The first two rooms we were shown were dirty,tired and shabby. The third was ok….ish. The wonderful operations manager was very kind and upgraded us to a suite which was a lot bigger brighter and cleaner but still extremely tired and not worth the money. The pool area and bar were stunning though.

We stayed at The Westin Resort Ubud over the Easter long weekend in April 2025 for four nights and had an exceptional experience. This was our first time in Ubud and a return to Bali after 10 years, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We spent most of our time at the resort and loved every moment. The yoga and fitness sessions with Heri each morning were a great way to start the day. We had deeply relaxing massages at the Heavenly Spa, and the floating breakfast in our pool villa was a highlight. Breakfast overall was amazing—great variety and quality—and the restaurant staff, especially Suchi, were incredibly warm and accommodating. I also attended the barista course, which they kindly customised to focus on latte art for me. A wonderful touch. The front office team were always courteous and helpful. We’re leaving feeling totally recharged and already planning to come back. Highly recommend!

A gorgeous, laid back property. The infinity pool overlooking the river and jungle is wonderful, as are the bar and Westin farm. The Indonesian food is delicious (the Ayam Betutu is a stand out dish) and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The two bed room suites are huge. Superb.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Westin Ubud. This hotel is new, beautiful and peaceful. The pool was amazing and the view was gorgeous while sipping a cocktail. The family suite we stayed in was beautiful, big and clean. The Heavenly Spa is heavenly and the food is the best we have ever had at a hotel anywhere in the world. We loved every meal, the breakfast Buffett was amazing. The staff were helpful and lovely, although many did seem to be training, but that was not a problem at all. The kids club is small but clean and nice for a break and play for our kids with an attached small kids pool that was a nice touch. We would highly recommend to any young families looking for a quiet relaxing area where can chill or use as a base to adventure out on day trips if you like.

Well beyond expectation. Looking at the pictures before our stay, we thought it was going to be a so-so experience because the hotel doesnt look as big as others around the area. However, our experience was wonderful! Service was flawless, quick, and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and it truly felt like a 5 star experience. This stay was the absolute best my partner and I have had ever had in Bali. The service was AMAZING. The staff were friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond - no request we had was too much. The food was delicious - every meal was very good. On our last day the restaurant staff had a special birthday surprise for my partner. We will definitely be back ❤️

Dewa Yudana, Food & Beverage Manager, deserves applause for listening to our honest feedback on the New Year’s eve buffet. We loved every minute of our stay here. the staff are amazing. We stayed in a family 2 bedroom and it was perfect. Pool and facilities are top notch and so relaxing, perfect for what our family needed - a few days away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The food was excellent but cocktail list definately needs improving needing more tropical cocktails instead of the fermented ones but all in all our stay was wonderful!
