“Just because it’s called suite, don’t think you’re getting two rooms” no, just one room with a couch and stub that sticks out 4” like it’s dividing something. The term suite is used rather loosely. And in this case, it is borderline deceptive, or outright deceptive. I would like a full refund. And then I would like a FREE future reservation for my wife and I for one night, for one room, so that we get to have the experience we were hoping too. I have more info. I need to be contacted aright away to discuss MAKING IT RIGHT. The room I chose said queen suite in its title (sleeps 6). I have documented the room descriptions each from your website and hotels.com. I’m sorry but it simply did not show adequate photos. I needed two rooms. Fortunately one employee Derrick (who was definitely not the larger woman) who’s attitude was terrible and disgusting. Up front calling herself manager. put the laptop in front of my face and showed me how it was “so obviously” pictured as a suite. It’s a funny thing I have all pictures of rooms and descriptions on your app. And my room was listed as only “2 queen suite” while the one she chose to show me like an angry 11 year old would who’s trying to prove she right is enough to keep me from this location in the future. We booked this room with handicap access and it was better than any motel room I've stayed in. The room was clean, the shower was easily accessible and the staff was welcoming. On a scale of 1-5 this is easily a 10!

Was great for the price and the staff was friendly.
