Quality Inn & Suites Lodi I-90

This is a spotless, quiet hotel -- clean, tidy room; lovely refreshing pool with a jacuzzi, shower, bathroom and plenty of towels; breakfast with wafflemaker; helpful staff-- I would recommend this quality inn to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with superb hosts. It is an excellent value.

Very nice motel with a great lication. The. Staff here pays attention to its customers. Very friendly, polite and helpful. We love the walkable distance to Rocky Rocco’s, Cousin’s subs and A&W as well located in the travel center. Nice pool and hot tub area along with gym. Breakfast is enjoyable as well.

This hotel is great, every worker we ran into was very pleasant... The breakfast was ok, could use more variety, the pool was the best I have been in for a long time , warm water and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Will definitely be back

Coffee was too weak and breakfast is mediocre. Gym has no cleaning solution for equipment, no water. Treadmill needs to be replaced. Pool was okay. Whirlpool needs attention.

This was a last-minute road trip stop for us, but we will definitely be back! We entered a bright and cheerful lobby with helpful staff, unwound the road weary muscles in the hot tub (plus a few laps in the pool) and slept comfortably in a dark temperate room. I cannot tell you how nice it was to wake up to the smell of waffles, and eat a full breakfast before resuming our journey. Everyone we met was professional and helpful — truly focused on making it the best stay possible.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice updated rooms. Water in the lobby. Employees were nice and very welcoming. Only downfall was the hot tub was not working the second night of our stay. The water was low, cold and the jets kept sputtering off and on. Disappointing after coming in from the cold all day skiing. But otherwise, great convenient hotel located close to Cascade Mountain where we skiied all weekend.

The room smelled like cat urine, the smell was so overwhelming that my clothes smelled like it and I was only there for 8 hours!

This property was very reasonably priced and in a good location to continue down the interstate when passing through. The rooms could use a deep clean and maybe a new coating of paint. The continental breakfast was very sad...the cereal was extremely stale and there was nothing to grab and go. It was very quiet though and the staff were very kind.

The towels and bedding had stains on them. Our comforter was falling apart on the bed. Not too impressed with the linens. The hot tub was nice and the pool area too. Not the best hotel but was OK considering there are no other options in the area.

The room was very musty when we first walked in. Even after running the A/C the air in the room felt heavy and stale. Mold growing on the bathroom ceiling, very lackluster breakfast options.

My experience at Quality Inn could be better. When you got there, the room had a really weird scent. The toilet was dirty as well as the bath area. There were insects flying in the bedroom. We reported the issues to the staffs twice. They told us they’d come “check it out”, but never did. We also kept having issues with the key cards which caused us to change it about five times or more.

Place seems to be clean and well taken care of until we came home with bedbug bites. Too bad because the workers seemed to keep up with things, the pool was clean. Halls seemed fine, bathroom was clean. I saw a small spot of blood on the sheet this morning, but didn’t think twice until I realized what it must have been from. Hope they take care of the problem.

The toliet had pee and pubic hair around the bottom of it.

I appreciated the ascetic and cleanliness of the property, but there were plenty of spots that had chopped paint and my bedding was shredded in places.

Property is in pretty poor condition eventhough you can tell they try to make cheap cover ups. You could everyone walking around. No soundproofing.

Bed isn't very comfortable but the pillows are good. No hot water for our evening shower, warm but not hot! Pool towels are a joke, supervthin and small. TV is small for the price of the room, 26 inch at best! Fridge was barely cool, ridiculous! Parking is really good, we have a uhaul truck pulling our car so we needed lot's of room and they do, lots of room to manuver. Its okay for a one night stopover.

The rooms were clean, roomy, and had all the amenities we could want. Front desk person greeted us every time we saw him and was very quick and informative when we checked in, even giving us a room on 1st floor right near the entrance! Breakfast was average, but still had quite a few choices for a gluten intolerant eater, which is rare.

Nice place for a short stay just off the highway. Room was clean. Bed was comfy but the pillows were unusually small. Decent value for the price

The staff was super helpful. The breakfast was very good. The place was totally clean but many of the public areas (like the elevator, hall, etc) were not in great condition. They could use an update. There is no where to eat near there except the gas station "restaurants" so eat before you get within 15 - 20 minutes. It\'s right off the highway so convenient but I was worried about the noise and I didn\'t need to. I asked for a room away from the highway and it was totally quiet. The room had everything (fridge, micro, coffee) but the TV was tiny. Overall, it was a great option for a single overnight on our trip.

Clean room and friendly staff. Right off interstate but very quiet. Only small problem was room key card took multiple swipes to finally unlock.

Interior of rooms nicely upgraded, and beds good, except for the heater/air conditioner, which was v loud and old, and you couldn't turn it off completely...when turned off (room plenty warm in winter weather in tne 20's without the heat on), it still turned itself on once or twice an hour waking me up. Also,know that the water is soft (hard to rinse soap.off).

We had numerous issues with our key cards not working. Our stay was for 6 days and our room was not cleaned once during our stay. When asked, they said they had a skeleton crew which I understand, but we should not have to go down every day for clean towels and toilet paper and leave our trash in hallway. Upon having an issue with the key, the front desk attendant gave us attitude. So we ended up leaving early because we could not stay there anymore.

Front desk staff were terrific! Thanks to Sean for helping with questions about my reservation. The common areas for eating and gathering were very clean. Good breakfast options.

Easy check in, comfortable room/bed, great breakfast options, close to highway but still very quiet.

Children on the floor above were running and jumping, making loud banging and thudding noises that made it difficult for us to listen to the TV and impossible to sleep. We called the staff at the desk and they were able to resolve the issue. They even offered us a different room.

I just want to give a shout out to Ankit. This man was amazing. Very helpful and it seemed like he pitched in everywhere to help out with anything. Our stay was at the Quality Inn in Lodi WI.

I'm someone who takes into consideration what you get for your money. This location definitely deserves 5 stars. We stayed at four different hotels over 7 days across Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois. This hotel wins bang-for-buck. The cheapest price we paid during our trip ($68/night), but we didn't feel like anything was lacking despite the affordable price point. Room was spacious and cozy with an easily controlled heating/cooling unit. It includes relatively recently remodeled and clean accommodations. Our room had a TV, fridge and microwave. Toiletries provided. The hotel also offers a traditional continental breakfast. The offerings are similar to most with a selection of cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruit, waffle maker and a couple of hot items (eggs and sausage in our case). But what stood out was the attentive staff. A couple of the hotels we stayed at seemed overwhelmed and were running out of items. This was a one-man show and he was on top of everything! Making sure food, dishes and utensils were stocked. Cleaning tables and the serving area as people came and went. I believe he was also covering the front desk. Suffice it to say, it appears to be a well-oiled machine! We chose this location due to value and its proximity to I-90. There are plenty of eating options within a 4-mile radius. We recommend Badger Den for food! The hotel accommodations exceeded our expectations based on price point. Staff were friendly and hard working. Would definitely stay here again!

So many negative things to list. The manager made my pregnant sister cry over TOWELS and a miscommunication that could’ve very easily been resolved if he would have ASKED AND CHECKED OUR RESERVATIONS. We also overheard him yelling at other customers on our 4 night stay. One morning the manager was filling the spoons & knives in the breakfast area and the box ripped causing the spoons to fall on the floor. He didn’t throw those out, he just put them right back in the box. We found about 4 spiders, 3 in the bathroom & 1 on the bed. The tub was gross and there was a hole in the wall in one of the bathrooms. Toilets don’t have covers on them. The hot tub had green slime in it, it obviously needed cleaning. The ice machine was broken. Those are just a few things I can think of off the top of my head. I was mostly annoyed by the towel situation. I’ve stayed at higher end hotels and no one has made a big deal out of towels and much less treated their guests how he treated and talked to my sister. So disrespectful and out of place!

Staff was so kind and friendly, even recommended a great restaurant to eat.

Very nice option to rest on way up the state, rather than staying by Madison. Surprisingly quiet because it is slightly away from the interstate.

Very nice place for overnight stay. Good breakfast. Great warm pool to relax after a day of driving. My only problem with this place is the lack of decent places for dinner nearby.

Safe and quiet and clean. Not much around except for a big gas station. Restaurants were at least 15 minutes away.

It was a nice hotel with good service and a clean room. Kinda out in the middle of nowhere but traveling for work that's not an issue.

Stayed in the King Suite with jacuzzi & it was a pleasant experience. The breakfast was pretty standard & they have a walkable gas station with pizza, subs & an A&W. The bed was on the stiffer side but still comfy. They also have a gym, pool & hot tub, which was nice. It’s located within 30 minutes of parks & the Dells. I will definitely be back to explore more.

This was a great property to stay at on my way to WI Dells. Right off the highway. The property was very clean and had a nice pool area.

Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. Beds were very clean and comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I've had in any hotel. A/C worked beautifully. The only critique we had was the breakfast selection. Was hoping for more of a selection of protein, and the eggs were the powdered variety, which was not appetizing. Only muffins and bread for toasting options, but make-your-own-waffle was available. We would definitely stay there again. Did not utilize the pool or hot tub, so we can't speak to that.
