For a two star hotel, it was great. Some issues, the hot water ran out super quickly, the tub also felt like it was going to give out. But it was clean, the staff was amazing, and there are cardio machines in the gym, a treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike. You really can't ask for more out of a facility at this price tag.

It's all the little touches! Ice water and coffee 24/7. Towels and tissue in neat designs. Usb and outlets easy to reach. Small but very well designed rooms. Washer and dryer downstairs. Steps are excellently designed for easy traversal. Friendly staff! Overall, extremely impressed at this whole facility. We believe we have found a new favorite! Especially when we only need one or two nights.

We Appreciated the shuttle to The Mayo Clinic and back so much! The shuttle driver was very good, and nice too. The desk staff was very helpful! We also appreciated breakfast. The room was very clean.

Internet was good. There was a nice room with an elliptical, treadmill, and bike. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, and a meat, oatmeal, fruit, waffles for breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Room was just like the pictures.

The room was very clean and we really liked the hardwood floors! The bathroom was spacious, as was the room. Our king bed was very comfortable, the staff was so friendly and caring. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the dining area was very clean. Great accommodations and great staff. Thank you!

They bought coliseum tile for the entry & bathroom & it has many many indetations & they fill up with dirt & are hard to clean & I could see a lot of indentations filled with dirt, & I know about the coliseum tile because I have it in my house, & it is NOT a good tile for a heavy traffice area like a hotel/motel because it is hard to keep the indentations clean. i spilled so watter on the dark wood floor by the bed & when i wiped it up the paper towel was very ditry so that means the floor was very dirty. The coffee pot did not look to clean insideeither & when i used it I tipped over the paper cup & the hot water went in to the tray that holds the coffee pot & when i went to empty the water out of the tray in the sink it was dirty also so that meant the tray was dirty. there are a lot of dark colirs in the room & I believe that makes it hard for anyone to see if the room is clean or dirty. The white towels & sink & tub/shower were clean.

Bed bugs. Was watching TV from the bed and caught one crawling on me, even though the lights were all on. I only had one set of clothes and pajamas because I was staying one night. They gave me a new room, dried my clothes, gave me garbage bags for my stuff and told me to spray everything with alcohol, but I am terrified that I am going to take them home with me. Went to Walmart and bought giant ziploc bags, bagged everything possible and am going to hope they didn’t make it into my car. Am in town to go to the hospital here and just didn’t need this the night before my big appointment. I know bedbugs happen but what a bummer.

Comfortable room was in good condition. Housekeeping staff cleaned nicely each day. Two critiques: 1. No power outlets near the left side of the bed hindered convenient device charging overnight. Flatscreen TV worked but was quite old with a small screen. Remote did nothing despite having batteries that were in working condition.

The beds were hard and make a terrible crunching noise every time you move. Enough to wake you up multiple times. The water faucet in the sink was broke so it took multiple tries to actually turn it off. Was very noisy early in evening but this did quiet down. Light fixture by beds needs to be replaced. Very hard to turn it on and off.

The lady at the front desk was a little eccentric...very heavy makeup, wild clothes. Very friendly though. Check-in was easy. Our room was super tiny. We were only there to sleep though, so it didn't really matter to us, but for someone who may want to hang out in their room might find it a little claustrophobic. The rates were good though for the short time we stayed. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Pretty great. A nice easy check in, a room that was super clean, smelled like nothing and had the extras i value (mini fridge, coffee, microwave) bed was a little firm but not bad at all. Extra desk space and table was useful and welcomed. This was a nice cozy place to sleep, and i heard no noise from anywhere while i was sleeping. Very pleased.

Breakfast was adequate... Watered down juice, mediocre coffee, powdered eggs, poorly done bacon, and bananas as the only fruit. This is a low cost hotel, and it is understood. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom was very clean. Air Conditioning was very noisy, and controls unresponsive.

We stayed in 3 different hotels while on a trip. The first two we were at were mediocre but this little gem was the best. We walked in and was instantly greeted with a big smile. The check-in went smoothly and our room was very clean and quiet. Complete with little towel animals here and there, it was the icing on the cake. We had to leave before breakfast was served so we didnt experience that but check out went smooth. The front desk person was working a double shift but he had the same big smile when we left. Would stay there again!!

One staff member, an older white woman who worked on Monday morning acted very rude toward me for no reason. She yelled at me repeatedly, “what do you want, what you want”. Do you read sign that I would be back shortly. She claimed to has been in the bathroom. I have no idea why she got me. All I did was standing at the reception desk waiting for staff. Because of that incident, I don’t think it will be my first choice of a place to stay.

An older but clean and safe facility within close proximity of the Mayo Clinic. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There is free shuttle pick up from here to the Mayo. The free breakfast is decent and the towel animals in the bathroom are a nice touch. Close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Great value for the cost, would stay here again.

What a wonderful evening! Very comfortable bed, quiet hotel. The housekeeper made cute towel animals. Had an amazing breakfast in the morning with bacon, tasty eggs, biscuits and gravy, bananas and oranges, toast or muffin, waffles with honey, oatmeal and cereal. The staff was very attentive and pleasant.

I decided to book a room due to the great reviews but this hotel is so horrible. You can feel the springs on the bed. The pillows were so flat that I woke up with neck pain and was icthy all over. Room was so old style and had a funny smell.Went downstairs for breakfast 7:30 am everything was gone or they didnt have enough out and the were not replacing it.

Convenient Quality, Unbelievable Breakfast (Waffles! Eggs & Bacon, Biscuits & Gravy, Joghurt, plus the usual Breakfast Fare that other Motels offer as “business as usual”), Kind and Helpful Staff, Immaculate Property, Excellent Maid Service. If I return to Rochester, this’s where I’ll stay. (And at a Bargain Price!)

Breakfast was adequate... Watered down juice, mediocre coffee, powdered eggs, poorly done bacon, and bananas as the only fruit. This is a low cost hotel, and it is understood. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom was very clean. Air Conditioning was very noisy, and controls unresponsive.

Stopped here for the weekend. It's a very good convenient area close to Walmart and other stores. Room's where very clean. Breakfast was also good eggs biscuits and gravy bacon. Would definitely stay again. Staff was very helpful

Hotel was very clean but the beds were very old and creaky. Woke up with backache. Shampoo provided but no conditioner. Only one bar of soap for sink. None for shower. Breakfast was only til nine am. Usually hotels go til nine thirty or ten. So had to go over to Perkins next store which cost us 40.00 for breakfast. Want expecting that. I usually book hotels with continental breakfast so I do t have to spend anymore money on breakfast.

Das Motel ist in einem guten Zustand. Unser Zimmer war genügend gross und mit zwei bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut geschmeckt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Dame an der Rezeption, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, bietet das Motel ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

The motel was clean and staff was great. Breakfast was nice also. The beds in this room were not as nice as the ones we stayed in last month. Also the refrigerator in this room wasn't working right and had a big ice chunk that was leaking on the floor. Not as great experience as last time we were here a month ago. The fitness center is top notch and the manager did offer to move us to another room, but we had already unpacked everything so did not move. Nice motel but this trip was a little less pleasant than in June.
