Room was basic. No radiators to dry things on. No long mirror or fridge. Bunkbeds were hard to climb onto. Breakfast was nice hut not available at 6am on leaving day which i thought should be. Sauna should be open lonher

The hotel was very comfortable; the bedrooms were a reasonable size and well furnished. Whilst on the main road the area is very so, combined with a comfortable bed, I slept well. The breakfast was in the buffet style but very good with a good variety to choose from. Whether it was out if season (late November) the hotel seemed to have few occupants. Other than the sauna, which I didn't use, everything else seemed closed. The main downside of the hotel is the transport links to anywhere!! There is a very limited bus service that connects to the airport and Levi; twice a day I believe. The alternative is very expensive; taxis....€22 to the airport which was about 4.5km in distance. To Levi was €53.00! A basic but good hotel but personal transport is a must.

Very poor advice in English how to enter the hotel at the hotel. A terrible small outside spiral staircase to come to the 2nd floor. As the reception is almost always closed so it's impossible to use the inside stairs. The shower was leaking so the complete floor got flooded after 10 seconds. Unfortunately I lost one key and had to pay the unbelievebal amount of EURO 100,- for this kind of prehistoric key. First I thought the guy makes a joke, but it's thru.

the place was ok. to check in, they left our room key in a lock box with all instructions. we went out at night for hopes to see the northern lights and our key didnt worked for the second time when we tried to open the main entrance door and since the is no reception and our phones werent working we truly almost called the emergency # as it was extremely called and our. Thank goodness somw guest arrived like 20 mins after and let us in on the other main entrance on the second floor overall ok but doors are horrible/ keys

Very comfortable stay with a great room, with a very spacious bathroom. Had all facilities we needed and would like to say how lovely it is to walk into a warm room from the cold outside. Instructions to enter property were clear and everything worked well. Breakfast was very good and with a lot of options, you could choose whatever you wanted.

Die Unterkunft ist für ein paar Nächte in Ordnung, aber für ne Woche oder mehr nicht zu empfehlen. Es ist altmodisch und schlicht eingerichtet. Man kann kein Fenster öffnen, wodurch es schnell stickig und ekelig im Zimmer wird. Die Dusche war eine Katastrophe und wurde nicht verdichtet, wodurch das komplette Bad überflutet wurde nach 2min duschen. Service kommt nur durch Ansprechen vom Personal. Beim Frühstück gab es aber eine gute ausreichende Auswahl. Nur an manchen Tagen, bei einem bestimmten Mitarbeiter, nur sehr wenig von allem vorhanden. Insgesamt für den Preis voll in Ordnung, aber für längere Urlaube nicht zu empfehlen. Vielleicht eher eine Nacht vorm Flug oder nach Ankunft am Flughafen in Kittilä.

Room was basic. No radiators to dry things on. No long mirror or fridge. Bunkbeds were hard to climb onto. Breakfast was nice hut not available at 6am on leaving day which i thought should be. Sauna should be open lonher

Very comfortable stay with a great room, with a very spacious bathroom. Had all facilities we needed and would like to say how lovely it is to walk into a warm room from the cold outside. Instructions to enter property were clear and everything worked well. Breakfast was very good and with a lot of options, you could choose whatever you wanted.

The hotel was very comfortable; the bedrooms were a reasonable size and well furnished. Whilst on the main road the area is very so, combined with a comfortable bed, I slept well. The breakfast was in the buffet style but very good with a good variety to choose from. Whether it was out if season (late November) the hotel seemed to have few occupants. Other than the sauna, which I didn't use, everything else seemed closed. The main downside of the hotel is the transport links to anywhere!! There is a very limited bus service that connects to the airport and Levi; twice a day I believe. The alternative is very expensive; taxis....€22 to the airport which was about 4.5km in distance. To Levi was €53.00! A basic but good hotel but personal transport is a must.

If you want a easy stay in Kittele, this is the Hotel for you. Good parking right outside, clean rooms, and very good bed. (Slept really vell) interior is like in the 80’is, but that is OK. And a really good breakfest included.

A normal Finnish style hotel from the eighties. Great plus is the great staff working there - super nice welcoming atmosphere thanks to them! Helped to get warm milk to our kid in the late night, very helpful and understanding. Truly heartwarming after some experiences with only Ai pot answers by a Airbnb cabin few days earlier.

Clean room and hotel. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. make sure you get a confirmation of your key placement if you are arriving after business hours. I don’t think Expedia did a good job communicating or something. Twice I wrote via Expedia that I was getting there after hours and still didn’t get the keys placed where it was supposed to be.
