The lady in the reception was absolutely fantastic. I use a wheelchair and booked a room that on hotels.com was stated wheelchair accessible, this was not the case at all upon arrival. She went above and beyond to find a solution. We got to swop rooms with other kind guests checking in, this to find a room with more handlebars. It was highly appreciated by us. We had a room on the bottom floor. It was so pretty by the lake. The kids loved running around on the lawn by our room. The restaurant had good food and the staff were so friendly. Familial feel, would def recommend!

As its name implies, the lodge or rather motel is right on the shore of the lake with a great view. Easy access and with a bar and restaurant onsite it makes an easy all-inclusive stop. We enjoyed a night at Up the Creek tavern just a few steps away in town and it was great to be within walking distance of that and the market. The rooms are very large, with a dinette table, and a overstuffed chair. A table and two chairs on the balcony makenit a nice spot to sit and relax.

Beautiful grounds, we walked right out from our room via the sliding glass door and there is a beautiful large lawn (with ducks!). There is a nice dock and the river is right there, very serene. Room is a nice size, very clean.

The lake right out the patio doors make it a great spot for a break, to get away, great stay will do it again.

Totally surprised by this place on Tenmile Lake. IT was a perfect stop over. The restaurant was awesome for dinner and breakfast. We loved the birds, the dock, probably an incredible place to be in the spring orthe fall. We came in December and it was a lovely stay.

Very clean and refreshing to stay in. Loved the balcony and chairs. Only thing I would suggest is possibly a table on either side of the beds. Overall very nice!

We stayed here for one night and really really enjoyed our time. The property is super nice and it was perfect for the kids to run around outside for our garden suite. The restaurant was amazing, service was superb, kids menu was super affordable with huge portions. We walked out on the dock, kids enjoyed watching the geese, and the bar had AMAZING live music with fantastic drinks, a great outdoor drinking area with lots of fun locals, and the bartender made great cocktails. I would make an effort to spend a night here next time we’re passing through town!

Upstairs pet-friendly room was clean, and had a nice balcony with view of the lake. There was also a nice grassy area, that was unfortunately too wet because the sprinklers were on almost constantly.

The bathroom door would not close, sticking on the jamb. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and a hole mostly covered up with a piece of painted plywood. One of the beds was so bad that your upper body would sink tilting your feet up past your head. The screen door was bent to the point it would not close. Food and bar were good. The only reason they don’t get one star is because my wife’s credit card fell out into the bed (we didn’t realize it was missing) and the cleaning person found it and they called letting us know they had found it after we had checked out. At least the sheets were clean. Based on the price we paid for the room, you’d be better off going with an air BnB, a tent, or sleeping under the stars.

We arrived at 10 pm 2 hours after booking the room. No one was there and we had to take our phone off Airplane mode to phone the number they left. Meanwhile my husband went to the bar next door and inquired and they phoned the same person. We finally got in our room that smelled of stale smoke and realized the reservation was for another person, we noticed when we looked at our bill the next morning. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the lake as we left by 7 am. Probably was great back in the day. Bed was pretty comfortable.

The rooms are beautifully done. It was incredibly clean and the housekeeping staff deserves big kudos. The staff was kind. The only complaints I have are the pillows smelled like an old man had rented that room for an extended stay, the fitted sheets don’t quite fit so they don’t stay on and our room was overran with sugar ants. Our 7 year old woke up covered in them. Stay to cost ratio didn’t quite match up but overall it was not terrible- we needed a place to sleep and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant also had great breakfast! We’d definitely come back if they added a hot tub.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in an upper level room. The view was outstanding and the room was a great size. However the rest of the weekend went downhill. There is a note to turn the heater off when not in the room which means it's freezing when you get in and takes a long time to heat up. The shower curtain has mild all over it. And there were aunts covering the sliding door. The worst part was the beds. No support support from the mattress and the hardest pillows known to man left my husband and I in a ton of pain. Not staying here again.

We stayed in one of their pet approved rooms which had vinyl flooring. It seemed it hadn't been vacuumed and/or mopped in weeks. Within 30 minutes of walking in white athletic socks, they were a dark grey. Won't be staying there again.

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. The condition of the room was disappointing. There a half- eaten sandwich and other food containers left in the refrigerator. Also, when I turned on the faucet to wash my hands, brown water gushed out and soaked my shirt. Very unpleasant. Another issue was that the sheets had stains on them. Made it very difficult to stay. Glad it was only for one night.

The bed was creaking every move we made loudly, felt like sleeping on hard lumpy mattress. It was clean inside. The outside is inundated by ducks and their feces. But the view is nice from inside the room. A stale odor lingered even though bedding seemed new and clean.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Nice view of Lake. Easy to check in and check out. Quiet at night. Nice that they have a fan in the room in case you want to bring air in from the lake. I would definitely stay there again.

A lovely property worth visiting. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. My only complaints would be that 1, you can hear through the walls quite easily. And 2, we were kicked out of the restaraunt section due to my daughter bringing in a small pizza. There was literally no one dining other than us, and while I wanted to eat dinner at the restaraunt again, my daughter didn't. Although this was disappointing the staff were still friendly and professional about it. This will not deter us from recommending this place or from lodging here again.

We had family fly in from Alaska, Texas and we flew in from Maui Hawaii. We grew up in Coos County area and came back for a family wedding and extended lakeside stay. The lodge not only went above and beyond in the lodging area, but they also did in the restaurant area. Thank you to Angela and her family for making all arrangements following up on it all. They even accommodated for multiple medical need family members. We had multiple parties such as after wedding reception and two bdays all rolled in one. The staff on 6/22/24 was amazing and food catered was delicious. The back room had plenty of space. Shelley and her crew rocked it! We will be back and definitely will refer you all.

The lady in the reception was absolutely fantastic. I use a wheelchair and booked a room that on hotels.com was stated wheelchair accessible, this was not the case at all upon arrival. She went above and beyond to find a solution. We got to swop rooms with other kind guests checking in, this to find a room with more handlebars. It was highly appreciated by us. We had a room on the bottom floor. It was so pretty by the lake. The kids loved running around on the lawn by our room. The restaurant had good food and the staff were so friendly. Familial feel, would def recommend!

As its name implies, the lodge or rather motel is right on the shore of the lake with a great view. Easy access and with a bar and restaurant onsite it makes an easy all-inclusive stop. We enjoyed a night at Up the Creek tavern just a few steps away in town and it was great to be within walking distance of that and the market. The rooms are very large, with a dinette table, and a overstuffed chair. A table and two chairs on the balcony makenit a nice spot to sit and relax.

Beautiful grounds, we walked right out from our room via the sliding glass door and there is a beautiful large lawn (with ducks!). There is a nice dock and the river is right there, very serene. Room is a nice size, very clean.

Totally surprised by this place on Tenmile Lake. IT was a perfect stop over. The restaurant was awesome for dinner and breakfast. We loved the birds, the dock, probably an incredible place to be in the spring orthe fall. We came in December and it was a lovely stay.

Had a nice time and view was awesome. Got food poisoning the first night on the seared ahi tuna special so spent all weekend in bed. We love lakeside so we will be back but normally stay in our rv.

We stayed here for one night and really really enjoyed our time. The property is super nice and it was perfect for the kids to run around outside for our garden suite. The restaurant was amazing, service was superb, kids menu was super affordable with huge portions. We walked out on the dock, kids enjoyed watching the geese, and the bar had AMAZING live music with fantastic drinks, a great outdoor drinking area with lots of fun locals, and the bartender made great cocktails. I would make an effort to spend a night here next time we’re passing through town!

Clean beautiful room with a great view of the lake, ducks, and geese. The restaurant is really good. I love the peacefulness. The only issue was the dogs running off the wildlife, but I also love dogs. This is a beautiful location. We will be coming back.

Check in was a little confusing...there was also a Thanksgiving buffet and they thought i was checking in for that, we all had a good laugh when we all realize I was checking in to the hotel. Nice room, great view and helpful & friendly staff.
