Very clean property with great staff. Had no issues at check-in and throughout my stay. Parking is very easy and convenient. I would stay again.

Toilet seat in room 104 is (was) loose, hard to clean yourself, seat will made you feel like falling in, cheap quality. Carpet was wet in between the entrance door and the door to the restroom. Going from the room to the front desk is the ICE machine always Overflowing, reported to front desk, hours later was worse. NEEDS maintenance. Better stop

There is no parking space in front of the hotel. The car park is behind and few space of beside. We parked side parking but Someone theft our car taillight. The cost of replacement is $6,500.00. But hotel said not responsibility. We are not going to go back to that area.

To begin with the elevator doesn't work right. We were getting in all of a sudden the door closes fast and it hit me. When i told the front desk they looked at me like they had no idea what i was talking about. And the beds are horrible and breakfast was the worst we have had at a hotel

Clean pool and fitness area. Clean rooms, nice service.

Clean room and very comfortable bedding. The bedding was as comfortable as some high end places I’ve stayed. Pillows were amazing. Breakfast was average. Good selection if you’re vegetarian. Oatmeal had a lot of topping choices from different nuts and seeds to dried fruit. Only major disappointment was the pool. My daughter joined me hoping to get some pool time and tanning. The pool is outdoors but covered with a small area outside of the pool in the sun but that’s dependent on the time of day. If you don’t want a pool with direct sunlight I’d highly recommend. If you’re wanting a pool with sun exposure, keep looking!

The carpet was very dirty, and the wall apart in the bathroom was peeling. But the breakfast was great, and front desk staff was super friendly.

Bathroom was not clean . Hair in the shower with used soap left behind . Walls in bathroom were dirty Mold in shower stall . Sink had grime and hair left behind . Tissue box had like five tissues stuffed in it . Bed side table was dirty . Lazy house keeping, in my opinion. Medical center area location which is sad they don’t clean better knowing people are coming to get some much needed rest and would appreciate a clean room. Will not stay at this location again .

The room and especially the bathroom was very dirty. Long black hairs all over the place. The shower basin had black growth on it. There was a random sticker that looked to be from the top of someone’s deodorant was stuck to the wall and there was red residue near the sink. Nothing close to what I would expect from a Marriott property.

The room was clean and the property was well maintained. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The receptionist gave me the keys went to the room and the bed was undone towels on the floor in the restroom, went right back to let the receptionist know she gave me a different room went to the 2nd room got there seemed clean I opened the fridge to put my baby’s milk and there’s a red stain inside the fridge (not clean) I let it go since it was already late and my kids were ready to lay down. Then I removed the bed sheets to lay down and there’s 2 long hairs on the bed it was just disgusting i had a feeling the rooms have not been cleaned properly and I don’t even know if those sheets where changed at all… good thing I always carry my own sheets and pillow cases because I would hate to sleep on dirty sheets especially my kids. I used the couch bed and omg literally no bed cover to put over the mattress I checked the closet nothing!! The couch mattress was very old and uncomfortable to sleep in. Next morning as I’m checking out there’s 2 women talking in the front desk I’m standing there waiting for them to finish their conversation so they can help me I’m just staring at them I said I was checking out, I asked if one of them was the manager she said no we don’t have a manager on site so I told her about the rooms etc she said okay like she didn’t care and she said “I’ll let someone know and apologized” I was hoping for a discount or something for the inconvenience for giving me literally a DIRTY ROOM to begin with. I honestly do not recommend.

When we checked in late at night, we noticed the carpet had not been vacuumed. Too tired and with two small children it wasn’t worth trying to get it corrected. Two cold showers later (no hot water), we were getting concerned about what problems the hotel may be having. In the light of day, we noticed crumbs on the sheets in one bed and hair (not ours) and coffee spots in the other. It was disgusting to know we did sleep on clean sheets. It’s a fairly new hotel, but I think it has some major issues.

I really wanted to give this place another chance, but unfortunately, this stay confirmed I won’t be coming back. When I arrived, the bathroom towels had hair on them, the entire room smelled like urine, and the walls were paper thin. I could hear the man in the room next to me blasting his TV and what sounded like a full-on party. It was loud and disruptive well into the night. At 1:30am, I finally had enough and called the front desk. The gentleman working was very kind, he walked back to my room with me and confirmed there was an issue. At 2:15am, he knocked on my door and offered to move me to another room. By that point, I was exhausted and declined the offer because I had to be up by 5:30am and didn’t have the energy to move rooms in the middle of the night. This wasn’t my first disappointing stay. Months ago, I had another bad experience: the room was filthy, the room phone was broken and falling apart, and the shower only had cold water. I had hoped things had improved, but sadly, they haven’t. Between the cleanliness issues, bad smell, noise problems, and past experience, I can’t recommend this hotel—and I definitely won’t be staying here again.

The hotel seemed dirtier than other times. When we stepped out of the elevator, there was a lot of dirt on the carpet. The wallpaper on the restroom was coming off. There was hair on the tub. There was a water dispenser by the downstairs elevators where the area was really dirty.

The hotel in all was very clean. As soon as you walk into your room you smell a scent of freshness. I liked the idea of having two tv’s in the room one for the adults and one for the kids. The room was very spacious. The location was convenient. My only complaints were that the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the bathtub area showed signs of peeling and rust around the bathtub.

Nice and clean. The lobby was beautiful, great staff, very courteous and professional. Room were overall clean. Looks clean. The only compliant I have is the wall and door is thin. I can hear people’s voice. The bed itself was too soft for me but that’s people’s preference so not gonna say it was bad. Bathroom were clean, maybe the shower’s sliding door need to be fixed since the water leaks out. The breakfast was alright. Its free so can’t complain about. But overall, nice and good hotel.

Not a big fan of the area. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Quite a bit of road noise.

Nice place overall. First room I got the AC didn’t work. The front desk change my room within a few minutes! Second room was nice and cold! But it did have a faint odor of fishy. Think it was from the AC. Like that it had an iron and ironing board in the room Nice TV. Great bed and pillows. Shower was high up. Would definitely stay there every time I go and see my kids.

Room was amazing super clean! Loved the shower and view. Check in was amazingly easy and fast! There for a business trip definitely going to return next time I am in town

Hotel is great and in a good location. Room 434 and probably any rooms on that side of the building are close to a bar whose music is loud enough to hear in the room until 2:00 am

The hotel appears to be old. Check in was limited, no usps mail service and she didn’t know where we could go to get it. No maps, no signage in the laundry room. Room was a good size although lighting was low. Cleaning meant new towels and trash emptied. Beds were not made. Doors had a gap at the bottom so you could hear everything in the halls. Carpeting is dark which makes everything darker. Could use more cleaning and vacuuming. Breakfast was just ok, hot foods were not hot, turkey sausage looked like leather, shared salt and pepper shakers.

Staff made the stay great with all of them having a great attitude towards guests on all encounters, creating the perfect environment for a worry free stay.

After a small misunderstand, everything was wonderful. The GM, Orie, was so helpful and even was able to give us a ground floor near an exit for the convenience of getting my service dog in and out. She was an outstanding lady. Breakfast was very good and a good assortment.

I asked about it and the employee told me that the extra charges would drop off. The extra amount did not drop off. I called three different times to speak with someone about it. Three different employees took my information and said that a manager would call me back about it. It has now been a month since my first call and no one has called me back. I have been with Expedia for a long time and this is the first time I was charged more by the hotel than the price Expedia said I would pay. As far as our stay it was ok. The breakfast was not consistent. One day there was a lot of food and the next day there was hardly any. An employee was emptying the garbage cans, wearing gloves, and then the same employee was restocking the food, wearing the same gloves. That really grossed us out. We also experienced the very loud music till 2 am. When we called about it, we were told that it would happen every night. We were not offered another room. When we checked in all of the parking spots were filled. The employee instructed us to park in the fire zone. It was kind of up and down with our experience but after not hearing back from the hotel about the extra charges, it was a really negative experience.

Overall the hotel was a pretty good hotel who was clean good breakfast the experience on the app was not the greatest since the picture of the room I selected had a pull out sofa and the actual room did not also on the description it says that roller beds are allowed yet the hotel indicated that they have no roller beds because it's hazardous my experience was not the best as a result of this matter but overall capa

I called at 3:00am this morning on my drive from Kansas City Missouri to San antonio Texas. A 12 hour drive. I asked the front desk if I could add another day. So I could check in early at 5:00am. The front desk on the phone told me my room was still available for the day before my reservation. She told me she made a note so I could check in early. She told me I might be charged. I told her that was alright as long as I could check in early I don’t mind paying it. When I arrived at the hotel this morning at 8am. I went to the front desk. And I asked if I could check and I was told she could not check me in till maybe noon. I asked if I could pay more or get another room. Or if I could use the pool or the breakfast while I waited for my room. She said the room wasn’t cleaned or available yet. And that there was nothing she could do till after 12:00pm. She was so cold and so mean. I’m a paying customer and I wasn’t asking for anything free I wanted to pay another day so I didn’t have to sleep outside in the car for hours. The manager orie Torres said she could no let me stay in the lobby or the pool while I waited for my room to be ready. I could not pay for another day to check in early. I could not even start check in. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I will keep staying at hotels. She has no respect or compassion whatsoever. I drive over 12 hours and called ahead. She said she didn’t know why someone would have told me I could check in early over the phone. She made zero

Our checkin Thursday afternoon was amazing, excellent front desk staff, we have an ESA and checked him in at desk at checkin... 4 months old and in training 1 month... at checkout the rude, nasty female staff person (middle age, short and stocky) came as the first nice young staff checked us out... she informed me there were several complaints from guests as to our ESA barking.. we were in our room with him all day and night and left with him to husband's liver appt.next day.after checkout... never did anyone inform us that he had been complained on, yet she rather rudely belittled me in front of other guests, our ESA did bark for 2 seconds when a dog barked on the show we were watching but it didn't warrant "several complaints"... we were first floor, in laundry area, with only one neighbor ...she TOLD me we would not be allowed to stay there if our ESA barked, as I explained to her he is young and learning/training, she loudly said HE SHOULD NOT BARK BECAUSE THEY TRAIN HIM NOT TO... SO to say we will never be back, even though we have stayed there 2 years for husband's kidney transplant process, AND now his liver followups... she could have explained to me away from other guests and been more compassionate ... we are not there for pleasure, we are there for convenience to hospital/clinic as we are nearly 70 years old and driving in a city is trying... so now this is the only hotel we have ever stayed in with such a rude staff as her

Excellent and quick service. Close to nearby hospitals, dining, and shopping. Only complaint was a noisy upstairs guest, but management got them to quiet down and the rest of the stay was great.

We booked a week for an employee, but needed to cut the stay short one night due to a conflict. Called to speak to the front desk and the member of staff i spoke to could not have been more rude. She would not stop repeating the same phrase "i cannot make this decision, i have to speak to the manager" and when I asked her "why won\'t you let me speak? I just want to explain our situation so you can let the manager know" she hung up on me and would not answer the phone when I called back. Thankfully the issue was resolved and that is why I am not giving it a one star review, but we will definitely not be staying here again unfortunately.

breakfast could have a few more items, the pillows could use some work they are a little on the thin side shops, Stores, restaurants are with in 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel and the Ut health is a 5 minute ride to the hospital overall a good location.

This hotel has an excellent location and a terrifically friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Although the hotel is in the Medical Center area,our view was mostly treetops, which was lovely. Between the hotel and I-10 are many wonderful places to eat, including a great variety of Latin, Middle Eastern, Seafood, and South Asian places to eat and shop for groceries. There's also an excellent HEB grocery at the intersection of Wurzbach and I-10. We'd gladly stay here again.

Plenty of dinning options and downtown San Antonio is 15 to 20 minutes away.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast was actually really good!

Nice breakfast and Staff. Air Conditioners at bed side could get some TLC, I see black spots in the vents.

Bathroom wasn't that clean, there was no soap or conditioner. Breakfast items ran out fast. Staff was friendly.

Everything was great! From booking to check in and check out things were just right. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice and the attendant was nice and helpful as well as front desk person. Will stay here again.
