The service was top notch, everyone is professional and friendly. The rooms could've been a bit bigger and the location wasn't the best (barely walkable to the nearest mall/attraction). It is relatively quiet compared to Manila proper. The gym and the pool looked lovely. The breakfast was fantastic, it was a buffet style and options were changed daily. All in all, it was a great experience. Once construction is completed around the area, I suspect it will be even better.

New property. Only one of the towers open yet. The pool is wonderful and have a nice sauna and steam room too. Breakfast buffet with plenty of options and helpful staff. Security is tight, although a bit annoying as a guest having to get all scanned every time you enter. Location is good. Close to casino and malls.

This hotel was exceptional for the price you pay. Stayed in the family connecting room which was perfect for 4 adults. Keep in mind the bed sizes are different (smaller) in Asia than in North America. The pool area was beautiful, and has a kiddie pool as well. There’s a sauna and steam room in the change rooms. The staff were extremely friendly, true Filipino hospitality. Would stay there again.

The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist offered outstanding, friendly service. While the property’s distance from retail stores and fast food establishments was somewhat inconvenient, the overall experience remained positive. I was, however, surprised that a hotel of this caliber did not feature a smart TV in the room. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

Nice hotel, very convenient location. It’s close to the mall and many restaurants, and especially near the airport, which made our stay very easy and stress-free. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and our room steward was awesome—very attentive and kind. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. Customer service is lacking at breakfast, had to continually ask for tea and coffee despite their being plenty of staff around, nobody checks to see if you need any more drinks. Pool area is really nice and great for lap swimming. Area around the hotel is not particularly pleasent.

With an average Expedia rating of 8.2, I actually think the Grand Westside Manila Hotel is underrated. The place is secure, safe, clean, friendly, and has warm and welcoming staff. The rate was fair considering the amenities included. I did not use the airport shuttle, but this is an added bonus lacking from many other stays. I would for sure consider them for a future stay. ASEANA CITY is located close to MOA and the NAIA airport. The rooms were well-maintained with great pillows and a comfortable bed. The room size was better than most, considering Philippine rooms generally run smaller. I had no complaints about water pressure, even the hot water. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate my stay experience at a 10. From a solo Balikbayan visitor from LA, thank you for making my stay comfortable and restful.

Room was tiny no view, bed small hard and lumpy. AC is good and breakfast while second rate compared to The Manila Hotel breakfast buffet was not that bad. Place is clean and staff are professional. One good point they have a free airport shuttle. However those beds are not comfortable. And room was so tiny room service could barely set up our order.

It’s a very nice hotel, modern, new. The room is good size and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a slight smell in my room. At night, the neighbors were very loud past midnight so I think the sound proof is not great. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. I was surprised this is a 3 star not a 4 star hotel.

Nice, spacious, well appointed room. However, there is a strobe light sprinkler system that flashes green all night and a super bright night-light(?) on the wall that you.l can’t turn off. I spent way too long trying to live things to cover or obscure these lights to actually have a semi-dark room to sleep. Didn’t sleep much as a result. Otherwise quite nice.

Overall, the property was good, but the room was a bit small. The value was good for the money. If I could complain about one thing, it the lack of front desk staff. I had two separate visits to this hotel and consistently saw a lack of front desk staff. A lot of International flights arrive at Manila late in the evening. The last thing you want to do after a 24 hour flight is stand in line at 1:30am waiting to get your room.

C/out time is 12 noon, unfortunately i received the call from the reception desk around 11h35 AM to check if we we’re still in our rooms. I booked 1 family room equivalent of 2 rooms and 1 twin room. No tea bags in the room we need to contact the reception and no answer , need to call twice before they answered. Upon check out i requested to sent the bellboy in our room they arrived a bit longer than i expected. Check in & check out took so long. Not so happy with the service. Breakfast staff, swimming pool, gym , bell boy and housekeeping are very nice.

Check in was very slow. Not a good experience when you have traveled all day and than have to wait 30 minutes to get your key. Need bigger front deck and more people checking people in rather than standing around smiling. Hot water in the showers was ordinary at best, and drainage does not keep up with shower and overflows onto bathroom floor. Not my ideal place to stay, but if you like spending your time waiting, go for it.

The hotel itself is very nice, with clean rooms and great facilities. Overall, the property is well maintained and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant in many ways. Unfortunately, our experience with the concierge significantly affected our impression. The concierge named Iya was unhelpful and came across as arrogant. When we asked for assistance booking a Grab car due to having a lot of luggage, she refused to help. I also noticed her signal to the staff next to her not to assist us with booking a Grab and instead directed us to have a guard help us get a taxi. Later, other staff informed us that taxis rarely pass by the area and that Grab cars that do come are usually already booked, which made the situation even more frustrating. This lack of support and inconsistent information was disappointing, especially from someone in a guest-facing role. That said, I want to commend the staff stationed at the door, who was extremely helpful and professional. Their kindness and willingness to assist made a big difference and helped us when we needed it most. The hotel has excellent potential, but I hope management addresses this concierge experience, as it does not reflect the quality of the rest of the staff or the property.

This is my third visit. Wonderful hotel and impeccable service. Dex and Nalon in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. Chris at the Lobby Bar is amazing. I'll definitely return again. However, when I check in, I wish the front desk knew that I was a returning guest and treat me accordingly. Rather than re-explaining everything as if new. It would be great if they had benefits for loyal customers and just automatically make us members.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything about our experience was exceptional. Even with our very late arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and checked us in quickly. They were so helpful, especially during our “not-so-bright” moments after a long flight. Though, what truly stood out for us, was the exceptional staff—everyone we encountered, from the concierge to security to housekeeping, was genuinely friendly, professional, and always ready with a warm smile. Too bad we only had a short stay, but we can’t wait to return and experience the same warm hospitality again.

The staff at check in , check out and Restaurant greeters, servers, housekeepers were fabulous. Rooms were always clean and if we need anything they brought it to us. All the Staff was always greeting and asking us if we need anything. But most of all our concierge Jude Lacao-cao made sure we had an excellent stay at the hotel during our visit in January and February. Jude is the reason why we booked again at this hotel. He helped us with our , shuttles, sightseeing, our computer problems etc.. Concierge Mark and Sen were very helpful too!

Overall, the property was good, but the room was a bit small. The value was good for the money. If I could complain about one thing, it the lack of front desk staff. Pros and Cons: -hotel was nice Cons: -very poor customer service at the front desk. They won’t even help you to get a grab driver. -a/c was hot thermostat broken -hotel food was repetitive (need to offer more selections , stay away from Fish which they cook in 2 ways only they alter it every other day both taste horrible for our 5 nights stay there the food wasn’t even worth half the price we paid. -no currency exchange at the hotel It’s our second time checking in at this hotel . Our first was on February 2025 and now this trip June 2025. First time service was more horrible and so was the food it was all salty. But this trip we thought they would improved already that’s why we booked again. It was all a disappointment during our 6 nights stay

I had a Good Stay. The hotel was relatively new and not within walking distance of stores, shops, and restaurants. You had to take local transportation to get to anything outside the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant and bar if you don't want to venture out. The hotel is close to MOA and Ayala Mall.

Fantastic hotel! This is our second visit and we have a third visit booked. Love their breakfast buffets and the food is top-notch. But what gives the hotel that 5th star is the service. Amazing staff like Chris at the Lobby Bar. He was very attentive and friendly. I hope to see him again. Arjohn at La Meza, who had a great smile that matched his service. Airport Shuttle is terrible there's no enough sitting for passengers we need to squeeze in ...and breakfast is no so bad as well we get down to have breakfast 9:00 and there's no milk left for cereal and coffee the waiter send he bring in our table but unfortunately it did not arrive..and drinks all empty as well so there's not second chance to get a second drink even just water so if you want breakfast come down early but it's said breakfast is until 10:00 am we been to lot of hotels but this is the worst buffet breakfast I ever been apart from that everything is ok

Overall the rooms are very nice, comfortable etc. the food in the restaurant was very good. The down side is the bar is terrible. Service was slow and we were the only people in there. The nachos with carne needed a magnifying glass to find the meat. They were made with cheese whiz. The wine list absolutely sucks. For that price point I could have gotten bottles in the top 8% in the world, instead their selection was in the bottom 30% worldwide. The entire list was 8 varieties.

very mixed. Stayed in the executive suite. Was served food with allergens even after we informed the kitchen. so people with food issues/allergies should be very careful. menu was often incorrect with listed ingredients and the allergen signage was often incorrect. Had to switch hotels and were still charged for time not at the hotel. Management misrepresented to hotels.com claiming a full stay even after leaving early. rest of staff was nice. rooms were pretty clean. slightly higher humidity in the room then desired. Short taxi ride to the malls. walking is possible but a little tricky with tons of traffic. If you are on a working trip and want a comfortable upright chair to sit in while working at your laptop. Will likely need to sit in your room unless you are ok with it in your lap. The place is super busy... with huge crowds for the breakfast buffet but they organize it pretty well... Be prepared to stand in long lines. Listed photos represent a comfortable lobby but it's more like an empty gymnasium with tons of noise and Condo sales people
