Good location, amazing pools. One of the 3 pools is only for adults and it has a swim up bar. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. The pool bars have happy hour between 3pm and 7pm and the sea cafe has a good buffet for dinner with option to pay 250 peso extra for unlimited soft drinks ,beer,red and white wine.

The property is well maintained. Lots of pools and landscape is beautiful. Rooms are big and very clean and nice with all amenities. Very accommodating staff. The best & most luxurious spa experience I have ever had. Can't complain about the beachside bar's Happy hour... 2 for 1 drinks can't be beat. And a very well stocked free breakfast buffet with any breakfast item you can ever think of.

Very nice high-class beachfront resort. Third stay and enjoyed it very much. Adjacent to multiple beachfront bars and restaurants. Ocean not really suitable for swimming due to coral and sea urchins, but sandy areas are fine. Many pools and beach beds with umbrellas.

The resort is well placed on Alona beach. The staff there are AMAZING! They'd go up and beyond what other hotel staff would do. The resort itself is laid out well with 3 pool areas. The beach side pool is such a fabulous spot for chilling and taking in the sun while being 10 meters away from the sea. We'd easily say this is the best beachside resort we have ever been to. Totally reccomend this hotel

1층 배정됐다가 요청해서 다음날 5층으로 변경했어요. 확실히 5층이 쾌적합니다. 1층은 창문열면 사람이 보여서 옷 갈아입을때마다 불편했어요. 객실은 오전뿐 아니라 자주 와서 치워주시고요. 물 프리로 채워주셔서 생수로 양치할 수 있었어요. 조식은 맛없지만 풀바는 싸고 맛도 괜찮았어요. 맛집과 접근성도 좋고 픽업오는 것도 많아서 편리했어요. 한국어할 수 있는 직원이 없고 영어를 빨리 말해서 소통이 원활하지는 않았지만 모두 친절한 편입니다.

Property was very good overall, staff friendly and helpful. A lot of ants and bugs around the pool area. A lot of use of evaporatorative AC units which in the heat did not do a lot to cool the dining spaces. Facilities are good and well maintained. Rooms are clean and cool, mine had a rust spot in the tub and the finish had come off. I notified the front desk but never heard back.

Love property needs to use new towels, they are worn down. Need to provide bathrobe had to borrow it the robes I borrowed were old worn down. The best part of the resort was the staff.

직원들이 친절해서 지내기는 매우 좋았습니다. 체크인 할때도 요구사항을 잘 들어주시고 하우스키핑 서비스도 생각보다 빨랐습니다. 조식은 그냥 먹을만한 정도입니다. 해변가쪽 칵테일바에서 해피아워 시간에 이용했는데 서버가 맘대로 팁을 100페소 제외하고 잔돈을 주어서 그게 좀 어이가 없었지만 수영장도 넓고 도보로 주변 음식점이나 카페를 이용하기 편했습니다. 전체적으로 훌륭했지만 수건에서 너무 냄새가 나고 어메니티가 너무 별루라… 그 점이 매우 아쉬워 별 하나를 뺐어요… 또 체크아웃을 하고 디파짓을 바로 환불을 안 한건지… 환불처리가 아직 안 되고 있네요 ㅠㅠ

보홀에 같은 컨셉으로 더 나은 대안이 없는 것은 확실하지만 다른 여행지 대비 보완이 필요한 점이.많은 것 같습니다. 와이파이가 방에서도 위치에 따라 잘 안터지는 문제가 있었고, 5성급 호텔 조식 뷔페에서 애들 식기가 따로 준비되비 않는 참신한 경험을 했습니다. 다음에도 또 보홀에 애들과 온다면 같은 선택을 하긴 하겠지만 (위치 + 수영장 규모) 조금 더 보완되면 좋을 것 같습니다.

The property didn’t have a hot tub. It was very bizarre but you couldn’t bring in outside food and worst thing is the picture of the beach must’ve been CGI because it was awful but the staff was fantastic. Pool her great Wi-Fi was good and the air conditioning was great.

숙소는 괜찮았지만 뭔가 좀 부족한 느낌, 프리미어 룸으로 3박을 했지만 돌고돌고 맨 복도 끝방으로 배정되었고, 복도는 창문이 없어 바로 길가 옆에서 공사하는 차량, 소음이 있었으며 (호텔과 외부도로 사이의 공간없이 바로 외부였음.) 발코니뷰는 옆건물 헤난프리미어코스트 객실복도 뷰 (창문을 열면 복도 지나다니는 사람과 마주침), 킹베드 요청했는데 트윈베드로 되어있고, 뭐 이건 호텔재량이라지만. 디럭스룸보다 더 비용을 지불했지만 욕조 있고 없고 차이라서 욕조 사용을 안했기에 굳이 프리미어 룸으로 할 이유 없어보입니다. 그러나 수영장에서 재밌게 놀았고 해피아워때 칵테일 저렴하게 마시기 좋았습니다. 룸컨디션만 놓고 봤었을땐 휴양지에 온게 맞나 싶을정도로 창문도 못열고 발코니에도 나가지 못할정도로 구석이었기에 나중에 또 갈일있으면 가격 메리트가 있는 헤난타왈라에어 묵는게 좀 더 가성비 좋을듯 싶어요.

Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Location and grounds were beautiful. A bit to crowded for my liking. Breakfast buffet was quite nice, but the food was otherwise mediocre. Main areas of concern is the strict no change no exceptions Henann booking policy, and also foreign currency exchange policy. Guests hoping to exchange cash should be advised of Hennan policy of intense scrutiny of paper currency. Anything other than newly printed bills will be subject to rejection. In our case a barely discernable 1mm tear on on one bill and a very slight ink mark on another left us unable to exchange and caused inconvenience. Would otherwise be acceptable anywhere without question. The 'we won't accept your money' left a distinctive air of arrogance. This Hennan policy is no fault of the staff who were otherwise helpful but unable to exercise any realistic discretion.

Check out a 11 am ??? Don’t expect enjoy facilities like pool or sun beds while waiting your flight for one or two hours after check out you ll have to pay ! Staff at the desk front is very impolite and rude And totally ruin the kindness of other staff Go to an other place didn’t worth the price

Another fantastic vacation spent here, big shoutout to Joey and the wonderful staff at the sea breeze cafe, greeted by the 2 ladies at the entrance, they all really know how a guest should be treated. I will stay again here because of them. Thanks guys and see you again.

No empathy and exemption for their guest. I paid $400 for our reservation on March 19-20 and our flight was cancelled , I called the hotel and explained the situation, I asked them if they can rebook, but they didn't do anyhting and forfeited the money I paid. WORST 5 Star hotel.

To be a 4-5 dtar Resort i found the checkin unbeliveably slow and hot as the lobby was not air conditioned. 30 minutes at counter. When asking questions none of employees couuld answer without asking someone else. No english. No ac except in rooms. The staff at the lobby driveway questioned everything we requedted. I was rushed off my room at check out when they said I could extend til 1 pm. Original time of checkout is 11 am. The front desk agreed that I can check out at1 pm but then they start calling my room at 12.30 asking if I’m checking out. I was rushed out of my room. I asked if I can still avail the pool while waiting for my late flight and they said initially I can’t once I’m check Out unless I pay 700 pesos to stay in the pool and Wear a tag so the staff knows you’re not a hotel guest anymore. Also I was surprised that a Vienna sausage was serve as one of their breakfast dish. I stayed in villa 10 For 2 nights definitely not coming back to this island nor to this hotel. People beware if you decide to book this hotel or going to Panglao. Very expensive place unlike other resort island. Better choose Palawan or Siargao.

Avoid. Customer service from booking to transfers, reception was very bad. I booked the wrong days by mistake and 15 mins later I tried to amend it and it was denied so they kept the money even it was over a month in advance so I have to rebook. I find this extremely abusive and felt they stole the money. My transfer was no ready on arrival even I had to send my arrival details and tickets several times as the booking process is bad. They never pick up the phone adding to numerous phone charges after being on the line for hours. I booked a king bed room but when I got to hotel they messed up and gave me a twin for me and my wife in the noisiest area. The hotel is overpopulated with dirty and outdated pools. It really felt like a fast food chain. And to top it up they messed my transfer on my departure again. Worst experience of my life compared to all the luxury hotel I have been to. I don’t recommend. I should’ve chosen a more authentic accommodation.

Great location and great staff! Three different pools which is nice because there are a lot of kids so it's nice to have an adult only pool. Incredible location near everything you'd want. Can't say enough about the staff, everyone was incredible! If I come back this is the place I'll stay again and again.

The staff and building is nice but it's too crowded when we went last December and if you like to compute from Panglao to Tagbilaran and you don't want to hire or rent vehicle the transpo is limited. The beach is not nice at all.

On the beach and beautiful property. Staff is great. Dining and food options at the hotel were ok. They can't deviate from the menu at all. We ordered a BLT ricotta pizza and asked if they could add olives and they would not do it. Not an option to pay more for it. They had a banana shake and a strawberry shake on the menu, but they will not do a strawberry banana shake. Kind of weird.

They have infinite pools, no chlorine use, nice clean beach line as well. Food serve at buffet’s were delicious lots of varieties and different dish everyday. The hotel is well maintained clean, safe very strict with visitors however policies were not properly explained so there was a bit of confusion. Parking is spacious. Everything is over priced. This hotel is away from the city it’s about 30 mins however there are vehicles you can use to travel however they’re overpriced as well. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel the price is not worth the stay.
