O hotel é bem agradável e nas várias vezes que vou à Natal, sempre procuro ficar nele. Tem uma bela vista da varanda, com a praia de Ponta Negra bem à frente. Seus funcionários também sempre foram muito atenciosos, incluindo toda a equipe em geral. Quarto bem espaçoso e limpo. Recomendo.

Existem nesse flat alguns apartamentos não reformados e esses são ruins. Tv não funcionava, controles do ar não funcionavam, solicitei reparo na recepção e nada aconteceu.
