This is an indoor water park. I traveled from OKC with my 5 grandchildren to experience the water park and it was small and the water was 70 ish degreesIt was ice cold the entire trip. We couldn't enjoy ourselves and it ruined our trip. Apparently it's been that way for months and they're still taking people's money without getting the problem fixed. They have a gaming area and the internet drops constantly as well. So the games either don't work or it takes out money! The staff both in the gaming area AND the water area complained quite a bit. They're tired of making excuses. There weren't many dining options. The food was terrible and i was so grateful we brought snacks. I will NEVER visit this place again.

Did not stay. The water park was the only reason we picked this location and its closed.

Very nice property and great waterpark

The water park was great. We enjoyed ourselves! The kids had a blast. We will definitely be coming back. We just wish we had more time swimming.

Pool closes at 5pm on Sunday and does not re-open until Friday. Entire stay was based on the pool amenities. We arrived Sunday, at 445pm. We were bummed.

This place is amazing. I got to see my normal favorite staff. Ashley at the Snack bar. Kevin and Keith around pool. They have the nicest lifeguards around and pool was well maintained. My major complaint was the DAMN POOL was TOO COLD. The maintenance guys showed me that it was 86°. Whatever the actual reading was Too Cold. Bettty was amazing at the Arcade and evryone was else was fabulous. I do want Cash to know that the young lady working the front desk....She goes by KK. Cash, she needs some serious Customer Service. My Granddaughter and I have been to too this property now for 3 times. We will be back, when and if yall can raise water temperature at Indoor Playground.

The water park was nice but the staff needs to have other guests give up the double rivers for guests waiting on them.

No pool or waterpark on mondays, tuesdays or wednesdays No refrigerator or microwave in rooms No hot chocolate in casino Games not working in arcade Over all it is a nice resort i will be staying there again.

Grandkids loved the water park. I think they are having issues getting enough employees. Didnt seem like there was anyone in charge.

We were disappointed to find out the waterpark is closed all week during our check in, but excited about the arcade - until we tried to go play. Half the machines out of service, and the gameplay was so expensive(typically casino arcades are cheaper and since it’s all swipe card it’s hard to tell how much each play is even costing). The prizes in the machines were Oriental Trading garbage, so you pay to play and if you’re lucky enough to win - you’re still not really winning. Breakfast was the same thing - they only have full breakfast on weekends. The kids were happy with waffles and cereal, and very happy to get chocolate milk so that was nice. The room AC was nice and cool, and the room is a good size. The beds were not comfortable and the mattress kept sliding off. The pillows were very comfy, though! The kids really enjoyed the “haunted” tv that kept changing channels. I wish the room had a fridge and microwave, because traveling with kids means a lot of snacking and this location is a bit far from everything. Staff was friendly and kind. Common areas are beautiful and looked very cozy. If I were traveling alone or with a partner those would be a nice spot to hangout and enjoy the free wifi which was very fast. Overall it isn’t a bad hotel, and their pricing is fair. I hope to return when the water park is open and hopefully the arcade will all be working. I will say the rubber duck claw machine is super fun, and also a big hit with the kids. :)

Park was cool. Locker room was absolutely unusable. It was so dirty. Dirty diapers everywhere mold everywhere water that wouldn’t drain everywhere trash over flowing toilets were filthy snack bar was out of everything and the beds were incredibly hard. No pullout couches. We booked a two rooms and ended up with six people and two beds.

I looked under my beds sheets. My mattress cover was covered in yellow stains and human hair that did not belong to me. They took over four hours to take care of this problem and they didn’t even come in and take care of it. They had us change it with a king when we needed a queen And then got mad when we stripped all the sheets and mattress pad for the next people that came to stay there. I normally strip the beds at other hotels anyway, but I definitely did it at this one to make sure the next person that stayed there had to clean room plus my room was supposed to be non-smoking and all I could smell and all the hallways was smoke. The only thing good about the trip was the waterpark.

Our stay was great, the room was not very clean. The carpet seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the sheets were dirty.

The waterpark was great! The hotel stay had some issues. The pillows, blankets, and shower had hair left. The phone did not work. Kids were allowed to run up and down the hallways screaming until after midnight when I had to call the front desk to kindly ask them to make it stop. The bunk bedroom did not have its own remote to the tv so we had to share. I did ask the front desk for an extra remote and they brought one to the room. The breakfast was great.

The area close to the elevators had popcorn on the floor on Monday when we arrived and the mess was still there when we left on Wednesday.

Cleanliness of the bunks in the room was a little questionable. Bring Clorox wipes and be prepared to wipe down the bunks if you're booking a family suite. Overall it was a decent stay, we were just a little taken back that the bunk beds weren't clean.

Extremely overpriced for the condition of the room. The bathroom was dirty - some type of liquid had dripped down & dried down the wall by the mirror. The body wash & conditioner pump containers in the shower were completely empty. Noisy patrons across the hall (yelling at kids & slamming doors). The room felt humid & sticky - maybe from the indoor water park? There was only one electrical outlet near the bed the only other convenient outlet was for the coffee maker on the other side of the room. Súper inconvenient for two guests. A few things I liked: Check in staff was amazing & convenience for attending a concert. I will definitely attend another concert there, but I am not likely to stay at the hotel.

Beds aren't comfortable. Free breakfast on week days is just waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt and cold cereal. Breakfast area kept running out of coffee. Room keys got deactivated every morning and we had to get new keys so that was inconvenient. The suite was spacious sothat was good

Employees were really friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There was no microwave or refrigerator. That was not a problem for me since I was only staying one night. But seemed a little strange. Most places I have stayed has those things. Overall experience was good. Will stay again sometime.

Had a great stay. Ladies at the front desk were friendly & fast. All of the furnishings were up to date & esthetically pleasing. Only thing in my room that was off was my mattress. It had an indent in the upper half of it like somebody had previously slammed down into the bed & caused a problem with the frame. Also missing a microwave. The food in the flatwater cafe was great & service was super friendly. The breakfast was also great. The arcade is very reasonably priced for the games. The lady who works in the arcade gets flustered easily & i had to hear her rant about how much she hated her job & how she only had it for the insurance while she fixed the game card machine. There was a gentleman who was super friendly throughout our stay. I assume he was a manager of some kind. First saw him helping clean rooms, he stopped what he was doing just to help me. He continued to offer help & ask how we were doing everytime he saw us & i really appreciated it. The waterpark was great & lifeguards seemed super attendant. Will be coming back!

It's a nice place, in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are good size but bed is hard and pillows are so stiff and puffed out, it's hard to sleep well. Motel 6 has better beds.

Noisy until 2Am with kids running up and down the hallways. No fan in the bathroom so taking a dump in peace and quiet is impossible. Bed are probably the most uncomfortable thing I've slept on since the floor at my house. If you're going to be labeled as a "resort" casino, than there needs to be better protocols in place to minimize complaints and improve morale and guest experiences.

No walk-in shower. No refridgerator. Ice machine on floor was broke. Rooms are far from casino.

Easy access from hotel to casino. Be aware the casino has different hours and might not open until 10 a.m. and closes early depending on the day. You can request a room closer to the casino. Also has a water park kids area. Requesting room closer to casino also avoids kid traffic. Food restaurants casino and hotel were reasonable.

When I called about the pool they misinformed me about the closing time. But other than that it was a good stay

Upon checking in the front entrance has birds nest in numbers. To go to my car the next morning there’s bird poop covered all on my car. Also after calling room service for extra towels I was told to come pick them up at the front desk myself, and after going there I was told they’re out and housekeeping will bring you some. Well that never happened because I waited until it was almost time to check out. Breakfast was very disappointing with nothing but cereal and a waffle to choose from. No fruit and no protein or eggs. A very nice facility that’s lacking attention.

Our check in was handled great, friendly and fast. And the concert was Awesome. The rest of the place very lacking. The bar first off, the drinks were over priced for the lack of alcohol in them. And I can state that with a fact because we did not get to have lunch so after one drink at least two I should have had a buzz and did not. My husb mentioned this to the bartender and the little girl just looked at him like a zombie and made no comment one way or the other and idk if she was new or not but did not know how to make anything. Very poor service there. And then after the concert we went to the Flatwater bar and grill to grab some dinner. We walked in the front door and again, the hostess and another person there just looked at us like 'what do you want'. Ah, to be seated??? My husb said never mind we'll go sit at the bar. The bartender there a girl was very friendly however, the guy helping her was not and neither had any comment when our food came out and we expressed that not only was it not hot it was just barely warm. She just chuckled when I said the fries were cold. I mean what is going on here, this place needs to send all their people to a customer service school or something. So needless to say we didn't even see a need to waste anymore money there so we got up and went and had breakfast someplace else on our way back home. Not sure if we'll ever be going back again either.

room very clean. Most of the staff was friendly. A couple of them could probably use some training on how to be more welcoming and friendly. The waiter we had at he grill was fantastic, the lady in the arcade on the second day was great. The front desk staff was okay. All other staff really didn't come across that friendly or welcoming. The room was very clean.

Kids enjoyed the water park! The restaurant was buffet only so we left the property to dine! Couldn’t get any help to get extra towels. I would rate the service not so good in regards to not responding! The hotel employees were nice otherwise.

Not much to do or eat outside of casino. Parts of town run down.

I like the convenience of watching a concert at event center and then heading to my room.

Great weekday rate. They used to offer a hot breakfast but now it's continental. Can't complain too much as no other hotel in that price range offers breakfast.

Room was good, clean. No refrigerator so good thing we brought a cooler. Restaurant buffet was horrible. Most of the food was visually unappealing and not hot. The snack bar was by far a better dining option but is mostly fried bar food. Water park really us way smaller than it appears online and was a no go for us.

Complimentary breakfast was great. Just enough, you get a lot more on the weekends but weekday breakfast was just as good. No complaints was very clean and enough for everyone.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was pitiful. For being a casino hotel we expected more. No protien options at all. Other than that our stay was fine.

No place to eat except the snack shop. Bring back your fine dining!
