The room lacked essential amenities for our stay, specifically kitchen items such as a toaster, pots, and pans. We were accommodated in a studio on the ground floor. The staff demonstrated a pleasant demeanor. I left several notes for specific staff members at the front desk, which have not yet been delivered to the intended recipients. I found the text-based communication system from the front desk and hub to be highly effective, as it facilitated quick and easy resolution of issues without the need for a physical visit to the front desk or a phone call.Over all our stay was good.Should have a compensation for returning guest.We can stay many places in Barbados but we chose the Crane..

Wonderful stay from start to finish! My daughters and I truly enjoyed Hilton Grand Vacations Club The Crane Barbados. Our room was spacious, sparkling clean, and felt like a home away from home. The property is absolutely beautiful and perfectly situated—such a relaxing atmosphere. The Paint & Sip with Jonelle was the standout experience of our trip—so fun, engaging, and memorable. We can’t wait to return!
