Generally pleasant overnight stay. Good value for money! Room was up a large number of stairs, generally clean and warm with all expected facilities ie ensuite toilet and shower, coffee making, wardrobe and towels. Bed was comfortable, but unfortunately there were marks on the bedspread. Internet access variable. Private parking limited. Food choices generally good but perhaps a little limited for vegetarians. Issue with undercooked potatoes was quickly and politely managed! Enjoyable evening meal and generous vegetarian breakfast. Staff were polite and helpful.

Near the sea front. Staff very friendly but overworked. Need more staff as they are very run off their feet, but despite this very attentive. Rooms clean and tidy with a good view. We had facing out to sea. No lifts, so need to be able as many stairs. Breakfast good but dinner passable. Location good and central for most amenities. Nice walk on the promenade and beach. Worth a visit. Pleasantly pleased as only 3 star. Recommended.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Staff friendly. Struggle to get to the room, our room was on the top floor. Not the hotels fault, just I have an ankle issue and struggled. Make sure to ask for a lower floor if you have mobility issues, no lift. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you to everyone.

Lovely bedroom, nice views out window.excellent dinner, very well looked after by Mike the bartender, waiter. Good breakfast.Very well looked after. We only did one night but wished we'd had 2 or3,lovely area.

On arrival I was checked in and kindly informed that my room was situated on the third floor. I asked where the lift was, to be informed there was no lift in the property. This is all very well if you are fit and able bodied, as I am, however it would be a struggle for some elderly people and or individuals that may have mobility issues. The room was comfortable enough, however I could hear the guests that were in the both rooms either side of me, as I am sure they would have been able to hear my television when it was on etc..... The property and room were very hot, with no form of A/C or fan for cooling available even in the bar or restuarant. The location suited me for the business I had to attend while in the area, but regarding facilities and the fact of being able to hear other guests in their rooms adjacent to mine was inconvienent to say the least.

Stayed two nights at hotel, no housekeeping service on Saturday, stains on the carpet and just little things missing, like box of tissues in the room, not teaspoon with the tea making facility and no fresh/clean cup for the following morning. Staff very friendly.

Deluxe room was large with good view accross the harbour. A few stains on the carpet and filled holes on the bathroom door. Bowl of fresh fruit in the room on arrival. Ate in the hotel one evening. Food was average mainly due to being overcooked. Overcooked eggs at breakfast too. The hotel was suffice as we were only there 2 nights.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend the burger at their restaurant. The surrounding area is also great, places to buy extra snacks and shampoo etc are all within easy walking distance, various different pubs and restaurants of different types within walking distance. Train station is literally a ten minute walk away. Room was cozy and clean, excellent house keeping by staff. Would definitely stay at again.

Very thin walls and ceilings I was kept awake all night but the room upstairs leaving there tv on, could here every time someone coughed or used the bathroom, will not stay there ever again as no compensation was offered

Redeemed a reward night and was happy with that. A very warm welcome and quick check in. Room was adequate and clean with great views over the harbour. The Cumbrian breakfast was sufficient, attentively hosted by the staff. Totally enjoyed the 1 night stay in Maryport, and loved the warm welcome from the locals. As for the price for a 1 night stay without a reward night, I'l leave that up to others.

My accommodation was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and my breakfast was delicious. It was quite noisy in the evening as situated close to the town centre, but quiet after 12:30.

A beautiful hotel walking distance to the little township. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. The food is amazing and good value for money. It is certainly worthwhile visiting this cute little town when on a road trip of the north.

We had facing out to sea. No lifts, so need to be able as many stairs. Breakfast good but dinner passable. Location good and central for most amenities. Nice walk on the promenade and beach. Worth a visit. Pleasantly pleased as only 3 star. Recommended.

Just had one night stay but stayed before and same standard was upheld this time so all was fine. Spacious single room and good breakfast with nice view over towards Maryport marina.

My accommodation was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and my breakfast was delicious. It was quite noisy in the evening as situated close to the town centre, but quiet after 12:30.

A beautiful hotel walking distance to the little township. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. The food is amazing and good value for money. It is certainly worthwhile visiting this cute little town when on a road trip of the north.

Generally pleasant overnight stay. Good value for money! Room was up a large number of stairs, generally clean and warm with all expected facilities ie ensuite toilet and shower, coffee making, wardrobe and towels. Bed was comfortable, but unfortunately there were marks on the bedspread. Internet access variable. Private parking limited. Food choices generally good but perhaps a little limited for vegetarians. Issue with undercooked potatoes was quickly and politely managed! Enjoyable evening meal and generous vegetarian breakfast. Staff were polite and helpful.

Lovely bedroom, nice views out window.excellent dinner, very well looked after by Mike the bartender, waiter. Good breakfast.Very well looked after. We only did one night but wished we'd had 2 or3,lovely area.

Deluxe room was large with good view accross the harbour. A few stains on the carpet and filled holes on the bathroom door. Bowl of fresh fruit in the room on arrival. Ate in the hotel one evening. Food was average mainly due to being overcooked. Overcooked eggs at breakfast too. The hotel was suffice as we were only there 2 nights.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend the burger at their restaurant. The surrounding area is also great, places to buy extra snacks and shampoo etc are all within easy walking distance, various different pubs and restaurants of different types within walking distance. Train station is literally a ten minute walk away. Room was cozy and clean, excellent house keeping by staff. Would definitely stay at again.

I think it was the third time I have stayed here and as in the previous occasions I have nothing negative to say about it. My single room was spacious, the shower was good, the bed nice and firm. I didn't have my room serviced each day by choice but was asked if I wanted it to be. The hospitality tray was topped up well too. Breakfast was plentiful so yes all good.

The staff were excellent also easy parking plus breakfast was lovely with a good choice, Bar is nice also comfortable. Only one thing that could be improved was my mattress you could feel the springs.
