It was a terrible experience. Everything was low quality. We had a dead bird on the balcony. My husband took it to the garbage. Air conditioning wasn’t working in the corridors. It was too hot. We choose this hotel because of thermal water but they said they don’t have thermal water since something is broken. We had 2 suits. My kids’ room door frame where the security chain was hanging came off in the middle of the night. I took pictures of it they just glued the frame on the wall! The kids got scared and cried! Also bedroom door handle came off because everything has a very bad quality and wasn’t installed properly. I don’t recommend this hotel at all!

very well managed property with courteous staff, great room design and decoration, delicious breakfast, great spa with very reasonable prices. We will definitely be back.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt echt super schön für die ganze Familie. Der Nassbereich super hygienisch und sauber die Zimmer perfekt. Das einzige was nicht schön und Kundenfreundlich war, war der im Restaurant, die Musik war zu laut und auch nicht passend für die Atmosphäre als wir das angesprochen hatten, wurde es nur doof kommentiert und nicht mal ansatzweise darauf eingegangen, dass hat uns echt sehr geärgert, so sehr das wir einfach keine Lust mehr hatten dort Abendzuessen. Ansonsten war das Hotel perfekt!!
