Hot tub didn’t have working jets. I’d called a day in advance to be sure the tub was functional and was assured it was. We love to relax in a hot tub. Front desk person tried to gaslight me saying it was working when I and 3 other guests said it wasn’t. She was very unpleasant and it really colored our stay.

The facility was clean, staff was exceptional, we didn't have enough towels in our room after the children came up from the pool the night we arrived. When the grandchildren went swimming the next morning, the towel cart was empty. There were 3 other children swimming while our grandchildren were swimming between 9 am and 10 am. Luckily our 2 grandchildren had robes to dry off with before exiting the pool facilities to go back to our room. Also the button to the 2nd floor in one of the elevators, wasn't working and a young man said he would just get off on the 4th floor with us and walk back downstairs to the 2nd floor. The complimentary breakfast had numerous choices to choose from. Two different types of small omelets, two types of sausages, muffins, bagels, yogurts, pancakes and more, 3 types of juices & coffee, inconveniently located across the room from the food. The woman in the dining room was friendly and attentive to any needs in the dining area. I found the queen size beds to be very firm and pillows soft.

After not arriving until 1am i asked for a late checkout and house keeping kept coming in the room every hour starting at 8am. I was sitting at the desk working after the second visit from house keeping and a cockroach crawled up my bare leg which i killed and showed the front desk when i checked out. Overall not a great experience.

The room was a handicap room. And the handicap features actually got in the way when trying to shower. The shower also had almost no water pressure. There was fecal matter on the wall next to the toilet. The Kleenex box in the bathroom was empty.

The hallway carpet is so gross. Around each door it looks like pepto has been spilled on it. It has a weird pink color. During my stay someone had tried to open my door. Luckily, I had the deadbolt locked to prevent that. About 10 minutes later the front desk called to ask me for my name because there had been a mix-up with room keys. The phone also rang just one ring really late at night and again at 7:30am. It woke me up. One of the worst stays of anywhere I've been.

We booked this room online for a quick one night stop during a cross country trip in late June. The area was extremely quiet. We arrived around midnight and the clerk was wide awake and ready for reception. The check in was quick and we received an unexpected upgrade. The room was VERY clean, but it was hot and smelled a little musty. We had full control of the AC, so after about two hours of full 60° push, the room cooled off. The black out curtains were awesome and beds were the best I have ever slept on, so much so, that we over slept. We left before breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but we will be staying here on our way back. The price of the room was also the best/cheapest for the area and for the quality of the property and the room

The standard rooms don't have mini fridges or microwaves. Even most crappy hotels have those. The room was nice and clean with a great shower, but I won't be back until they put fridges and microwaves in every room.

Walls were pretty thin and we could hear the people above us a lot. Property was ok, but thought it was a bit dated in the room amenities. Most hotels have streaming tvs and mini fridges now which this room didn’t. To be honest I didn’t look at that when booking, so my fault but it was disappointing. Some fast food in walking distance but it was kinda isolated but still a quick drive to town. Staff wasn’t very friendly except for the breakfast woman and the housekeeping staff had their doors open by the front area and cussing loudly, glad I didn’t have little kids with me.

It was clean and had a good breakfast, but we didn’t have much air conditioning. It didn’t get below 76 degrees in our room and there wasn’t any fans to keep the air moving. Pretty miserable night. We wish they would have offered to move us to a different room or something but they didn’t. We let them know about the AC problem twice that evening before going to bed, they just kept telling us it would cool down eventually, it didn’t.

Tv never worked. Breakfast was ok but I’ve had better at other holiday inns. Pancake maker broke twice while making my breakfast. Seating was inconvenient. I don’t think the staff cared very much about the problems I had. Besides being in a nice part of town I don’t plan on staying here again.

We have never experienced a more arrogant, rude, and unconcerned hotel manager. He seemed to be completely unappreciative that we were staying at his hotel. We witnessed him being extremely rude to multiple other families that were obviously staying at the hotel with their children who were playing baseball. While I was trying to work with a colleague in the lobby, he came in and turned off all of the lights in an effort to get us to leave. When I spoke to him he was incredibly rude.

The clerk gave me hell checking in Demanded a credit card !!!! I had already paid Expedia for the room Room mirrors were dirty & streaked The room telephone did NOT work! No fan in the bathroom The room had 2 TVs but only “1” remote control!!! Do NOT stay at this IHG!!! I’ve been a PLATINUM IHG member for over 30 years —showed my IHG card & still was a hellish check in! I will NEVER STAY at the HOLIDAY INN ever again!

The property seemed dated, was not very clean and generally worn down. The breakfast was very limited as everything was broken or out of service. There was only water and coffee avalible to drink and the pancake machine was broken. They only had yogurt, bacon amd turkey sausage to eat. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was empty with two hours before it was supposed to close. When this brought to their attention, they didn’t seem to care. The lack of concern for sending two younger kids (and their parents) out of the hotel hungry was surprising. So we paid for breakfast twice- once with the room (which we didn’t get) and then put on the road.

Clean, nice hotel. But, hot tub out of order 2 days, no refrigerator or microwave in room which WAS listed as included by Expedia. Hotel said Expedia's fault. Breakfast ran out of food and drinks way before endimg time.

The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The free breakfast was available until 10:00 which is so much better than the other places we stayed at on our trip that ended at 9:00. Would stay again if passing through Columbia Missouri!

The hotel room and front desk staff was great! Didn’t use any of the amenities…. Biggest complaint, I have 2 special needs kids who only eat like pastries and waffles/pancakes type stuff and the breakfast had no pastries, (a pancake maker that didn’t work or whatever), cereal things were empty, everything seemed empty and no one was really trying to address it. Went to breakfast are around 830 and it was supposed to be open until 11 so should have been stocked. Great for a night sleep, but I avoided cheaper hotels for what I thought would be a better experience
