minuto a piedi se non si vuole utilizzare il parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento. Tutto l'arredamento è a tema carioca

Die Unterkunft war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofes Neu-Ulm und ist gut zu erreichen. Man hat einen Bäcker in der Nähe und sonst kriegt man alles im nahegelegenen Center. Man kann jederzeit sich an der Kaffeemaschine bedienen.

Dejligt nyt og komfortabelt hotel, med søde rare medarbejdere i receptionen. Værelserne er udstyret med alt hvad du kan ønske dig indrette segment for hotelværelser. Pt. lidt tricky at finde vej i bil grundet massiv byggeudvikling i kvarteret og dermed også parkeringsudfordringer. Dog skal det ikke belaste helhedsindtrykket. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Das Design des Hotel ist erfrischend anders. Die kleinen Appartments bieten alles, um einen Kurztrip oder auch einen längeren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten und bieten sinnvolle Features. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die doch recht schmalen Betten bei einer Belegung mit 2 Personen. Das Frühstück war gut, mit ein paar brasilianischen Spezialitäten. In den Stoßzeiten waren Frühstückklassiker wie Rührei, Schinken und Schnittkäse allerdings recht schnell leer und der Nachschub liess etwas auf sich warten.

Neues Hotel, modern ausgestattet. Das Familienzimmer war groß mit einer eigenen Küchenzeile. Die Betten bequem. Das Personal war beim Check-In sehr freundlich. Zimmerreinigung gibt es nicht täglich was auch sehr positiv zu vermerken ist. Der Parkplatz mit € 17 ist auch okay. Das Frühstück ist mit € 19 ein wenig überteuert. Das Zimmer ist aber Preis-Leistungsmäßig extrem gut.

Nos hemos quedado de lunes a domingo y cada día ha sido excelente muy cómodo musica ambiental, todos lo que estabamos muy tranquilo en el bar cocteleria, la atemcion de la recepcion acogedora y familiera. El apartamento muy completo, y espacioso... Las vistas del sitio genial y el ambiente a los alrededores muy seguros

I am a returning client. came back to find the place even better than my first time. it's really stylish, very central and the staff is friendly. I love the little details in the apartments that make the stay even more special. the bed is comfy and the internet super fast.
