The staff and breakfast were very good. The roof top pool and bar were very appreciated. However I was attempting to contact my major airline with offices in Cebu. None of the staff at the front desk was able to tell me how to do that or be able to complete the call for me. I eventually emailed a copy of the hotel business card with the phone number to the airline office. The airline office apparently attempted to call the hotel a number of times but no one answered the call (???). I was never able to speak to anyone while I was staying at the hotel.

We stayed 6 nights in one of the rooms overlooking the beautiful white sand beach which is definitely worth the extra cost. You are literally about 25 metres from the sea. Hotel is only a few years old so everything is in pretty good condition. Our room was spacious with double and single beds and walk in shower. Excellent quiet air con. Mini fridge. Kettle. Complimentary toiletries. Robes and slippers. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very good service. Sun loungers at beach (with drinks service) and several pools but the pools whilst both infinity are very small and we didnt like the design of the long pools outside of the rooms in the centre of the hotel - perhaps good if you're staying in one of the rooms on the ground floor but not otherwise. The skybar on the top floor (4th) has comfy, cosy seating as well as table and chairs and one of the infinity pools. Good deal with 2 4 1 cocktails from 4 - 7pm and you can also get lunch or casual dinner here. There is also an excellent small gym. The centre of Pangalo with all the restaurants, cafes, tour agencies etc is less than a 10 min walk. If nit picking they are a bit rule bound and not very flexible. Eg wouldnt let us order 2 4 1 cocktails and take them to our room. There are notices about what you should and shouldnt do and strict finish times for meals but minor. They should also clean the beach better. Overall great stay though and best hotel walkable to the centre.

God stand på værelserne - valgte et med direkte pooladgang. Vores fly gik om aftenen og udtjekning var kl 11. Nemt med bagageopbevaring, men desværre kunne vi ikke købe os ekstra access til poolområdet mens vi ventede - selvom hotellet tydeligvis ikke var fyldt op.

The resort and customer service was amazing. Bit disappointed with the beach, there’s a few broken glasses we saw that could lead to a potential accident. There’s only a few spots to swim since there’s lots of weeds. Saw few people eating and drinking closer to the water that is quite a bot harmful to the cleanliness of the beach as well. Quite a bit pricey as well ( f & b and room rates)

Superb! The hotel is next to the beach, with clean white sand. The infinity pools is clean, safe, and has a nice view. And the food -- lots of options. And they are all mouth-watering. My family and I love everything this hotel can offer.

객실 정리는 훌륭했습니다. 위치도 알로나 비치, 주변 식당에 접근하기 좋은 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 다만 샤워기 손잡이가 자꾸 빠져서 곤란했네요.. 냉장고도 처음에는 작동이 잘 되지 않아 서비스 요청했는데 빠르게 처리해주셨습니다. 수영장은 더할 나위 없이 좋습니다. 알로나비치보다 지대가 높게 배치되어 있어 한눈에 전경을 바라볼 수 있습니다. 직원 분들도 마주칠 때마다 시간에 맞는 인사 건네주시고 웃으면서 맞이해주셔서 감사했습니다. 수질은..다른 리뷰에서도 확인하실 수 있다시피 좋지는 않습니다.. 샤워 필터를 사용했는데 3명 정도가 샤워하면 황동 색깔로 바뀌어 넉넉하게 준비하는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 마지막으로 출입문에 경비 분이 3명 이상 상주하여 보안 문제는 전혀 걱정하지 않아도 됩니다.

We had a lovely stay at this resort. The location and facilities provide an opportunity to both rest and relax or enjoy the activity of Alona. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and dinner one night, the spacious rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were helpful and always polite.

Janet in the restaurant should be recognized for her excellent hospitality. She was very friendly and professional. The swim up rooms were nice but I would never book that again. Neighboring families were right in front of our area in large groups and very noisy. They were not respectful at all. In addition to this, the neighboring families were occupying several rooms and the doors were slamming well past midnight. It was ridiculous. I finally called the front desk to complain but it still occurred.

Excellent customer service with the best breakfast we had during our visit to the Philippines. Staff were always polite, smiley and helpful. Thehotek is new, and they are nicely looking after it. The beach felt premium with no street vendors able to harass you. Its the last hitel on a nice stretch of beach and its less busy than other hotels. One thing I would highlight! The bedroom walls are exceptionally thin, and we could constantly hear people laughing, screaming etc. This effected our sleep in the first 2 nights before I ended up banging on their door and telling them to keep the noise down. It worked, and we had no further issues with sleep.

The staff and breakfast were very good. The roof top pool and bar were very appreciated. However I was attempting to contact my major airline with offices in Cebu. None of the staff at the front desk was able to tell me how to do that or be able to complete the call for me. I eventually emailed a copy of the hotel business card with the phone number to the airline office. The airline office apparently attempted to call the hotel a number of times but no one answered the call (???). I was never able to speak to anyone while I was staying at the hotel.

We stayed 6 nights in one of the rooms overlooking the beautiful white sand beach which is definitely worth the extra cost. You are literally about 25 metres from the sea. Hotel is only a few years old so everything is in pretty good condition. Our room was spacious with double and single beds and walk in shower. Excellent quiet air con. Mini fridge. Kettle. Complimentary toiletries. Robes and slippers. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very good service. Sun loungers at beach (with drinks service) and several pools but the pools whilst both infinity are very small and we didnt like the design of the long pools outside of the rooms in the centre of the hotel - perhaps good if you're staying in one of the rooms on the ground floor but not otherwise. The skybar on the top floor (4th) has comfy, cosy seating as well as table and chairs and one of the infinity pools. Good deal with 2 4 1 cocktails from 4 - 7pm and you can also get lunch or casual dinner here. There is also an excellent small gym. The centre of Pangalo with all the restaurants, cafes, tour agencies etc is less than a 10 min walk. If nit picking they are a bit rule bound and not very flexible. Eg wouldnt let us order 2 4 1 cocktails and take them to our room. There are notices about what you should and shouldnt do and strict finish times for meals but minor. They should also clean the beach better. Overall great stay though and best hotel walkable to the centre.

Staff are excellent. Brilliant service and Maica was great looking after us at breakfast. Hotel was a little noisy with lots of kids screaming and a lot of the parents were just as loud.

Janet in the restaurant should be recognized for her excellent hospitality. She was very friendly and professional. The swim up rooms were nice but I would never book that again. Neighboring families were right in front of our area in large groups and very noisy. They were not respectful at all. In addition to this, the neighboring families were occupying several rooms and the doors were slamming well past midnight. It was ridiculous. I finally called the front desk to complain but it still occurred.

La chambre est magnifique et le personnel vraiment très serviable. En revanche, certains détails ont gâché le séjour : les enfants ont été comptés comme des adultes pour le dîner, certaines facturations n’étaient pas justifiées, et au moment du départ, il faut patienter pour que tout soit vérifié avant d’avoir le feu vert. We had a lovely stay at this resort. The location and facilities provide an opportunity to both rest and relax or enjoy the activity of Alona. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and dinner one night, the spacious rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were helpful and always polite.

Excellent customer service with the best breakfast we had during our visit to the Philippines. Staff were always polite, smiley and helpful. Thehotek is new, and they are nicely looking after it. The beach felt premium with no street vendors able to harass you. Its the last hitel on a nice stretch of beach and its less busy than other hotels. One thing I would highlight! The bedroom walls are exceptionally thin, and we could constantly hear people laughing, screaming etc. This effected our sleep in the first 2 nights before I ended up banging on their door and telling them to keep the noise down. It worked, and we had no further issues with sleep.

BE AWARE OF THE DEPOSIT!!! I was not aware after paying a fortune for the hotel stay that there was a 2000 php per day deposit required to pay upon arrival. I can with limited cash and there was no sympathy or understandinf about not having the cash. I therefore put this on my credit card and now subjected to international fees and currency fees. They assured me that this would be refunded upon check out back to my card. However its now been over 24hrs and the funds are still not back on my card, costing me a daily interest rate. This spoilt the start of my holiday and even tho the place looks amazing, it was just the experience of this and the poor way this wa handled by the receptionist. I then raised my conserns after leavinf about the funds still not being back on my card and now they are ignoring me and just keep telling me it will be refunded. I wont be using Henann ever again as in the all the years of holidaying, ive never left such a deposit its like £200 per week extra you have to budget for, usualy resorts and hotels simply ask for a credit card to charge should they need too. Poor customer aftercare.

Everything about Henann was spectacular. We messed up on the ferries and chose this place on a whim. It turned out to be the best side quest ever. Staff was phenomenal. Breakfast was incredible and the pools and beach were stunning

객실 깔끔하고 직원들은 친절했으나 조식이 음식 가짓수 적은건 둘째치고 맛이 없었던게 좀 아쉬웠어요 그래도 비치 앞쪽이라 나이트라이프 즐기기에도 최적인 위치고 메인 스트릿이랑도 비치쪽으로 이동하니까 가깝고 좋더라구요 다음에 보홀 여행가도 또 숙박할 의향 있어요!~

This was an amazing place to stay. Super nice rooms and friendly staff. Giving a private beach area at the end of the cove. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was amazing as well. The way they had the food set up gave lots more options than a typical room

The resort and customer service was amazing. Bit disappointed with the beach, there’s a few broken glasses we saw that could lead to a potential accident. There’s only a few spots to swim since there’s lots of weeds. Saw few people eating and drinking closer to the water that is quite a bot harmful to the cleanliness of the beach as well. Quite a bit pricey as well ( f & b and room rates)

Superb! The hotel is next to the beach, with clean white sand. The infinity pools is clean, safe, and has a nice view. And the food -- lots of options. And they are all mouth-watering. My family and I love everything this hotel can offer.

I hope the breakfast/dinner buffet isn't just an Asian Fusion, and the drinks should be included in the dinner buffet fee, like their breakfast, even just the pop and juice.

There are way too many rules, hidden payments, signing forms at this hotel - they are on constant look out to get extra cash, fees out of you from the moment of check-in.
