#1 hotel for us, less than a minute from train station, the tower view was breathtaking, small room but worth it and made it worth. Super clean, great service, you can leave your luggage before and after checkout which was a plus. Def staying here next time we return. Fell in love. I want to gate keep so bad haha.

The location is probably the best thing about this hotel. You have 2 train stations walkable in under 2 minutes. The elevator can be quite slow, and because the front reception is on the 4th floor, that can be an inconvenience to some people.

객실은 작았지만 알차게 구성. 욕실이나 곳곳의 시설이 불편함이 없음. 인상적인 시설은 가방을 맡길 수 있는 곳인데 매우 편리하고 체계적이고 믿고 맡길 수 있는 안전한 시설. 위치도 롯폰기역에서 미드타운에서 아주 가까워 이용 편리.

Great location. They have a "self-check-in counter" but apparently they have no faith in it because I had not 1 but 2 people helping me (even though I did not need it) during the whole registration process. Sad they paid a lot of money for this system years ago and it doesn\'t work. They should just put these employees behind the counter and have a traditional hotel check-in counter! Their current system is very awkward! The rooms are small and as others have commented, no real place to put your luggage. Other than that, it was quiet, clean and across the street from the subway entrance. Air con worked great. There was a hot water kettle but no tea or coffee, so bring your own. Nice shower. No iron or ironing board but there are some pants irons in the room next to the elevator.

sleep in Tokyo. Check-in is done through self-serve kiosks, but staff are nearby and ready to help if needed. Note that there’s a small nightly tourism tax to pay upon check-in. The first room I was given had an unusual smell, but when I brought it up, the manager personally walked me to a new room to ensure everything was satisfactory. The room itself was compact, as expected for this price point in Tokyo. While the linens and bathroom were very clean, some surfaces like the desk could have used a bit more attention. Room cleaning is only provided if you don’t display the “eco cleaning” sign on your door. Otherwise, they’ll just leave you towels ant the door. Amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and hair brushes are available in the lobby for you to take. The location is excellent, in tge affluent Tokyo neighbourhood of Roppongi. Plus, the hotel is just steps from Roppongi Station, and a short walk away from many restaurants and bars. The nearest metro exit also has elevator access, making it convenient for those with luggage.

We had a great stay in Tokyo. Room was very nice and clean. Super convenient location near Roppongi station. They offer luggage lock up area for check out day. We had a late flight and it was super convenient to be able to check out and keep our luggage safe while we were in the city. Would recommend.

チェックインが機械の為、めちゃくちゃ時間がかかったのが残念でした。並んだ順にすれば良いのに、わざわざ番号札を一度もらい、それから番号札が呼ばれ並ばされる謎のシステム。もう少しどうにかされた方が良いかと思います。お部屋は快適ではありましたが、ところどころ汚れが気になりました。東京タワーが見えるし、六本木から直ぐで立地は最高に良かったです。

Was a clean and nice hotel. Rooms are a bit small but worked well. Great location with lots of bars/nightclubs/restaurants and subway station nearby. I did not like that the elevator always stops at floor 4, going up and down. It seems like it's a waste of time and unnecessary. You also need your room key to get to your floor level which is very inconvenient if your friends are on a different floor, so it makes it hard to meet up. Oh and the desk chair has no back and is very uncomfortable but everything else was great.

Loved the property. Again, these hotel rooms are smaller as they are Japan Standards. Me and my wife stayed here. It was a little tough with luggage in the room. Outside of that the hotel was fantastic. Great breakfast in the morning at Cedar Cafe. Clean. Lots to do at night if you enjoy Bar Hopping. Now, whatever you do… don’t use the laundry service. Way way way expensive. Use a laundromat :)

Prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed hotel, vlakbij Hibiya line en snel bij meeste andere gebieden. 7-eleven en Family mart vlakbij. Kamer is compact, maar net groot genoeg voor 2 valiezen half open te doen en 2 rugzakken. Massagestoel werd elke dag minstens 1x gebruikt, echt leuke optie. Leuk dat je een pyjama hebt die elke dag wordt opgevouwen of zelfs ververst. 2 flesjes water per dag. Gratis koffie, tandenborstel etc. Enige jammere is geen (coin) laundry. Ze bieden laundry service aan, maar dit dan aan 500 yen per paar sokken, dan koop je er beter nieuwe.

Surprised how dirty and dusty the carpet was as i entered the room. Coffee stains still remained near the trash can too. I wiped it myself but still wasnt able to sleep thinking how dirty the room was so went to the lobby at night abd asked if they could at least vacuum the room again. They switched my room, but the new room wasn't any better. Been to tokyo & Japan over 50 times and it was my first issue with cleaness. I'm pretty easy going but this carpet condition, let alone the molds in the shower room, was not acceptable. However the front desk staffs were quite friendly and helpful.

前回とても良いHOTELで居心地や立地も良かったので今回も利用させてもらいましたが、今回はトイレの床や便座の上とかの掃除が出来てなくほこりやちりが目につきすぎました😭バスタオルには長い髪の毛、洗面台の正面には体毛が付いていて 残念でした

Cons: Quite a lot of dust in room. No matter air con outlet, windows side and carpet, all have dust . The wash room have the smell of urea. The refrigerator is not cool at all. The carbinet door have slightly malfunction. The screen mirror function of TV have errors. The bathroom have mold. Pros: The lobby is new and organised very well. The staff are helpful.

入室したらトイレの清掃がきれいではなかった。

There were used contact lenses in the window sill. The shower gave off a horrendous smell after use. Air con/humidifier didn't work properly as myself and my partner fell ill. Massage chair was a nice addition but in a small room was unnecessary

The staff was very helpful and the area is conveniently located clise to the train station and by some very good eateries. The room itself is quite compact, though and despite it being reflective of the country’s culture, it was a little challenging to be able to share the space with a companion.

Beautiful view of Tokyo tower from our room. Bed was comfy, shower was hot with good pressure. Staff were friendly and helped us ship our luggage. Only thing was the room was a bit small, it was a squeeze to open two large suitcases, but the room was smartly designed around the small space.

Great location. Subway station entrance just around the corner. Many restaurants right outside the restaurant. Very lively and felt safe. 7/11 around the corner as well and a drug store. Room was on the smaller side. Bathroom was small but had an updated look. Would definitely book again.

The room was small and uncomfortable. This wasn't helped by having a large massage chair taking up a lot of room.

Great location across the street from the metro. Rooms are well maintained and the massage chair was an unexpected perk that was much needed after a long day of walking. I had a great view of the Tokyo Tower too! The only suggestion would be to raise the beds higher so that the space under the bed could be used to store luggage.

The higher floor rooms at the remm are particularly nice.

One drawback is that there a ton of night clubs in the area which do generate quite a bit of traffic outside (and noise) at night and especially during the weekend. We had high expectations for the massage chair in the room, but after trying it once we did not really use it. The smell size of the chair definitely do not fit an average sized Nordic man. The size of our room was quite good compared to a lot of the other hotels we stayed at during our Japan trip. The room size was a big pluss for us (we had twin room). We had plenty of space to store our luggage in a small closet, however limited space to open them. It worked out for us however as we stored all the suitcases with our shopping/suvenirs and only had one suitcase open at the time. We had breakfast included in our stay and this was a little bit of a let down. We came to breakfast at different times each day but quite often food items were all gone and they did not refill it. Some dishes that were suppose to be warm were cold. We would probably stay here again, just without breakfast, and we would probably request a room higher up in the building to avoid noice.

The tower view room definitely worth the price! I love the massage chair in the room as well, gotta sit on it every time after tons of walking.

Hotel is OK, but terrible service and no customer care at all. Because of that I can not recommend this hotel and will not come back

We loved Remm Roppongi, we actually cancelled our last hotel and came back to Remm at the end of our trip because we enjoyed the hotel and area so much! The rooms were super clean, the size was more than enough for 2 people! They have multiple options for daily cleaning that allow for eco friendly options! The front desk staff helped us arrange our Yamato transport and were super friendly when we were asking a million questions! There’s a cafe and soba restaurant just steps away as well as 4 different train stations within a 5 minute walk! The neighbourhood itself offers beautiful architecture and quiet day time activities and lots of places in the evening if nightlife is more of a vibe! 10/10 would stay again on our next trip!

We stayed at this hotel for 13 nights during our holiday in Tokyo. Upon arrival, we arrived before the check-in time, and the reception kindly allowed us to leave our luggage and return later for check-in. Shortly after leaving, we realized we had forgotten our ID in the luggage, so we returned to the hotel to retrieve it. Another receptionist, who spoke Chinese and had short dark hair, handed us the luggage while complaining about its weight. She then addressed us in a dismissive tone, warning us not to open the luggage in the reception area, despite us having no intention of doing so. She also questioned us about leaving a bag of rubbish in the reception area, which was untrue. This encounter was extremely aggressive and made us feel accused rather than welcomed. When we returned later to check in, the same receptionist assisted us. Despite explaining that her colleague had already completed the ID check, she was impatient and dismissive. We reported this experience to the hotel manager, but she struggled to understand us and could not communicate effectively in English. While the room was small as expected, the room service staff were friendly and did a good job cleaning. However, the bathroom sink emitted a terrible odor, forcing us to return to a smelly room every day after a long day out. Overall, our stay was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist and the unpleasant odor in our room. We hope the hotel management will address these issues.

I’ve now stayed at this hotel twice within 10 days. The room cleanliness is top-notch, no complaints there. But what really bothered me was the breakfast I had on Sunday morning. Honestly, everything was empty even though we arrived at 9:00 AM — a decent time. The staff seemed busy with everything except refilling the dishes. The staff only cleared tables and didn’t even greet us once. I find that really disappointing. That’s not just frustrating, it’s unprofessional and leaves a bad impression. The basics need to work if they want guests to come back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is wonderful. Corner twin room is great if traveling with big luggages. Our second time here and will certainly come back again.

Overall, a reasonable stay. We arrived early and were hoping for an early check in but not possible. Rooms are pretty small and tight, but ok for Tokyo. Was disappointed however that the staff on the night before we due to leave would not call and reserve us a taxi for the morning of our flight. Gave us a number to call. That's just wrong.

Excellent location within Tokyo, nearby Underground, Tokyo Tower within walking distance. Midtown Mall and Roppongi Hills with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Great location! Steps from station. Also, a few minutes away from Roppongi Hills and from Midtown, and more. Nice location to use as your Tokyo base. Easy and quick to Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc. Room is small, as expected, but very clean. Staff was very helpful. Lots of food and a Family Mart near hotel too.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great hotel in an even better location in the heart Roppongi. Even had views of the Tokyo Tower from our room! Will definitely be staying here next time I’m back in the city.

Ne prenez pas le petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel, il est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité offerte. Le café est le pire que j’ai bu de tout mon voyage en Asie et il n’est pas possible de commander des œufs cuits à votre goût et les œufs brouillés qu’ils offraient étaient froids 2 matins sur 3 même lorsqu’ils changeaient le plat. Les seuls fruits offerts étaient des morceaux d’oranges et d’ananas avec une salade de fruit en boîte, aucune banane ou autres fruits disponible.

I loved my bed, the sheets, the massage chair and of course the bathroom. Buffet breakfast is the best.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to two metro stations and three different lines allowing easy access to Tokyo. The breakfast was good with a blend of Asian and continental/English options. Room sizes were ok but this is Tokyo.

This was my third stay in a little over a year. I enjoy the breakfast buffet here very much. It’s a Most delicious and well-balanced offer at a good price. The morning restaurant staff are always cordial and helpful. The room is very comfortable, and well suited for my needs for a nine to ten day stay each time. I highly recommend remmRoppongi!
