Die Zimmerausstattung inklusive Bad war richtig toll, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen war auch sehr gut. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wäre es toll gewesen, wenn die leeren Behälter öfter aufgefüllt worden wären. Wenn man einen Shuttle brauchte, war dieser ganz schön teuer und es gab keine Möglichkeit Tricicles zu kontaktieren (diese wären deutlich günstiger gewesen). Der Pool ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hatte überall lose Fliesen, aber das Wasser war immer sauber und man erhält kostenlose Handtücher für den Pool oder Strand. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder kommen!

Nice room with pool and ocean view. Swim up bar. Entertainment every night at outdoor dining area. Located directly on the beach. Overall an excellent hotel/resort.

Highly recommended! Friendly and courteous staff, great location. But the street that goes to hotel entrance was flooded and muddy and just terrible, not the hotels fault but hope their local government do something about the roads! Overall great hotel experience!!!

Super oceanview & modern hotel. Improve on having a better gym with more equipment to compliment your hotel & future guests will appreciate it.

This hotel has spacious rooms, very clean with friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like is the road leading up to the hotel is not paved and doesn't have enough parking spaces

My booking on Hotels.com said my room would be the top floor, which was not the case when I arrived. Misleading info on somebody's part. Our room had no slippers and we requested another small towel for the bathroom which never arrived. We went in the amazing pool each day. We also pulled about 7-10 loose tiles that we stepped on out of the pool each day. The hotel was clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was also well done.

Lower end of high luxury hotels for area. Pool is nice, with a pool bar, but limited seating and lounge chairs. Not generally too crowded. Wasn’t generally hard to get a seat if wait a little, especially weekdays. Also generous on providing pool/beach towels for on/off resort use. Nice beach right in front of hotel with limited seating and umbrellas, but again wasn’t usually a problem to sit. Limited menu but ok to good quality in general for Philippines. Slightly up charged compared to eating off resort for what you get. Pro tip, stick to Filipino dishes or explore many alternatives nearby beachside. Nice spa for massage, etc.. Also available in room. Overall extremely friendly professional service. Overall good choice without spending a fortune.

The room was spacious although in need of a little TLC. Lovely balcony overlooking the sea, however, unfortunately there was building works right in front of the hotel. This started at 7am and unfortunately the noise lasted all day (this went on throughout our week stay). One of the workers also kept waving at me and shouting to me when on the balcony, which was a little disconcerting. I did discuss the issue with reception and the duty manager did say she would discuss the issues (time of day builders started work and the worker shouting and waving) with the owner. There was no detail on the website regarding works either which I also discussed with the manager, as this really should be highlighted so people can make a choice not to stay for this reason. The hotel is on the beach front (small pathway between hotel and beach) but there is only a couple of sunbeds on the hotel property. The pool is lovely and clean however lots of broken tiles. Approx 10 beds by pool. You are within walking distance of lots of bars/restaurants but not close enough to be impacted by any noise. Breakfast was not great for us (UK citizens) but looked like it catered well for Asian cultures. You could get an omelette/toast but unfortunately there was no breakfast tea/yoghurt/granola which is probably all that would be needed to cater for European clients. Staff were fabulous, attentive and professional. The true assets to this property.

The property is within walking distance and is in the center of all action in alona beach area. Overall, the property is excellent considering the price and the size, and amenities… the GYM, needs more free weights

Hotel modern, clean, breakfast included, amazing staff. Games area for the kids, kids pool Area. Chairs for the hotel on the beach. I went with my husband and 3 kids and we had a perfect vacation at the BW hotel. Recommended 100% even if breakfast with limited choices bus still Good.

四つ星とは思えまんでした。 メイン通りからホテルまでの細い道がガタガタで、車はもちろん、歩くのも大変でした。 洗濯済みのタオルが毎日忘れられていて、ロビーに連絡しないといけませんでした。それでもタオルが三種類揃うことは無く、フェイスタオルかミニタオルのどちらかでした。 フィリピンの友達、一名が遊びに来たら、セキュリティのためIDを確認されるだけでなく、IDをフロントで預かる的な高圧的な対応にも残念に思いました。

We stayed for 4 days the hotel was clean and nice, plus the staffs were accommodating and helpful.

Other than being hard to find, down a very narrow muddy one lane road there is no other complaints. Once you finally find this place it’s AMAZING. The location to the beach, access to the beach, the pool, the view from the room, and OMG the breakfast is AMAZING. Continental breakfast isn’t the right word for this. It’s more like a 10 course breakfast. Exactly what you expect from a very high price classy 5 star hotel in my opinion. The staff and facility are amazing. I will choose this place for all my future stays. Only problem with the room were the mosquitoes and few ants we found on the robes in the closet. However if you leave the balcony door closed you won’t have to worry about the mosquitoes. Still not a deal breaker. Fantastic hotel.

We received most exceptional welcome and were looked after throughout our stay. The room was spacious and bright with a wonderful see view. Pool is nice to relax by and there is a beach are reserved for the guests literally on the doorstep. Complementary towels are provided. Breakfast had a very wide range to choose from and we also enjoyed a dinner in the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and we felt well looked after.

The bathroom is tight and water form shower always spill over the toilet area. Water pressure is not great and shower stops working in the middle of using it.

Will not stay here again. Had we not paid in advance with no refund Expedia policy we would have checked out early moved to a resort. The noise, cold/lack of diversity food, slow service, drains backups, music too loud all day, unruly children running wild, and other things make it not palatable hotel for a couple wanting to relax peacefully when on vacation. No hot water. Water lukewarm at best with drainage back up. Shower no door and water from coming out when showering. Breakfast Buffet cold and catered only to locals. Food was NOT hot, despite being on burners (set to low!) or having fuel cans NOT lit which made us a little bit concerned still being in a pandemic and so many people touching the utensils not washing their hands. Service was slow. Ordered 2 drinks and fries, 45 minutes later the beers arrived warm and the french fries cold. Noise nonstop daily. If you like loud noise 24/7 this is your place. If you actually want to relax and have some peace and quiet this is not the place to be. Children jumping up and down above us running up/ down the hallways slamming doors at night playing. “Family friendly hotel” doesn’t mean let child(ren) run wild with no discipline or control when encroaching on the other guests. 100 peso tips to EACH cleaning person before they started cleaning incentive things were STILL missed such as putting replacing empty soaps, taking away dirty glasses, clean towels debatable pubic hair found. Hotels should have some catering for Americans.

Rooms need some fixes, eg. Lights and shower this is my 2nd stay but overall, still good.

Es un hotel comodo, limpio al frente de la playa, muy buena ubicación, el desayuno muy completo y rico. Desde las habitaciones se escucha un poco de ruido por la musica que ponen al lado.

Staff extremely pleasant and courteous - very professional and accommodating.

첫 보홀여행이라 4성급이상의 리조트들중에서 선택하길잘한것 같아요. 가격대비 서비스 매우 만족합니다. 직원들이 친절하고 룸컨디션과 수영장이 안전하고 알로나비치와 접근성이 좋아 2일동안 편하게 머물었어요. 조식은 종류는많았는데 입에 잘맞지않았고 2일째 정전이 되고나서는 와이파이가 잘 연결이 안되었어요. 개인적으로 아쉬웠던점은 도착하는날이 새벽시간이라 유료 공항픽업서비스를 신청하고 왔는데 10분넘게 기다려도 차량이 오지않고 리조트 연락처로 전화를해도 연결되지않았습니다. 결국 다른차량으로 이동은했으나 미리 신청을하고 갔는데도 제대로 전달이 안된점은 실망스럽네요. 그리고 다음에 또 간다면 1층 풀억세스룸을 예약할것같아요. 수영장과 비치 이용하는것이 훨씬 더 좋아보였습니다.

Check in and out was fast. Rooms was nice, clean. Bed and was nice. Bathroom was of a good size. Nice furnitures in the room. Staff in the front desk, restaurant and at the beach were amazingly helpful and very attentive to our need. The burger we orderred was surprisingly very good. Breakfast was ok. Overall the food we orderred was very good.

Very nice staff. They accomodated me even though my reservation was canceled due to the ferry closures the day i was scheduled to check-in. Great breakfast!

Location and friendly front desk and restaurant servers was the best part of this hotel. the pool, beach front are amazing specially when you have kids. what they need to improve is the manager/supervisor that handles the restaurant. he would think that he was trying to provide friendly service but he keeps suggesting things to order that we have already refused which makes it annoying & make us think that he's just after the money. also, not part of the hotel but, beware of persistent & annoying locals offering pearls. they keep asking you eventhough you have said no many times while you are just trying to have some relaxing time by the beach.

No replies to emails, no way of organising transfers, horrible/loud overpowering beach entertainment, swimming pools tiles falling off, building site in front.

This is the best hotel I stayed during my one month trip to the country, thanks to the staff. The staff is simply wonderful. They make your stay unforgettable. I will go back there for sure. Thank you all the staff especially Jorjie for caring.

Walkable to the beach …. The entrance to the property from the main road needed to be asphaltedor cemented …. That road entrance should match the beauty of the resort

Great location if you want the buzz of town, everything is walking distance, dive shops, restaurants, shops, ATMs etc. Hotel is great, people are kind, I am very happy with my stay and would recommend.

If transportation was not available it would be difficult to locate. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Adoramos o hotel, fica na frente da praia. Mesmo não sendo a melhor praia, é ok! O hotel só precisa reformar o acesso de carro, sempre tá alagado e com lama. Infelizmente estão construindo um prédio na frente do prédio, o que atrapalha a vista para o mar.

Great location, walking distance from convenience store, restaurants and nice beachfront

The property was great. The breakfast was excellent. Close to the beach. Price of food and drinks were very high. The road to the facility is a hidden dirt road and hard to find. So, its ok to us.

I write as soon as I get home. We stayed in the family room for 4 days and 3 nights. The accessibility and location are superb because Alona Beach is right in front. My family experienced breakfast, lunch and dinner all. The taste was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I will never forget the experience of eating while watching the performance, especially in the evening. We visited on Independence Day in the Philippines. The time we spent together in the historical moment in the Philippines while watching the staff perform was meaningful to our family as a Korean foreigner. The best experience for my family was that I was surprised that all the staff were always bright, so friendly to customers, and all of them had a self-contained mind set. Thank you to all the staff for making happy and unforgettable memories, and especially thank you Weng for his careful consideration from the beginning to the end of the trip.

Very close to Alona beach. Breakfast is superb! Love every single day eating brekky, different choices everyday. Loads of restaurants and bars, store nearby. Will book here again
