This hotel is perfect for a Mexico City trip. The neighborhood is a fantastic area for walking and has exceptionally good food and secondhand stores. The staff at the hotel are all wonderful. It’s not the cheapest place you’re going to find, but it’s by far not the most expensive either. The gym does the job. The only thing I would suggest is to try to get a room away from the road if possible, if you’re super light sleeper like I am, but the noise didn’t last for that long on the weekends. It really wasn’t that bad. Unequivocally I would stay there again.

Well-situated hotel with delightful and helpful staff and delicious food and drinks. The Sunday morning ... gathering? outside the hotel on the main street was loud - I needed earplugs. Thank goodness for the blackout curtains! And - I only left my room for an hour or so in the morning to get breakfast and left the "do not disturb" sign on, taking it off for at least 5+ hours both full days, but no one ever came to clean up/replenish coffee and water (the most important thing!). Staff were absolutely delightful when I told them and helped out immediately (in addition to advising on places to go locally during our short trip). Overall fantastic stay.

Perfect location . Safe neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. Easy to walk to nearby Condessa which was equally as nice. Staff very friendly, bar was good and so was breakfast

Great, convenient location. Staff was excellent, especially Jorge! SO helpful and kind. Made us feel so safe. Rooms were a good size for 2 people. Walls are thin. We loved our balcony but on the 3rd floor, it was a little close to street level and was pretty loud during rush hour. If you are a light sleeper, I don't recommend. Hotel restaurant and bar were nice too. Would def stay here again!

Terrible traffic noise. We asked for a room in a higher level. No way. They wake you at 7.50 for make the room. Twice. Very kind staff but not to recommend at all. They need a better noise isolation.

The hotel was renovated recently, and the interior is very nice with a contemporary design. The room was a good size. The bathroom also was spacious and up-to-date in the fixtures. The bed was too soft for me. The coffeemaker was so-so. Otherwise very comfortable.

Our first time at this location to start the shower floors are uneven and slippery unsafe my friend had a fall. The glass shower came loose and was about to fall and shatter.

Arrived at 2:40 pm, check-in was at 3 pm, but the front desk refused to let me in the room for just 20 minutes early. Asked for an upgrade due to booking issues and my status, but it was denied without even checking availability. Poor check-in service. The AC did not cool properly and the bathroom was clogged.

Had an interior room, strange to not have a wondow to outside butbsaved money on the booking, and the AC worked great. Good housekeeping service, 2 fresh bottles of water probided every day. The only complaint is the wifi router and temperature controls faced the bed and are extremely bright, I had to get creative to block the lights in the middle of the night, so consider bringing an eye mask! Excellent location near plenty of restaurants, very safe but not so touristy like Polanco. Good access to bus if you want public transport. Front desk helped me find a 24 hour pharmacy 3 blocks away for an item ai forgot that they didnt stock in their little sundries shop. Highly recommend!

The hotel was simple but very nice and updated. The room was spacious the only issue was the walls are a bit thin. The staff was very hospitable and us feel welcomed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Great, convenient location. Staff was excellent, especially Jorge! SO helpful and kind. Made us feel so safe. Rooms were a good size for 2 people. Walls are thin. We loved our balcony but on the 3rd floor, it was a little close to street level and was pretty loud during rush hour. If you are a light sleeper, I don't recommend. Hotel restaurant and bar were nice too. Would def stay here again!

Good hotel in Colonia Roma but inflexible staff at check-in. No early check-in provided as hotel was "full". Therefor, if you arrive from an international flight (lets say at 7am) make sure to book the room since the night before the arrival, otherwise checking-inn staff will make wait until the check-in time at 3pm. Not even the option to pay for early check-inn is available. No considerations for families while travelling.

Arrived at 2:40 pm, check-in was at 3 pm, but the front desk refused to let me in the room for just 20 minutes early. Asked for an upgrade due to booking issues and my status, but it was denied without even checking availability. Poor check-in service. The AC did not cool properly and the bathroom was clogged.

This hotel is perfect for a Mexico City trip. The neighborhood is a fantastic area for walking and has exceptionally good food and secondhand stores. The staff at the hotel are all wonderful. It’s not the cheapest place you’re going to find, but it’s by far not the most expensive either. The gym does the job. The only thing I would suggest is to try to get a room away from the road if possible, if you’re super light sleeper like I am, but the noise didn’t last for that long on the weekends. It really wasn’t that bad. Unequivocally I would stay there again.

I reserved a transportation service the night before and next day an short and skinny guy did not check the quote I had already and he sent a wrong company, they charged me the double what I was quoted, I checked out and they called me later when I was at the airport that they forgot to charge me more charges related to my room (it was the same guy) besides that guy service the other things are ok, restaurant doesn’t have any Mexican food and the manu is super limited.

Well-situated hotel with delightful and helpful staff and delicious food and drinks. The Sunday morning ... gathering? outside the hotel on the main street was loud - I needed earplugs. Thank goodness for the blackout curtains! And - I only left my room for an hour or so in the morning to get breakfast and left the "do not disturb" sign on, taking it off for at least 5+ hours both full days, but no one ever came to clean up/replenish coffee and water (the most important thing!). Staff were absolutely delightful when I told them and helped out immediately (in addition to advising on places to go locally during our short trip). Overall fantastic stay.

Our Stay was wonderful. My issue with the hotel is with respect to the payment/charge on check out. We were quoted a rate in US$ and according to Expedia, we had the choice of prepay or pay at the hotel. We selected pay at the hotel. However on checkout, we were charged in Mexico Pesos using an inflated exchange rate. According to the hotel, they use a fixed rate of 19 pesos to US$ (which is similar to the rate back in 2025). The ending charge was approximately 10% higher than the actual exchange rate we experienced throughout our trip (for example at restaurants or stores). Very disappointing.
