This was like an apartment setup with full kitchen and cookware, living room, and sunken tub with separate shower! Loved the complimentary breakfast and washer/dryer. Great location in Condessa and will definitely book again when staying in CDX. Staff were all nice and personable!! Felt safe traveling alone.

Excellent experience at this hotel. We stayed in the room on the bottom floor which had its own private, oversized patio with water fountain. Room was spotless. Service was perfect. Beautiful hotel with all the necessary modern amenities. Only missing aspect would be a more comprehensive gym. There were weights, kettle bells, and yoga mats, but no treadmills or machines. But they allow you to use the gym at their nearby sister properties for no additional charge which do have treadmills. I give the hotel 5 stars!

Siempre buen servicio y habitaciones cómodas. Nos hemos quedado en casi todas y los estudios son grandes con cocineta y Refri, tina, área de TV y aa con nest. Siempre buena opción por comodidad y cercanía y siempre muy atentos a cualquier petición. Café gratis diario y en la terraza hay desayuno lightnde cortesía de 8 a 10 am que se aprecia, además de que es cómoda para trabajar y tienen un gym funcional. Excelente ubicación y cerania

Casa Cleo was perfect for our week-long trip. It was perfectly situated in Condesa…easy walking to parks, cafes, metro, restaurants, shops. The entire staff — managers, door attendants, housekeeping — were helpful and cheerful. Out suite had everything we needed: large bathroom with tub, step in shower and double sinks; plenty of closet and drawer space; and a kitchenette/living room. We appreciated the morning breakfast on the terrace: coffee, toast, chia pudding, fresh fruit cups. The gym on the fourth floor was a welcome antidote to all the eating we did!

What a lovely boutique hotel! The wonderful people at Casa Cleo made me and my family feel like we had a home away from home. It’s a small hotel in a charming neighborhood, with many restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk, as well as Parque Mexico which is nice for kids. From the moment we arrived the staff were waiting for us at the gate and quickly had us taken care of. The staff were helpful, kind and went out of their way to make us feel safe and welcome. All of our needs were met. The rooms were nice, comfy and spacious(my daughter loved the vintage records). The rooftop breakfast is a small spread of breads, yogurt, fruit and Mexican coffee, which is convenient when on the go. There is always a doorman on sight who are friendly and attentive, and always made a point to make my daughter smile, always made sure we safely got to our Uber and even vetted or tour driver on occasion. This hotel staff genuinely care about their guests and hospitality really means something here. I’ll definitely choose Casa Cleo when I’m back in Mexico City.

Casa Cleo - A Hidden Gem in Condesa! We loved everything about this property! From the moment we arrived, the staff - Daniel, Adrian, and Alfredo made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. Everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely kind. Daniel’s food recommendations were absolutely spot-on and led us to some of the most delicious meals we had during our stay. The hotel is nestled in the beautiful, tree lined neighborhood of Condesa, which felt both safe and serene. There’s greenery everywhere-truly a breath of fresh air in the heart of Mexico City. Casa Cleo itself is charming and full of character. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the attention to detail really shows. We also appreciated the security: the front gate remains locked and is only accessible by room key or with the assistance of the porter, who always greeted us as we arrived. Overall, Casa Cleo is a wonderful place to stay in an unbeatable location. We can’t wait to return!

We were so impressed with the elegant and very cozy feel of Casa Cleo’s Mexican-Modern Aesthetic…..Well Done! Wonderfully thoughtful and beautiful interiors with soothing color palettes throughout: the lobby, our Design Apartment, rooftop gym, and outdoor patio for continental breakfast. Excellent Staff Service. We have already recommended Casa Cleo to family and friends. Can’t stop talking about our wonderful stay and also its location. Muchas Muchas Gracias!!! My stay at Casa Cleo was so amazing, I extended my stay. The rooms were immaculate. Perfect for an extended stay, the complimentary features (laundry detergent, water, baked goods on the terrace) make it feel like a luxury home away from home. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and luxurious. Kitchen appliances and nice living room section gave our stay a nice home feeling. Room was cleaned exceptionally daily. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak excellent English. Location is very good with an easy walk to plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, and parks.

Our first time in Mexico City and we had an amazing time! Our Spanish is very limited so we were very happy that several of the the staff members spoke english. Everyone was very friendly, the room was very clean and matched the pictures exactly (maybe even nicer than the pictures). We loved having a full kitchen and patio with lots of space to relax. Our daughter slept on the couch in the living room and our bed was very comfortable. The area is very cool, tons and tons of walkable restaurants, clubs, bars, spas and we even walked to some museums. Uber and DiDi were fast and convient. 10/10 I highly recommend Casa Cleo. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Cleo. The staff were responsive to all of our requests and very knowledgeable about dining options. The location is perfect for exploring Condesa and Roma Norte. The rooms are spacious , clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We changed our reservation somewhat last minute to be at Casa Cleo and so, so happy we did. The facility was beautiful and very clean, staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and location was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again anytime. Our second visit here and absolutely fantastic. Rooms are huge, clean, quiet, well appointed, tons of nice touches, beautiful patios, comfortable beds. Front desk staff Mariana helped us when we missed a flight and arranged a car service and special treat for me. Excellent service, can't wait to come back. Every single detail is outstanding, and the staff couldn't be nicer.

The one bedroom suite we had was well appointed. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The property was well located on a quiet street and there were a number of restaurants and services in close proximity. We also enjoyed morning coffee and a bun on the 3rd floor patio.each day.

Casa Cleo has amazing design detail and is meticulously maintained. The stall is super helpful and courteous. All that and an amazing location in the heart of the trendy Condesa neighborhood. It is safe to walk about at any hour and I believe there are 100 cafes and restaurants within a kilometer. Unless you are scared of sharp looking couples walking French Bulldogs or hipsters, you will love this area. Stop looking and book here! -Kenny G

We absolutely loved Casa Cleo. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the location was perfect to walk everywhere we needed to go.

Beautiful room with kitchen and huge bathroom. Very comfortable for me and my adult daughter who slept on the couch-bed. The staff was very helpful with tips for local fare. Neighborhood was ideal to get to all the charming places in Condessa. I would stay here again for sure!

Our second visit here and absolutely fantastic. Rooms are huge, clean, quiet, well appointed, tons of nice touches, beautiful patios, comfortable beds. Front desk staff Mariana helped us when we missed a flight and arranged a car service and special treat for me. Excellent service, can't wait to come back. Every single detail is outstanding, and the staff couldn't be nicer.

Casa Cleo exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictured. The entire facility was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The environment was calm and quiet. The room included lots of convenient amenities - ample towels, lighted closets with hangers, drawers, plenty of hooks for towels/bags/coats, kitchen supplies (even food storage containers), shower toiletries, beautiful patio, comfortable seating inside and out, heated floors, two thermostats, darkening drapes, and even a record player with a few enjoyable albums. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us at the entry gate when we arrived (hi, Victor!). A simple, but nice breakfast was available on the roof terrace. The neighborhood is lush and beautiful, and there are bottomless restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to Casa Cleo and/or other Viadora properties.

The hotel was delightful. Friendly and charming front desk and doorman. Hotel is done to a high standard and no detail has been overlooked. The room itself was a fully equipped apartment, could stay here a month and be right at home. We felt secure and had a very enjoyable stay here. Appreciated that there was some water and soft drinks stocked in the fridge. Enjoyed the vinyl records and turntable. It was so nice to return to Casa Cleo after venturing out around the city. Easy to get Ubers and the Condesa/Roma Norte neighborhood is peaceful, green and walkable, coffee shops and restaurants around every corner. My only complaint is that we were only here for 2 nights. We will be back!

We changed our reservation somewhat last minute to be at Casa Cleo and so, so happy we did. The facility was beautiful and very clean, staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and location was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again anytime. Great place to stay, close to restaurants and parks. One of the best hotel experiences of my life (and I'm 80 and have traveled the world). The doorman (his name was Martin I think but I could be wrong) went to bat for us when a taxi tried to overcharge us and argued him down, was really exceptional.

This was such a great experience! The hotel was nice and quiet and VERY secure. Staff was amazing always greeting us with a smile. There are so many walkable restaurants and coffee shops near by and the staff was able to point us in the right direction when it came to finding food in the area. Love love love this place. Would recommend if you’re not trying to be in the middle of the city.

The one bedroom suite we had was well appointed. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The property was well located on a quiet street and there were a number of restaurants and services in close proximity. We also enjoyed morning coffee and a bun on the 3rd floor patio.each day.

Casa Cleo has amazing design detail and is meticulously maintained. The stall is super helpful and courteous. All that and an amazing location in the heart of the trendy Condesa neighborhood. It is safe to walk about at any hour and I believe there are 100 cafes and restaurants within a kilometer. Unless you are scared of sharp looking couples walking French Bulldogs or hipsters, you will love this area. Stop looking and book here! -Kenny G

Lovely accommodations in CDMX. It felt centrally located to the places we wanted to go, enabling us to mostly walk or otherwise take short inexpensive Ubers. The bed was super comfortable, and I enjoyed the lovely terrace with a light complimentary breakfast in the morning (and appreciated that they did not put out too much food so as to save room for all the delicious food we planned to eat once we got our day started). Customer service was welcoming and friendly. Would be glad to stay here again.

Our first time in Mexico City and we had an amazing time! Our Spanish is very limited so we were very happy that several of the the staff members spoke english. Everyone was very friendly, the room was very clean and matched the pictures exactly (maybe even nicer than the pictures). We loved having a full kitchen and patio with lots of space to relax. Our daughter slept on the couch in the living room and our bed was very comfortable. The area is very cool, tons and tons of walkable restaurants, clubs, bars, spas and we even walked to some museums. Uber and DiDi were fast and convient. 10/10 I highly recommend Casa Cleo. We will be back.

Our 3rd trip to CDMX, staying at this location, will continue to come and stay here. The hotel is lovely, similar to having a one bedroom apartment in the city. La Condesa is full of excellent restaurants, lovely people, great parks, definitely worth a visit. Everything is close by or within a cheap Uber ride away.

My stay at Casa Cleo was so amazing, I extended my stay. The rooms were immaculate. Perfect for an extended stay, the complimentary features (laundry detergent, water, baked goods on the terrace) make it feel like a luxury home away from home. Casa cleo is one of the most exceptional places I’ve ever stayed—and I almost always stay in 4-5 star places. The staff is very attentive, the apartment (yes, its not just a room) was beautiful and inspiring, and the location in Condesa perfect for walking to restaurants and bars. The tiny but mighty kitchen is well-equiped, the shower has great pressure and lasting hot water, and the rooms even have two TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). The free breakfast is small but great to get the day started (chia seed pudding and pastries)-pastry and coffee as part of a free breakfast was a pretty standard offering at other 5 star hotels in CDMX. The hotel has a gym too but I got my activity in form of a high step count around the city. The rooms come with a bose speaker and record player as well as good mini bar/fridge offerings perfect for entertaining or having a night in. Overall, 10/10 recommend this.

Siempre buen servicio y habitaciones cómodas. Nos hemos quedado en casi todas y los estudios son grandes con cocineta y Refri, tina, área de TV y aa con nest. Siempre buena opción por comodidad y cercanía y siempre muy atentos a cualquier petición. The entire staff — managers, door attendants, housekeeping — were helpful and cheerful. Out suite had everything we needed: large bathroom with tub, step in shower and double sinks; plenty of closet and drawer space; and a kitchenette/living room. We appreciated the morning breakfast on the terrace: coffee, toast, chia pudding, fresh fruit cups. The gym on the fourth floor was a welcome antidote to all the eating we did!

What a lovely boutique hotel! The wonderful people at Casa Cleo made me and my family feel like we had a home away from home. It’s a small hotel in a charming neighborhood, with many restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk, as well as Parque Mexico which is nice for kids. From the moment we arrived the staff were waiting for us at the gate and quickly had us taken care of. The staff were helpful, kind and went out of their way to make us feel safe and welcome. All of our needs were met. The rooms were nice, comfy and spacious(my daughter loved the vintage records). The rooftop breakfast is a small spread of breads, yogurt, fruit and Mexican coffee, which is convenient when on the go. There is always a doorman on sight who are friendly and attentive, and always made a point to make my daughter smile, always made sure we safely got to our Uber and even vetted or tour driver on occasion. What a lovely boutique hotel! The wonderful people at Casa Cleo made me and my family feel like we had a home away from home. It’s a small hotel in a charming neighborhood, with many restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk, as well as Parque Mexico which is nice for kids. From the moment we arrived the staff were waiting for us at the gate and quickly had us taken care of. The staff were helpful, kind and went out of their way to make us feel safe and welcome. All of our needs were met. The rooms were nice, comfy and spacious(my daughter loved the vintage records). The rooftop breakfast is a small spread of breads, yogurt, fruit and Mexican coffee, which is convenient when on the go. There is always a doorman on sight who are friendly and attentive, and always made a point to make my daughter smile, always made sure we safely got to our Uber and even vetted or tour driver on occasion. This hotel staff genuinely care about their guests and hospitality really means something here. I’ll definitely choose Casa Cleo when I’m back in Mexico City.

Casa Cleo - A Hidden Gem in Condesa! We loved everything about this property! From the moment we arrived, the staff - Daniel, Adrian, and Alfredo made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. Everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely kind. Daniel’s food recommendations were absolutely spot-on and led us to some of the most delicious meals we had during our stay. The hotel is nestled in the beautiful, tree lined neighborhood of Condesa, which felt both safe and serene. There’s greenery everywhere-truly a breath of fresh air in the heart of Mexico City. Casa Cleo itself is charming and full of character. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the attention to detail really shows. We also appreciated the security: the front gate remains locked and is only accessible by room key or with the assistance of the porter, who always greeted us as we arrived. Overall, Casa Cleo is a wonderful place to stay in an unbeatable location. We can’t wait to return!

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! the area is so safe and the staff is very attentive. The rooms are so ample and have everything you could possibly need and more. The beds are beyond comfortable!!!! I do reviews for food and hotels independently and I would confidently give this property 10/10 . I plan to come back in the next few months and will be staying here again.

Have stayed at Casa Cleo twice now and will be back again. Staff was helpful in making recommendations and booking services. Hotel is quiet and perfectly located in Condesa comfortable and spacious rooms 10 out of 10.

Casa Cleo is a gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of the beautiful Condesa neighborhood. We stayed in the Design Suite, which was spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured a large private patio—the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Mexico City. The suite included a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, a separate bedroom, and an absolutely stunning bathroom. Throughout our stay, we felt completely safe both at the hotel and while coming and going in the neighborhood. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional staff. My daughter and I were always warmly greeted, especially by Señor Carlos, and the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Adan and Daniel provided excellent recommendations, from local restaurants and shops to museums and seasonal exhibits, and their knowledge of the city greatly enhanced our experience. We also loved the charming outdoor breakfast area and appreciated having a café on-site for a quick specialty coffee before heading out each morning. Casa Cleo was the perfect home base for our visit to Mexico City, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
