They was nothing around this place. The restaurant was closed. I had no place to eat. It was in ten minutes. Pool was Dirty it also had way too much chlorine. I though Breakfast came with it instead 2 Pancakes $13 & 2 Pieces of French Toast $13....very Poorly run. Unfriendly room service. Wont stay there again

Nice area, clean place and the cookies at the reception area were a nice touch at check-in. The only thibg was that there was a shortage of towels in the pool area. 50 min. drive to hoopgroup's headquarters and the beach was not so bad, especially for the price we paid.

The rooms were spacious and clean. And the front desk agent was also very welcoming. Overall this is a great hotel for a stay in the area. My one complaint is when walking around the hotel, I noticed that other guests left puddles from the pool in common areas such as the elevator. I am recovering from a knee injury and nearly slipped while stepping into the elevator.

Check in was easy with yummy cookies. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The pool area and work out room was clean and new equipment. The restaurant was great for a late night bite with great service, and great breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good location to pull off 95 for a good night’s rest. Clean, very safe, comfortable and modern. No breakfast included but has a restaurant serving breakfast. Complimentary coffee in lobby was good. Free parking.

It was a nice hotel pool was fun for the kids and I love the 24 hours gym and staff was very nice except for the cleaning people we had to tell them we needed new sheets and towels

Brown stains on the towels, stains in bedspread. Otherwise room was clean and bed was good. Heard non-stop banging from upstairs and next door rooms all night long, and door slamming and people screaming in halls. Got no sleep. Breakfast was good. Good amount of options. Staff was fine. Will not return due to incredible amount of room noise. May as well stay in a cheaper hotel if I will hear that much noise.

Overall the staff was super friendly and pretty clean. After laying in our bed for an hour (not arriving until late) I smelled pee. Turns out someone previously peed in the bed and a change of sheets didn't mask the smell. I didn't say anything to the front desk since I knew after not sleeping and arriving late my words wouldn't be nice even though it wasn't the front desks fault.

I really liked this place they have a giant pool and outside seating. They have a restaurant for breakfast which was like $20 per person and not so different from a regular hotel breakfast. The place can be expensive depending when you go. Super super super nice rooms no microwave in the room but there's one to use in the lobby. Fridge in every room. And showers with glass doors. The hotel has a super weird deadend road which is the only way to get into the parking lot and a lot of half finished buildings next to it but it's super quiet and has super great AC and heat very good shower with hot water. Very very comfy beds with four pillows sheets and a big blanket. I love coming here for the formula drift and race events!! I wish there was more shade in the parking lot. The elevator is in an odd place but I really like this place

It was mediocre at best. The restaurant was extremely understaffed and so slow. The food was only ok. The maids never came to clean our room… and the TV was smashed so not in use.

Good-Close to freeway exit and entry. The windows were good at keeping out street noise. No drafts from the windows . Easy parking. Bad-Room 510 is close to the elevator so very noisy through the hall door. Excessively loud ding every time the elevator door opened.

Walls are paper thin. Was awaken to people talking at 1:40am and kids yelling. Room is was in was adjoined to another room. Next time will ask for a non asking room if available. Also requested extra towel and had to call twice and still never received.

We had a wonderful stay! Although it was just for one night, everything was excellent. I called ahead to inquire about early check-in, and we were fortunate to get it. The gentleman who checked us in on Saturday morning was incredibly kind, though I wish I could remember his name. We also dined at the restaurant, where the bartender, Ellie, was delightful and crafted fantastic drinks. My only complaint was regarding the food; while it was decent for the price, I found the salmon dish with mashed potatoes and broccoli to be quite dry and salty. Aside from that, our stay was fantastic! The rooms were cozy and modern, and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

Anytime we needed anything from room service the people in the front desk didnt care, we asked for towels at the front desk for 3 days and they always said that they didnt have any cause people at the pool used them. What kind of hotel doesn't have enough towels and they said they couldnt do anything about it. We asked them for a bottle opener and they said they lost it just a couple minutes ago. Bad service

Front desk isn’t welcoming at all. There was a sign stating that they were away from the desk . The phone rang 3 separate times and someone came to answer it . At no point did the front desk person greet me or ask if I needed help . I eventually asked if I could check in . Upon check out, different person did not say hello or good morning . They also attempted to assist other guests although I was there first and waiting. The room itself was nice. The first check in and my final check out ( I stayed more than one night) experience impacted my rating.

Lee, who checked us in, was great, though the hotel needs a better exit. The restaurant terrible. We were told to call at 8:45 PM to arrange for our dinner to be prepared and ready for us at 9 PM. We called repeatedly several ways, to include through the hotel front desk, and they would not answer the phone.

The property is very modern with a Tuscany farm like feel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from the front desk through the maids. The attached restaurant 390 Prime was pricey and okay; but nothing to write home about. I expected better for those prices. North Jersey/NYC prices for just mediocre. The Caesar salad tasted like something out of those pre made packaged salads and the steak lacked flavor. I can say the French onion soup was pretty good. I definitely will be staying here for all of my future visits when I come see my family.
