Front desk staff was rude and not very friendly. TV in the room was broken. Pool was green and unusable. I expected more after reading the reviews and was very disappointed. Next trip to Atlanta we be at another property. Very what they charged, there are much better options just a 10 minute ride North. Look elsewhere.

The staff were very nice, and the hotel was clean and modern. However, the parking lot felt very unsafe with poor lighting. My room was on the ground floor with a huge window facing the parking lot, and that felt unsafe.

My room itself was very clean, but the hallways could use some tidying. Easy to find, there was an airport shuttle but I had airport parking booked so I didn't use it. The person at check-in was very nice. Parking was easy and secure. Overall a good quick overnight since I had an early flight the next morning.

4th of July weekend, family reunion...We all booked this hotel for the pool and closeness to the airport. The pool was CLOSED this ENTIRE 4th of July weekend! We had all the kids excited to go swimming on vacation and there was NOTHING!!! They offered us a free drink at the bar...Yeah, they kids are really gonna enjoy that. POOR PLANNING BY THE HOTEL!!!

4th of July weekend and the ENTIRE FAMILY REUNION is booked here, the pool was closed the entire holiday weekend due to chemical imbalances. Why did they not know to clean the pool PRIOR to a holiday weekend. Kids were all VERY Disappointed, which lead to even MORE frustrated parents.

Love the set up once you walk inside the hotel but what i didn’t like they don’t tell you that each day you there they charge if you have a car I feel they should let you know when you making reservations because you will charge a person and they don’t have a car plus the deposit also no breakfast well you have too have a voucher never heard of that because I have went to hotels and they have breakfast for everyone one I was there 6 days no once did housekeeping come clean my room but I did it myself beds was good comfortable they need too shampoo the carpet inside they rooms I socks was white when I start walking on carpet black ..

Everything was great except they cleaned my room only once during my 5 day stay. My garbage was overflowing with recyclables and perishable trash. Once the cleaners knocked on my door and i asked them to clean later however they never came back.

I came to ATL for an event and I was so disgusted with the overall appearance of my room I did not sleep in my hotel room. From the photos I revealed the filthy mattress, look like a crime scene, carpet is filthy, housekeeping, needs coaching and development on switching out old towels, vacuum the room, sweep the floor, wipe desk, etc. for wet glass stains from previous guess. Water never got hot for a shower and I Lysol, Clorox clean-up wiped down any and everything I thought I might touch, TV & Internet old and slow. I was chrge at check in $100 for incidents and wanted to charge me $10.00 for parking when Pricelines website said parking included. The room , the mattress and dirty used towels folded to look fresh left me sleeping on a friends couch! The room was not clean and the mattress should be discarded it is not presentable for commercial use. I will not recommend this hotel and I am a BonVoyage Marriott member they will be notified of my hard earned money given to this establishment and I could not sleep in the room after a 11 hour drive to Atlanta. Ps. Front desk gave me fresh towels when I showed him the soiled towel and did not address the issue just handed me a new set of towels. I hope to speak with a manager for a full refund of my $120.00 + $100 incidental hold, $10 for parking.....Wow! Unacceptable Truthfully Speakinking

The room was surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel, and very clean. All amenities were as advertised. My license was left at the front desk at check in. Cedric promptly brought to my room avoiding a next day catastrophe trying to get through security. The only thing is parking is at the back of the facility and can be a long walk to the room through a back door. Be sure to unload in the lobby before parking.

Good: Friendly staff, parking lot security, clean property, breakfast good, adequate parking. Close to airport and shopping and food. Bad: Low water pressure, tv worked really slow changing channels and some channels didn’t work on an already limited options, water doesn’t get really hot, warm in the hallways, room smelled like a dog had been in there, need upgrade on furniture, no place to put in-shower necessities. I’ve stayed in 3 different hotels in the last 2 weeks, this was my least favorite.

I recently stayed at the Marriott for 2 days, paying over $500 for my room, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon check-in, I was given a room where the key card didn’t work. After several failed attempts, I was informed that the door battery was dead. I waited over 30 minutes for assistance, and instead of resolving the issue that evening, the battery was not replaced until the following afternoon. This was a major inconvenience, especially given the short length of my stay. To make matters worse, I was double charged on my card. I was told one of the charges was a “mistake,” but no clear explanation was provided, and I was informed I would need to wait 10 days for the $135 to be returned. That extra charge was money I needed to travel back home, and as an out-of-town guest, this placed me in a very stressful situation. Between the room issue, the lack of urgency in resolving it, the financial mistake, and the fact that I paid over $500 for just 2 nights, I feel my stay fell far below the level of service expected from the Marriott brand. Given the significant inconvenience and cost, I am requesting a refund, or point equivalent to the amount I paid which was over $550

Things don’t work properly and no one cares. One person working check-in with a line of 15 people trying to get in. Makes it impossible to buy anything from the canteen. And no vending anywhere else. Staff doesn’t care. Lady working the bar was asked about the canteen. Apparently she couldn’t leave the bar. The hotel has really went downhill since I last stayed here. Won’t be here again.

We had booked a double queen bed room when we arrived they gave us a single bed. When we talked to the employee they refused to give us the room we have booked and proceeded to tell us that we were wrong and that’s not what was in the system even after we showed them our reservation. There was also roaches in the lobby. The employees were rude and unprofessional.

Stuff at night wasn’t friendly. Waited for the shuttle for a long time and never showed up. Called the reception and they said they’ll be there. I ended up taking a taxi after a 1 hour wait. Once there at 2Am, the receptionist was rude and told me it was probably my fault I didn’t follow the instructions… I work for delta and I’m in ATL all the time and I know where the hotel shuttle are and never had a problem before

The property was very clean. Javier at the front desk could not have been kinder or more helpful. Dakesia from housekeeping was wonderful as well. There was a small hiccup when we first got there, but Javier and Dakesia sorted it out and all was excellent. The room was nice and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Ida or Ira or whatever, the bartender, was very nice as well. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we will be back.

This property did not meet expectations. The room was clean. We had reserved 2 king rooms as it stated that they had a pull out sofa, they didn't and none of their rooms do. They did switch one of my rooms to a room with 2 queens per my request. You have to pay to park and there was less than zero spots. Lots of vehicles parked on the grass, along the drive paths, etc. I notified the staff and she basically ignored my comment, no refund was offered or provided. There is no restaurant, you can order at the bar and take a seat at a table. I didn't see anyone order food. We decided to walk to dinner as there's several locations near by. The area is not safe and I don't recommend leaving the hotel. There was security at several places that we walked to, they were armed and had body scanners. We just returned and got out vehicle to go elsewhere.

At approximately 10:30 PM on September 4, the hotel told me my reserved suite was unavailable and placed me in a standard king room. I asked on both days to be moved into the room category I purchased, and the hotel was unable to provide it for the entire stay. I am requesting a refund to my original payment method for the difference between the suite I purchased and the standard room that was actually supplied, plus appropriate compensation for the two-night downgrade.
