The elevator didn’t function. Staff was coureous

The pool and hot tub was closed, the room smelled musty, the drapes had stains on them, the sink was still dirty.

Our stay was good for the short time we were there. My only complaint was the hot tub was down and the pool was freezing. Other than that, we were comfortable.

I like that this property serves breakfast and is conveniently located from the freeway off-ramp. Each time we have stayed here the hot tub isn't functional. Who wouldn't want a nice soak after a long drive? The rooms are starting to look aged.

This place is an older property that was immaculately clean throughout the rooms, lobby and breakfast area. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. We stayed here because it advertises an indoor pool, but it was closed with a sign stating it was closed for maintenance. A conversation with another guest at breakfast we found out it had been closed for several weeks due to the temperatures and the operator not wanting to spend the money to heat the pool and pool room. We feel we paid more to stay here because of the indoor pool. It is my opinion that the advertising for this property is deceptive and partial refunds should be given to people staying during this time. It is a shame that such a clean nice property has to resort to deceptive trade practices. The side entry door which is the shortest distance from the handi Cap parking is in a little alcove which is where they have chosen to place an ash tray for their staff and guest to smoke in. When the door swings open the secondhand smoke enters the hallway. This requires the handi capped individuals to stand in the smoke while operating the entry lock to gain access to the building.. Oregon's laws require no smoking within 10 feet of a door or window. This is something that management could easily fix by placing a small shelter out on the lawn or in the parking area for smokers and then the 85% of the population that are not smokers would not have to run the gauntlet through the second hand smoke.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Shower was hot with good pressure. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hot tub and pool were great. Will stay here again.

Parking when busy can be an issue. Everything else was great! Good breakfast with lots of options! Comfy beds!

Got the place to soak in the hot tub and let kids swim in the pool. Neither were open, hot tub was getting remolded. The doors had an unusually large gap between floor and door. Had to get a different motel and pay for both.

The location is convenient, right off the highway. The pool was just okay, and the hot tub wasn’t working. They do offer breakfast, but it’s powdered eggs and cheap, low-quality food. Considering the overall condition of the motel, it really should cost less.

The main entrance to this hotel is nice and clean and inviting. The rooms on the other hand not so much. I could believe the amount of cobwebs and dirt that was in this room.

Absolutely will never stay here again. After checking in, go into the bathroom where a nicely folded towel sits with someone else’s hair all over it. Then… my husband gets into bed and his comforter has blood stains on it. He then takes it completely off and there is black lent all on the sheets as if they were never changed. Went to the front desk and he was told that he should have taken photos of the blanket on the bed before bringing it to her. He then asked for a refund and was told that she could not do this because there was not manger today or tomorrow. Told that we would not get a refund because they now cannot sell the room to another customer. Worst customer service I have ever seen. The cleanliness of the whole motel is awful. We looked past it at first but then when we saw the blood that was it. Left immediately. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

The photos and description of this place were misleading. I’m not going to write a lengthy novel that describes all the bad things witnessed, but to sum it up we saw bugs, sheets with marks of things we did not know what they were, carpet that smelled acidic, a shower where water flooded the tub, and cleaning crew that did not fully complete their job (i.e removing garbage and emptying trash cans). Pretty sure there may have also been inappropriate things occurring at the hotel- I’ll leave it at that without getting into specifics. Don’t go here.

Check in was quick and easy and the desk clerk was so nice and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. Well kept. Bed was very comfy. I am going to request to extend my stay two more days to conclude my business here in town. Would highly recommend this motel because it has shown itself as a Quality Inn.

Rooms not clean, carpets are filthy, white socks on the carpet turns black, hinges broken on bathroom door, maintenance on this property is very poor. Housekeepers and front desk check-inn were very helpful and courteous.

The lobby was clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had an odd odor & the furniture was in poor shape (significant scratches & dings on most furniture & the inner door, and the lamp shade wasn't attached correctly, so appeared "broken"), and the HVAC made very loud noises when running, which disturbed our sleep all night. The breakfast had a lot of variety, but the "scrambled" eggs were very odd, almost like a muffin texture (powdered eggs? or mixed with pancake mix?). I've never seen anything like it. The potatoes were cold, but everything else was nice.

The hotel was fine, older but clean and the staff was nice. Just make sure your room is not on the road side. It was really loud until late in the evening and picked up early the next morning.

The room is done well. The pillows are tiny. We had to wait to check in for about 20 minutes.

Lumpy mattress, pillows were numerous but too large, climate controls were unresponsive and noisy when the heater kicked in. Furniture showed wear, and bath doors and bath area had peeling paint and needed refurbishment. Other hotels can be had at a lower price with marginally better facilities. This is our fourth stay here and will avoid in the future. Quality of stay does not validate pricing structure an lack of detail of accomodations.

Overall was a decent spot. Neither TV worked.

Room was decent, a little dated but the walls and floor are thin. Very noisy hard to sleep.

We always enjoy staying with the Quality Inn in Albany, OR when we make a trip south to visit family. It's close to almost anything a traveler would want or need. Three things made the trip a little less than perfect. 1. We always seem to get a room on the freeway onramp side of the hotel and the road noise keeps us up. We know and understand the location is freeway close and some noise is to be expected but a room on the parking lot side will be a specific request the next time we visit. 2. The slow to nonexistent Wifi signal in our room. The front desk staff attempted to reset the router but it failed to remedy the problem. Employees at check out said it might be the extreme cold that effected the wireless service to the entire hotel. 3. The complicated nature of the TV remote. Frustratingly complex and no instructions.

The elevator floor was messed up, i cut my toe on a lifted part of my room floor, the stove was broken, there was a broken hinge on one of the kitchen doors, the water in the shower comes out brown initially, there were stains on the couch and floor, one of the lights was faulty and our window had no screen.

It is very noisy, you can hear everything inside your room that happens next door or in the halls. My neighbor had a young puppy they left and it cried for hours, late in the night, so sad. The halls and doorways could use a fresh coat of paint, looks a bit run down once inside. The room was clean and comfortable.

Always a good experience with check in. Excellent staff. Always cheerful, courteous and helpful in every way. We have stayed here many times.

What I didn’t like is that no one was ever at the front desk.

Nothing unique at all. Our experience was so pathetic, that I don't know if I can list them all in such a small space. The fact that the phone in our room was not working, so we weren't able to get a wake up call was concerning. What if there had been a fire or emergency and they couldn't call our room? We, instead gave them our cell # because I was having surgery in the morning at 6am, so they said they would call us for sure! We went ahead and set our cell alarm, which we were lucky we did, because when we were checking out the man at the fron desk said, oh you were the room we were supposed to call at 5am, right? I said yes, for all the good that did. His response was that he was distracted by getting the breakfast area setup. I was so disgusted by then, that I had to leave.

The same young lady always checks us in. She has excellent customer service skills. This is our 4th time staying here in the last few months. Rooms clean, comfortable bed, nice towels and toiletries.

This property Management of this property needs to have more than one person on duty. Waited at the check in desk for ten minutes before anyone showed up. Was earlier put on hold for nearly 9 minutes finally hung up.

The hotel was fine, older but clean and the staff was nice. Just make sure your room is not on the road side. It was really loud until late in the evening and picked up early the next morning.

The property was clean and folks were nice and helpful. There are fast-food and grocery stores nearby. There is a McDonalds across the street and the car noise was loud late at night and the parking lot was so lit up that it kept the room bright all night.

Hotel was in a good location. Near gas station, grocery and fast food restaurants.

It was great, right off the freeway and stores right next to it. The plus side it was next to a Costco!

The eggs were gross but everything else was ok oh so were the potatoes. On our last night we could not get in the room had to go to the lobby. Ridiculous ..also it definitely needs an update .

It was a quick overnight stop and it was a great value. The place was clean and comfortable. It could use a little maintenance as far as painting, doors halls etc but the important boxes were checked if you know what I mean and at the price, it's a great value. They had a real breakfast with bacon, ham, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffles, not just cereal and bagles which was nice!

Room was big and clean. I was surprised at how quiet this hotel was despite its size and the full parking lot. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not bad, after I found it. Thanks for a nice stay.
