I put in a HOT TUB filter for hotels.com and there was NO hot tub there and never has been. Pool was decent, breakfast was hot, service was excellent

Had an issue with the toilet friday at 9am, told the front desk and was informed that the maintenence man was not in yet, had to plunge the toilet myself. When we were leaving for the day was asked by the front desk if we were staying another night and we were moved to a different room for the following night due to the issue, which we were thankful for. The pool felt as if there was sand or something similar in spots at the bottom, otherwise it was was great for the kids and I, we had it to ourselves the 3 times we swam. The staff was all very nice and the breakfast was good. Other than the restroom issue was overal a very nice stay. Side note, thought there was an issue with the shower pressure, which i believe others have mentioned, you just need to be sure to really pull out the handle to get it to work properly. I wouldn't have an issue staying here again with my family.

We checked in about 430pm Saturday August 23rd and the lady at the front desk was so kind to switch our rooms to a downstairs room due to my dad being disabled. The front lobby was nice offering coffee and ice water. The rooms were also very nice with hardwood flooring a nice tv, mini fridge and a microwave. The beds were comfy and clean. They had a pool that looked clear and clean but we did not use. It was quiet at night and in the morning we had a very good continental breakfast with homemade sausage gravy and biscuits along with a waffle maker and batter machine, hot eggs, sausage patties, toast, cereal etc.... very clean and nice breakfast area to eat at. We were pleased with our stay and it was next door to Little Dave's Roadhouse which is a nice steakhouse with Good food and down the road from all the fastfood restaurants. Thank you for making our trip a nice one.

There were three mattresses stacked outside of the entryway near a door to the hotel that were getting soaked in the rain (and it seems a little suspicious as to why they were out there in the first place… Bedbugs?) and also there was no hot tub which was advertised in the booking and in the confirmation that I received. we even called the front office staff to ask about the hot tub and they confirmed there is not one on the property.

Expedia had posted on there site that this hotel had a hot tub. IT DOESNT and that is the only reason we booked this hotel. My husband drove over 11 hours and was hoping to relax in the hot tub. Very unhappy with EXPEDIA

Online stated they had a hot tub they did not. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned from the day before. Our pillow cases were stained. The mattress was very uncomfortable it practically sank in the middle. Breakfast was a waffle maker and yogurt.

The staff was helpful and efficient. Check in was easy. The hotel is nice and clean. Only negative is something the hotel sees as positive. The king size bed is like a marshmallow. You sink and can barely roll over. TOO soft. They call it plush. Maybe the queen size is better.

Nice stay! So me and my family were in Kentucky for the Run 4 Roses basketball tournament for my daughter. We had to be there a couple days so I start looking for hotels and came up on this one. I read other reviews and all of them were positive reviews so it definitely gave it a boost for me to choose the hotel. They had a nice clean pool even though we didn’t get a chance to use it, breakfast was pretty alright can’t complain about it. It’s about 45 mins away or so to Louisville, Kentucky. Room was very nice and clean. No stains on bedding. No BUGS!!! I was so happy about the no bugs because all the other hotel reviews around that area and Louisville all had some type of roaches and bed bugs so to spend 2 night here and see no bugs of those kind were very nice! Overall if I were to ever come back around Louisville I would travel the extra 45 mins to brandenburg just to stay here. I want to give a shout out to Eve that checked me in on July 10th and checked me out on the 12th. She was the sweetest person ever! I appreciated her kindness very much. Just know Eve you made the stay comfortable and cozy for me and my family! 10/10 I definitely recommend to anybody! Oh and it definitely was in a safe area with car wash, different gas stations and Kroger right by it! Definitely was a plus!

Nice stay! So me and my family were in Kentucky for the Run 4 Roses basketball tournament for my daughter. We had to be there a couple days so I start looking for hotels and came up on this one. I read other reviews and all of them were positive reviews so it definitely gave it a boost for me to choose the hotel. They had a nice clean pool even though we didn’t get a chance to use it, breakfast was pretty alright can’t complain about it. It’s about 45 mins away or so to Louisville, Kentucky. Room was very nice and clean. No stains on bedding. No BUGS!!! I was so happy about the no bugs because all the other hotel reviews around that area and Louisville all had some type of roaches and bed bugs so to spend 2 night here and see no bugs of those kind were very nice! Overall if I were to ever come back around Louisville I would travel the extra 45 mins to brandenburg just to stay here. I want to give a shout out to Eve that checked me in on July 10th and checked me out on the 12th. She was the sweetest person ever! I appreciated her kindness very much. Just know Eve you made the stay comfortable and cozy for me and my family! 10/10 I definitely recommend to anybody! Oh and it definitely was in a safe area with car wash, different gas stations and Kroger right by it! Definitely was a plus!

Our room that we initially booked had sheets that smelled weird from a previous guest. However, after talking to the receptionist, she offered to move us into a different room for no charge, and she even upgraded us to a suite within 15 minutes of us talking to her about the smell. She immediately came to see what the issue was and gave us a quick resolution. The new room was so comfortable and smelled pristine! Great location to have access to all things Brandenburg!

The hotel was good. For the price and the limited time we needed to stay was great. I didn’t realize you didn’t not get services (room cleaned and fresh linens and towels), when you only stayed two nights. Not a huge deal, the front desk was very accommodating. Overall it was just right for the price.

We checked in about 430pm Saturday August 23rd and the lady at the front desk was so kind to switch our rooms to a downstairs room due to my dad being disabled. The front lobby was nice offering coffee and ice water. The rooms were also very nice with hardwood flooring a nice tv, mini fridge and a microwave. The beds were comfy and clean. They had a pool that looked clear and clean but we did not use. It was quiet at night and in the morning we had a very good continental breakfast with homemade sausage gravy and biscuits along with a waffle maker and batter machine, hot eggs, sausage patties, toast, cereal etc.... very clean and nice breakfast area to eat at. We were pleased with our stay and it was next door to Little Dave's Roadhouse which is a nice steakhouse with Good food and down the road from all the fastfood restaurants. Thank you for making our trip a nice one.

We loved our stay. Staff was friendly. It was very clean. It was quiet. But the breakfast I would have to give a 6. Not alot to choose from and the grave was really thick and not to tasty. But I didn't go hunger so couldn't have been too bad.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. There was no cereal at breakfast. I was there 3 mornings, and it was always sausage which I can not eat. The shower was hot with great pressure. The toilet moved everytime you sat down. It rocked. The whole toilet.
