Great property to stay. Felt very welcome and saw they had a grill and a deck to eat on. . Staff generously put a plate knife andbfork in my room so I could enjoy a steak for dinner. Thank you so much for the great Texas hospitality. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks so much for being a part of my vacation

We arrived almost at 11pm from driving all day. We were not aware that the office wasn’t going to honor the room because it was late. Fortunately we insisted knocking the door and they gave us our key. The room is very simple and clean. Space is enough for a bigger table and another night stand. We stayed 2 nights, so we were grateful for a spacious bathroom and space in the living room Very convenient the laundry room. Uses powder soap they sell individual bags. 2.50 per load payable by card or QR code with your phone. Has nice resting area next to parking We needed extra time to check out and they were very kind allowing that extra time. Blessings

Everything is well maintained and cute public areas. This is basic accommodations but the place is scrupulously clean, beds are comfortable and bath/shower better than most hotels. Real cable tv and Netflix - no Sling or other complicated system. The owner, Bonnie, is great and she really wants you to feel at home and goes out of her way to do so. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ranch Suites is a no frills location but is always clean and well-maintained. Kitchen and “suite” type set-up make the rooms feel homey and spacious and well-stocked with all of the essentials needed. Common areas are tidy and inviting. We will definitely be back when visiting family in the area!

We were in town for a funeral, and stayed here because of the price. It was a bit far from where we were going, but were very happy with our stay. The owners were great, and the area was quiet. They had a nice indoor lounge type area, but we never used it. Overall we'd stay again.

One night stay before the eclipse. We were getting there late and the owners reached out to me before they left the office so we made sure to have a place to stay. The place was a little dated but had good Texas aesthetics which we really liked. This could easily work for an extended stay as well. Got to park right by the room.

Carpets need to be shampooed, lack of coffee cups and cookware and cooking utensils. Coffee bar was not stocked the whole time we was there. Was told Friday evening when we checked in that it would stocked Sunday morning I had to go buy coffee and cups so that way we could have coffee. :-(

The pictures are misleading and look like it is actually on a ranch or farm and is actually on the side of a very busy street. The rooms are very outdated and are musty smelling. The bed seem to be clean, but the room just smelled musty or mold. Probably due to the old carpet. The one gentleman I met at the front desk was very nice.

We were pleasantly surprised and the owners were so very sweet and accomodating for us. They kept in communication making sure we had everything we needed. The only downside about the room was there were no windows to see outside. Otherwise everything was amazing. Thank you!

The bed was extremely hard and squeaky. The bath tub water filled the tub with black greasy stuff and I was unable to take a bath, after showing pictures to owner I was told it was the seals in faucet and the shower should be fine. I was finally able to stand and shower with the black stuff coming out. I was offered a discount on my next stay. Not sure I will ever stay again.

This was a perfect place for my wife and for a quick 1-night getaway out of the city. The rooms are small but as long as you don’t need them for anything but a bed and shower they are nice and clean and comfortable plus have a microwave and fridge. And the ownership is super nice. Would go back.
