Great location inQC, next to a mall and not far from grocery. Must do grab to get pick up. Near building under construction so pool use not great if you don’t want to be watched by construction workers. Should be all clear in a few months.

Lovely hotel and excellent service from the team in the club. I stayed here for 3 weeks while on business and everything was excellent during my stay at the Seda Hotel. I especially liked how the club served cold beverages all day unlike other hotels that only serve refreshments during certain hours. Alcoholic drinks were served for 2 hours each night which was a nice treat to come back to after a long day at work.

Perfect Location. Right next to Solaire Casino (under construction) and Vertis North and Trinoma Malls. Everything works great in the rooms. Awesome gym and very well designed restaurant with fantastic buffett and a la cart menus. Staff multiple times went out of their way to help with various areas where I needed assistance

Lobby is very nice and clean , all the staff , from the lobby to housekeeping service very polite friendly and accommodating. It’s just the room where we stayed in , it smelled a bit musty , the shower stall has some “ old” molds which might need a general cleaning. Other than that, everything was very good.

Room didn’t feel like it was cleaned well, towels were not fresh, carpet looks dirty. Linen didn’t smell clean. Carpet in hallway doesn’t look like it’s cleaned properly and had lingering smoking smell. WiFi disconnected as soon as you check out and could not longer use.

The room was not clean when we arrived - there were crumbs besides the sofa. The spoon on our table appears to not have been rinsed properly and still had water/soap marks. The internet connection is not strong and this was a surprise because the Ayalas own Globe Telecom. The staff was okay though.

the bathroom rug is not being replaced everyday. the sink has some solid dirt on it that we need to wash it off and it is clogged. It drainned so slow. The bathrobe that we left at the bed still on the bed . It should be replaced or hang at the closet. The guest elevator landing needs to be vacuum and the hallway needs to be retouched.

Not a hotel for business travelers or those seeking a quiet experience. Very family and tourist oriented hotel. Executive lounge presents itself as a upscale affair with high standards, but my experience is that it was an overflowing, loud daycare with cafeteria food. No place to have a quiet conversation or get any work done. I had a one-bedroom suite, which was well appointed. However, the decor was bland and the furniture was uncomfortable. Hallways smelled of smoke. Room service app didn't work, so I had to call to get the menu and make an order. For all of the pretentiousness, Seda Vertis North does not live up to the hype.

The hotel facilities was very good, but the guest room hallways and the room itself needs serious repair. Cracks on walls, furniture so beat up, but one thing that really stood out bathroom mold and towels are so aged. The check in experience was the worst of any hotel. Easily a 40min line that never died down. They had no care factor or desire to employ extra people on the counters. Towels were small and thin. Bathroom was tiny! Opposite the airport but not noisy.

Stayed for 20 days and excellent customer service! Our server at the buffet every am by name of John was superb & awesome. The manager am breakfast daily went beyond and thank you so much for amazing customer service. Always nice for staff who remembers our names every morning we eat breakfast. Also our room person ( lady sort I forgot her name) was also exceptional & excellent. FYI we stayed Solaire across for 7 days prior to Seda & Seda hotel had better customer service rendered by all staff. We are booked again in January 2026 at Seda BGC and hoping to get same service. I booked two rooms, after I booked online, i called up the reservation in 5 days in advance to request for a adjacent room, reservation staff told me they can’t make any requests, it should be on the day of check in. The day I’m scheduled for our check in, the front desk told me they don’t have available adjacent room( i knew beforehand this will happen) that’s why i called up 5 days earlier after i booked to make sure the adjacent room. It’s very disappointing.. not gonna stay here in Seda again. Poor service!!!

Large rooms, comfortable beds, amazing hotel gym, very nice breakfast buffet. Get a massage at the spa! It was ~$30 usd for an hour and great. I should’ve gotten one everyday. 2pm tea service in the lounge was more than I expected: mini sandwiches and several dessert, served in tradition of high tea. We rented a conference room for a meeting and it was good. I drank water from the bottles they put in my room, the gym cooler, and the restaurant and never had a problem. Staff was prompt and responsive to requests. My only critique is the furniture in my room was a little beat up/ tired (specifically the couch in my room). I would definitely stay here again.

Just a comment on the bathroom when we arrived and opened the door of the bathroom a smoke of cigar is very strong. But the bathroom is clean. it's just that most probably somebody smoked there. everything else is ok for an overnight stay.
