Alles was prachtig aan de hotel! Lobby, kamers, heel netjes en heel proper. Min punt was zwembad zetels waren oud en vuil. Te weinig parasols, veel bekers overal, geen bediening. Badlakens gratis te beschikbaar maar de gasten lieten dat liggen en niemand die dat opruimde. Heel jammer geen 5 sterren waard!

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. We stayed here a night before flying back to Scotland from Murcia. The exterior is beautiful with a lovely pool area and bar. The staff at the pool were extremely friendly and keen to help. We had two rooms at the hotel. Upon opening the fridge we couldn’t believe the amount of ants! They were in the fridge, on the floor and even on the bed. I spoke to reception and they came along sprayed the room and left. No effort was made to clean away the ants. We were not offered another room ! We were told this is typical of murica! This should be advertised when booking! We would never stay in a room with ants! Further more the bed sheets had dirty stains on them and the air conditioning rattled all night. In the morning I asked for a manager to call me before we got on our flight I heard nothing. I would never stay here again! Poor customer satisfaction.

Das war nichts. Wenn fünf Sterne für sich beansprucht werden, dann muss es deutlich besser sein! Ein fehlendes Zusatzbett das nichtmal nach Reklamation am Abend gebracht werden kann da keiner weiß wo die stehen obwohl Zimmer für drei gebucht war. Im Zimmer knallt jedesmal bei Nutzung die Tür der Toilette, das muss doch auffallen! (5*) Toilettenpapier fehlt im Zimmer und wird nach Anruf bei der Rezeption nach 45 Minuten geliefert, hatte ich zwischenzeitlich selbst von einem Reinigungswagen irgendwo im Hotel genommen! Beim Frühstück absolut unfähiges, unmotiviertes Personal. Sehr schmutzige Tische, alternder Schinken (in Spanien!) vergilbter Käse, ständig irgendwas alle und erst nach Hinweis nachgefüllt, kein Sekt (5*!) kein Lachs oder irgendwelche Besonderheiten, Crêpes kalt und alt in einem Korb liegend, Kuchenteile vom Großhandel alt und pappig bis hart, Omelette lustlos zubereitet… unfassbar. Im Ibis Budget Hotel war das Frühstück definitiv besser! Nicht wichtig aber auffällig wie engagierten man hier ist, überall stehen Blumenvasen ohne auch nur eine Blume darin… Sinnbilder Für nichts gab es eine echte Entschuldigung. Eine offizielle Beschwerde folgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn die Probleme behoben werden.

The towels were changed but the room wasn’t cleaned during our four night stay, tea , coffee, water were not replenished and when I asked at reception I was told to go to the shop. The pool area was tired and lacking in towels, again we had to ask for them as the towel station was full of used towels, not a fresh one in sight.

Room was nice albeit a little dirty. Nice and spacious with a large bed and a nice balcony. Staff were fine, check-in smooth. Breakfast had a good selection with a live cooking station for eggs / omelettes. The whole property was so quiet, no one in the restaurant for dinner - most people seemed to go off property for dinner. It was more lively round the corner at the square where the other restaurants and bars were.

Overall the hotel was fine,my personal balcony had a birds nest above on the ceiling,and i'm for not disturbing the nest , but bird droppings were all down the wall and on the furniture below.The room was supplied with a kettle and a few teabags,but no milk pots, the shower gel supplied would suffice for one shower.

Trevligt hotell och personal. Dålig total bedömning efter att vattnet från duschen rann ut i rummet och alla våra saker blev blöta - medan receptionen menade att detta var normalt och att vi bara skulle duscha kortare tid. Fick insistera på nytt rum och hjälp med att få torkat upp då det var blött helt ut i rummet och under sängen. Vi hade duschat under 15 minuter ska sägas. Karmen var rutten in till badet så detta var inte ett nytt problem. Ingen hjälp med att byta rum eller att torka våra saker som allt var genomblött.

Good located between Cartagena and Murcia allows one to visit easy both without the city stress. It is a very big hotel, huge rooms and bathrooms. It needs a face lift, things are getting a bit old. Despite that, great value for money.

The room we stayed in was spacious, reasonably priced and clean/safe but was badly lit due to being on the ground/basement floor. There was a large generator block outside the window which was silent but further blocked the light and view from the room. When I requested to be moved to a higher floor (which I also requested as part of my booking) I was told I would have to pay for an upgraded room to make this possible. This was a little disappointing as the view from the room we stayed in did not reflect the pictures, and it was not made clear during the booking that it would be ground/basement floor only. I declined to pay more and stayed in the room allocated. Overall the facilities in the hotel were fine in terms of restaurant/bar/pool and decor of communal areas.

State of the lake is very poor, there is rubbish in it and it makes a horrible smell around the hotel. It’s a 5 star hotel and nobody came to at least help out with my luggage to the reception or the room. I booked a tee time at the golf club and they booked the wrong order and miscalculated the budget. On top of it they’ve asked me to pay the Green fee twice and haven’t received an answer yet. Finally, I got the last worse news as I was requesting a taxi to Murcia city, a dodgy van came over quoting me 50€ (thankfully I knew it was circa 29€) and when I asked for a licence they swore at me and left. These taxis are known by the hotel and they might share a fee. I was promised that a manager would call me to resolve all these series of problems but it’s been over 4 days and I would assume no one will do anything about it so I decided to write a very honest review. I’m very disappointed that I haven’t even received an apology after all, will never return and you should really think about it also.

The hotel by itself is beautiful. But location was far from my request -- this hotel was located in ROLDAN Torre-Pacheco, a half hour drive from where my son and his family were. We had to rent a car so my son would not have to drive 30 minutes x 2 each day to meet us -- The rental car cost us an additional 780 euros for the week.

Lovely hotel with nice bedrooms and great bathroom/dressing room area. There is a bit of a smell outside in areas from the lakes on the urbanisation I think but not bad enough to be upsetting. A good few eating options and bars right beside the hotel. Hotel staff were excellent-friendly and accommodating so congratulations to Hilton hotels on that.

We’ve stayed a few times before as our daughter has an apartment on site. One of our favourite Hilton hotels. Always well-priced, great aircon, beautiful pool and an amazing breakfast. The room is super comfortable with a bath - loved it!

Nice hotel. But no vegan meal options. I ate in my hotel room the whole time. Also no room service information. Reception girl told me it was on the tv, but the tv channel from the hotel was blank. And this was not a smart tv. The terrance did not have any sun. So no point of having it, exept for smokers. The spa was only a nice inside pool. nothing else. No staff for ordering massage and the sauna was closed.
