Clean rooms has eveything you need. Staff was great! Love the hot tub and swimming pool. Lots of charging ports in the room. Dog friendly was awesome I travel with my dog. The tv was nice and big.

The pool and hot tub are empty. That’s why we chose this place. Very ghetto.

The hotel ice machine was broken, pool and hottub were dirty and unkept. It seems like there is illegal activity going on there as there were cars coming and going all night long!

The room was spotless. The staff made our stay enjoyable - especially Trevor and Ciena who went out of their way to help us. We enjoyed their hot tub and heated swimming pool.

This is an old property that hasn't been updated in a LONG time. Our room was tidy but dirty. The sidewalk around the entry door was covered in dried plant debris and dirt. Inside the room, there were areas of the carpet behind the chairs near the front window that hadn't been vacuumed in months if not longer. There was debris on the carpet in the bathroom vanity area. The sink in the vanity was partially plugged and barely drained at all. The tile floor in the toilet/shower area was dirty and there were pieces of tile baseboard missing. The tub was stained around the drain under the faucet and along the front bottom edge on the inside. The shower curtain was old and stained along the bottom. The bedspread had a stain on it and the bed skirt was old and rumpled. The bed WAS comfortable and the A/C was cold, but that's about it for the positives. This place was a dive. Outside, the pool and jacuzzi were empty, full of dried plant debris and trash, and the area was locked off. On the morning we left, one of the front desk employees was at an upstairs door, yelling at the people inside about how they'd "better come to the front desk RIGHT NOW and pay for the dog” they had in their room. Then she talked loudly to herself about "how angry I am right now" while pacing back and forth in front of the customer's door. It was a dumpy, run-down, dirty facility with a very unfriendly vibe that I would NEVER stay at again. Very, very disappointing.

The pool was totally green with Algae and they said it was ok to swim!! No way i would get in that nasty water. Night shift person at the desk said she just turns off the pumps and it just goes to the bottom!!! The laundry room is disgusting, dirty, smells. The only ice machine is located in the laundry and doesnt work!! The room- the floors are dirty and sticky, the tub is disgusting, the linens are so dingy and atained and i was told they use NO detergent! I have photos but cannot upload

I thought this place was great. Big room, very clean with fridge, micro, big bathroom. I didn't even need to bother getting my own pillows out because these were super premium. Also, it had a very clean hot tub and heated pool, which was a real treat. I'll definitely come back here again next time I have the urge to go to Mt Graham.

You get what you pay for. We chose this place for the cheaper rate so we can't be too picky. The place, overall, was average. Front desk person courteous but clothes were dirty. And messy area behind the counter. The pool and hot tub was the best part of our stay. The room was ok, but room was hot when we got there and it took forever to cook it down. The chirp chirp of car alarms, noisy mufflers, and back up beeps were no fault of the hotel but they were hear all night long. We did not get a restful night of sleep. The complimentary breakfast was sloppy and unattractive so we did not partake in that.

Perfect I was able to take my dog no issues all in all great stay

Parking is tight but no logical options to fix it.

The floors, doors extremely dirty our feet where black from walking around the room. We noticed after we all had showered then i saw my sons feet and they where black. I have video and pictures of the floors.

The linens were not clean, nor was the bathroom. Would not recommend this hotel.

Tons or rat droppings and such. Honestly the dirtiest place either of us have ever stayed at.

Hotel was dirty and I asked the house keeping for towels and they sent me to the office I also requested bottom floor and got top I can't walk steps very well this place needs to get it together

Very good motel style building. Updated rooms. Clean and nice. Breakfast is basically some cereal and mini muffins and juice.

The hotel is a little run down but it appears they may be upgrading some of the rooms as the room my son stayed in was quite nice. Hotel is dated. Bed was comfortable. There is a lot of highway noise.

The room is large. The refrigerator has a separate freezer, the bed is comfortable, staff pleasant and efficient.

A little pricey King bed was comfortable Breakfast could have had some protein

first, the internet connection would not stay on. They moved me to another room thinking I was too far from the router. The connection still dropped off continually while I was try to work. Both rooms were not very clean, the bathroom sink would not drain, there was trash and food scraps around the chair and bed. Unfortunately, I was forced to stay there as every other hotel was booked full. NEVER again!

Room were nicely remodeled

No satellite tv for the first 24 hours we were there. Hotel is being painted so it kind of in disarray.

It was ok. A lot of outside noise, but you can’t help who stays there! Totally normal hotel! Great place for sleeping when you need to sleep:)

Staff at first couldnt find our resrrvation because of a new computer system. But kept working on it and finally did. On the downside, there was hairs in bathtub and bathroom light fixture framing was broken.

Front end staff was great. Room was not good. Shower dripped all night. Heater didn’t work good. And most importantly I had items taken from my room while I was gone. I attempting contact the manager. Unsuccessful. Left message. Has not returned my call. I’ve used this place several times. Not anymore

The 2 gals in the office were very friendly and made me feel very welcome!

It was okay, under some construction, the ice machine was broken, but the staff brought us up a bag of ice. That was nice.

Everyone was super friendly and it was really easy to navigate!

The manager was exceptionally nice, accommodating and very welcoming. Property is older, definitely in need of a facelift, room is comfortable and clean. Furniture worn with minor stains and tears.

I would stay here again. Overnight hunding trip, was able to back up to the room and easily unload the truck. They are pet friendly. Fabrics in the rooms are pretty worn but for the price I didn't mind. Road noise could be an issue for some as it is right on HWY 70.

Nicely updated rooms, great location, friendly staff & quiet.

Room and reception were great; the offering for breakfast was horrendous. While the staff apologized for the offering due to getting permits, certainty there are other offering that are sealed, instead of just packaged oatmeal and pop tarts (pop tarts ARE NOT BREAKFAST)

Great motel for the budget and “just need a place to sleep” categories. Some holes in bedspreads, sink not well cleaned, toilet had dirt ring inside, shower curtain very stained/ not clean, some wallpaper peeling. No bad odors, bed linens and towels were newer and clean/not stained. Breakfast was cereal, muffins and breakfast bars. Staff was very friendly and professional.

They had no breakfast. The staff was young and not very accommodating

It was very clean. The front office receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was disappointed that the breakfast only included cereals and coffee. There were only two pastries left and breakfast was still to be served for another 30 minutes.

Would have loved a few different options for breakfast. Like perhaps yogurt or fruit.
