Located a 15 minute walk from the rail and bus stations, and close to the town square / centre. A warm welcome at reception, although generally access is via an intercom and code to obtain one's key from a Key box located by the entry door. The room was a good size and was generally quiet, just a little traffic noise from the road. I slept well on a comfortable bed. The room temperature was good considering the warm weather outside. Breakfast was good with hot and cold food range.

Nice comfortable rooms in a modernized old building within old town of Zittau. Breakfast was really generous and fresh and was served in a cozy and bright room. We would definitely come again.
