Tout était très bien. C'est un peu plate de devoir payer une stationnement 17$ par contre. Les « drink » sont beaucoup trop dispendieux. 14$ pour un gin tonic, je trouve cela un peu exagéré. Chambre parfaite et très confortable. Alors au final, nous avons eu un bon prix pour la chambre, mais avec le stationnement et les brevages, ce n'était pas un si bon prix finalement...

Stayed multiple times. Hotel location in Laval is good, staff is friendly and available for you, the only thing that is disappointing is they gym equipment, the gym isn't well equiped for guests work work out everyday for longer stays. 3 out of 4 treadmills dont work properly as well. But over all, the staff and cleanliness are great.

Well kept hotel with beautiful lobby. Rooms modern and very clean. Very limited free parking, and had to pay $17 for underground parking onsite. Disappointed that I tried to arrange for an amenity prior to visit and didn’t get any response. Otherwise great hotel!

Stayed with my partner and child for 4 nights. The hotel is good, staff is great, pool is great but the gym lacks equipment for people who enjoy working out daily. Only 1 treadmill of 4 work properly, lacking other equipment. But overall the staff and property are worth staying at.

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre, la personne a réception est passer 2 fois mais ne pouvait pas rien faire de plus , douche peu fonctionnelle et juste pour une personne a la fois, lit trop dur. A lot of people said that this hotel was terrible and I won’t say it’s great but it’s not awful either. It’s pretty dusty and hard to breathe in the rooms. They don’t clean the rooms so staying more than one night would be pretty awful. The rooms are luxurious and the building itself looks nice until you realize you gotta pay 17$ a night for parking and the rooms don’t even get cleaned.

I loved my large and quiet room! I requested housekeeping to come twice during my stay and they never came. I called down to the front desk to tell them, and they brought up clean towels, which was appreciated, however the room was still not cleaned for the duration of my stay. Not once! I was so confused

Horrible stay as we were placed in a room directly above the Sofia restaurant, which turned into a club until 1 a.m. It was impossible to sleep until that time. The hotel was at 50% capacity, and it was "impossible" to change room.

As for the room, the mattress was very firm and the pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The continental breakfast is minimal. Also seemed a little unusual to have to pay for parking when the surrounding area is not very busy and we parked outside. Front desk seemed a little unorganized and gave us an occupied room which we had to go back and switch out. Glad we didn’t walk into anything private.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The lobby is very nice and the hotel location is very good. Unfortunately the service is fair and not up to the standards. At check in I was asked if I wanted daily cleaning and advised them I did. However this never occurred even though I asked more than once. We were given only 2 towels and one face towel. I had to call to request clean towels. The rooms are also very dark and this is also true for the bathroom. Would not recommend this hotel. For the price there are better options nearby.

Le jeune homme à la réception m'a autoriser à quitter pour midi le lendemain mais n'a pas mis de note au dossier. Lorsque jai fait mon départ le lendemain l'employé de reception n'était pas au courant ce fut malaisant comme situation. Surtout que l'employé ma demander au départ le numéro de chambre et ne m'a pas demander comment c'était passer mon séjour, ca 2e remarque fut de me dire le depart était 11h madame. Au tarif de la nuit je m'attendais à mieux comme service à la clientèle. Dans l'ensemble très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable. c'était ma 2e visite à cet établissement, je me questionne a savoir si je vais y revenir ou aller ailleur la prochaine fois. Dans le coin du centropolis il ne manque pas d'hébergement.

El personal de hacer el check out muy mal. El día de antes se me dijo que se me iba a cobrar una cosa por el late check out y al dia siguiente se me intentó cobrar otra... Luego que hay costes que no tenían sentido y también se me intentó cobrar el parking cuando no tenía vehículo. De todas las veces que voy a Canadá, ésta sin duda ha sido la peor.

This is a beautiful hotel from top to bottom. The room is well appointed and very boutique feeling. My only complaint is breakfast, which for $12.99 was very underwhelming. Canned fruit salad, some cheese, bagged grocery store bagels. They could do a lot better.

We were in Laval for a girls weekend, where we did 3 hard core escape rooms at Escaparium Laval. This hotel was just a few kms away from Escaparium Laval, ~10min drive, thus why we picked it. The price was also very fair, around 250 per night for standard 2 doubles. To our surprise, the hotel is very clean, modern, and spacious, the best you can get for North American hotels. The bedding was very comfortable (proper duvet, not the fake blanket type), black out curtain on point, water pressure is awesome! We also had breakfast at the hotel, and went to Sofia the pizzeria downstairs. In addition, walking distance to L'avenue. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very nice. The restaurant that's located on site is amazing. The only misleading thing is the breakfast you have to pay for ($20 pp) says its a buffet. It is far from that. All it has is hard boiled eggs, bread/bagels, some cereal, a bit of fruit, amd coffee. Definitely not worth $20 pp

The area was nice and the hotel was very modern, however there was a major dust problem, upon arriving there was a layer of dust on every surface. The breakfast selection was very limited only offering some cereals, toast and jams. There was good access to public transport.

I had a great stay, the room was large and clean pretty quite too seemed to blocknout the traffic noise well. Staff were all very nice. Things to improve: - I had a do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaners knocked waking me up to ask if I was done in the room/checking out soon but had check out at 11am - I was a bit underwhelmed with the breakfast. Very basic options, cereals and toast etc should have just headed to a cafe close by

Breakfast was very subpar. No hot items at all. Hate to say it but Hilton hotels offer a much better breakfast buffet with hot items and it is included in the price. No up charge for breakfast or parking

We love the rooms and the service. The area around the hotel is easy to access anything you need and is close to all kinds of restaurants. It’s easily accessible to the highways.

They really make you feel at home. The service is excellent, and the location is sooo convenient, with quick access to both Montreal and the North Shore. CentrOpolis is right nearby, with plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and activitie, The Grand Times Hotel Laval has become my go-to hotel several times a year, whether I’m travelling for business or for a personal stay. Always a great experience!
