We had a fantastic New Year stay in Sanremo. Our hosts were wonderful—responsive from the moment we booked through checkout. Andrea greeted us on arrival and took the time to walk us through the apartment so we’d have an easy and comfortable stay.The rooftop terrace was a highlight for us. Even in winter, it was the perfect spot for evening drinks with beautiful sea views and a great look at the activity in town. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking dinner each night before relaxing in the cozy living room after exploring the area.The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to parks, the boardwalk, the beach, and everything you might need in town.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Such a lovely home. It felt as though we were staying at a friend’s away home. It is filled with character and interest. Lara and Andrea were very helpful and available when needed. I would love to return.

This is our second time here, we will definitely be back! This is now our home away from home!Our host is the best, this place is fabulous so beautiful! The views are spectacular.. everything about this place makes you feel so comfortable and at home!

We were welcomed by the owners on our arrival. They spent time showing us around the property and explaining the best places to visit in the area. The property was a home from home. We used the roof terrace quite a lot and the view from there was lovely to see over our cup of tea at breakfast time. The location was excellent for local amenities and for exploring the area. The local train station was a short stroll away which allowed us to explore further afield. This also means that car hire is not necessary as the train can be caught direct from Nice airport and with a simple change, arrive almost at the doorstep of this property. We would recommend this property to anyone thinking of renting it. We certainly will be returning some time to continue our exploration of Italy. Another shout out to the most welcoming and friendliest of property owners.

We used Sanremo as our base of operation for a house-hunting trip to Liguria. While we didn't take a lot of advantage of the apartment's excellent location (totally walkable to the center of Sanremo, close to cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. -- but we were mostly in a car moving between towns on the Ligurian coast) we'd totally recommend this property for someone who wanted to enjoy a stay in Sanremo. Excellent kitchen, parking (not easy to find in SR), having two bathrooms sped up our morning routines so we could hit the road. Relaxing at the end of the day on the upper terrace was our reward for all the driving, meetings and property inspections. Highly recommended!
