Great stay, the breakfast offering in particular exceeded my expectations from a 4 star hotel. The service by the chefs was spectacular literally no ask is small or too big for them. What I didn’t understand from a value perspective is the lounge access, nothing wow at all, the food was limited, the set up not great. Infact the facilities available to everyone are much better. There really is no point to the executive lounge. The other disappointment was the slow lift services due to a failed lift which wasn’t fixed for more than 4 days. This resulted in long waiting periods for the lift which was a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise overall a great stay.

The pool isnt blue at all. Was green I upgraded and paid for 2 executive rooms with lounge access. The description says espresso machine and had nothing. When i called reception they argued with me that the room does not come with the espresso machine. Kids club is just a small room with filthy and broken toys. The tv is removed from the wall, just the remote is there. Staff are rude and unhelpful at reception. Akash is very rude and needs to learn how to treat guests. No turn down service. Entrances to the mall are all closed except one which is difficult to get to as the lift close to it does not work. No halal options at all for lounge access guests. Hotel areas. Other guests were very noisy, drunk and making scenes at reception as well as by the pool area. Definitely not a hotel for families

All good until 2 30am when a party started in the room next door and call reception 2 times and they sent the party down to the pool area just below my window. Call reception another 2 times and nothing happened. But 4 30am it finally the party ended. Nice to get up at 530 to catch a morning flight after a night like that.

I really dont like that half toilet rolls were put in my room. I think those halves should be kept for the public toilets in the hotel and not the rooms. its really not hygienic.

This is the second time that I have stayed at the Radisson Blu and requested a twin room. Neither time have I actually received ed a twin room but rather a double. The first time i complained and we had to wait nearly 2 hrs for housekeeping to come round and separate out the beds, this time we didn't even bother to ask. If the hotel is going to offer double or twin then they should ensure that they provide what was requested. Very frustrating! Otherwise the hotel is beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and pillows, nice water pressure and great breakfast!

The 1st room i was in, was awful in that it had an interleading door to the next room and i coukd hear the people nect door, the whole night. I called reception to complain. Not much was done. I hardly slept. Then was disturbed at 5h30am by music from that same room. I had to ask for a change of room

Stay very good. But found it strange that such a beautiful hotel does not have bathtubs. My wife always insist on bathtub. Secondly, for a hotel like Radisson you expect gowns & sleepers. That’s what you get in other Radisson hotels.

Stayed at the Radisson for a girls trip. The room was lovely. Big floor to ceiling window. Excellent soundproofing. Very comfortable bed, good quality linen and towels. Great location to the beach, and getting around Umghlanga.

Overall the stay was ok. Rooms are modern, well appointed, and bed really comfy. Service on the whole was slow, particularly at the front desk. 6 odd people standing around and not one person looks up to ask if you have been served or need something. If you are looking to be able to open a window for fresh air, then not the place to stay. Freshly prepared breakfast was good, and the chef went out of his way and prepared a really good omelet. The buffet however was not great at all and freshness left a lot to be desired, particularly the coffee from the machine.

front desk was not helpful , many people whom work at the hotel don't know much about hospitality and hotel management on how to treat guest and co-ordination and conduct of the hotel . House keep takes ages to respond to anything. Stay was very average so was the food at the hotel

We had lounge access with our booking however the hotel was very busy with a number of events. The manager in recognition upgraded our room and provided in room service. The following day the deputy manager helped me and my wife with a harbour cruise and provided a complimentary evening meal. The hotel made our stay so special and I thank the hotel manager and deputy manager for spending the time with us and helping to make our stay a great one.

The Hotel is amazing, and everything. I was disappointed with service from front desk. Extended our stay and booked sea view and we were swoped around our room was given to some guest and were left to occupy the room we did not book. Our welcome message was still giving us the initial room which was 1222. We were forced to stay 8th floor as there were no longer rooms available on the 01 Jan 2025.

The property was not close to the beach as it was advertised on the web. It is inconvenient to get in and out of the property due to the heavy traffic Room was not ready when we got to the reception . We had to wait for about 3 hours before we got one.

Venue was in excellent location 1 block from the beach and adjacent to luxury shopping!plenty of dining and bar options that take advantage of stunning views and food. Staff is super friendly, helpful and very accomodationg. Will stay again on my next trip.

Hotel was busy and the staff appeared to be overwhelmed. Breakfast was mediocre for a 4 star hotel. One coffee machine was broken and the other working one produced cold and weak coffee.
