New bathroom and very clean. Free parking. Comfortable beds and included wifi. However it was a little tricky to find, the google maps didn’t take us exactly to the spot. Very much a travellers hotel, inexpensive and clean. Was very quiet when we checked in- literally not a single car in the lot and looked abandoned. Went to front door and there was a note. Just as I was attempting to translate the note, a person came and let me in. It was a little uncomfortable that is was so quiet and the hallways all dark-no elevator. However for one quick night it was inexpensive and clean and as Canadians we had the added bonus that the Canadian cemetery that we wanted to visit was very close by. Ten minutes drive down to the old town and the port and shops and cute restaurants- would probably stay down in that area instead if I was to do it again.

Le séjour s'est dans l'ensemble bien passé même s'il y a quelques petits points négatifs. En effet, il est dommage de ne pas y avoir d'ascenseur, surtout quand on a beaucoup de bagages et un enfant très jeune. La chambre sous combles manquait un peu de ventilation car il y faisait très chaud. Et enfin, l'isolation phonique n'est pas génial même si la fête qui s'est déroulée à l'extérieur n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel. Donc pas des choses folles non plus, nous avons tout de même passé une bonne nuit.

Séjour d'une nuit, chambre propre, hôtel propre,chambre bien agencé.Employes serviable mais qui ne parle pas français.Mais pas de problème ! Établissement avec quelques retouches à faire, literie confortable,pas d'ascenseur par contre ! Satisfaite de mon séjour,je recommande pour le prix abordable c'est très bien !

First the GOOD POINTS: Good value. A Quiet and safe location. Good parking. Close to the car ferry terminal. Comfortable mattress. Clean room. BAD POINTS: Poor receptionist - had to telephone for assistance in the afternoon. No bar or restaurant. No sign of breakfast even at 07:45 !!! Only 1 bath towel for 2 guests; asked reception for 1 more but incredibly none available. Shower door had a tiny sliding opening !!! OK if you’re ultra skinny but not if you are average build. Very poor TV reception with pixilated frozen screen. Long walk to nearest restaurant or bar. Sponge filled pillows.

Thank goodness the lobby staff helped me up 2 flights of stairs to my room. Although the room was clean it was a pity the carpet was badly stained and it looked like no effort had been made to remove it.

Chambre glaciale le chauffage a été oublié !moquette tachée, 40 cm d’espace pour entrer dans la douche,lunette des toilettes cassée, 1 tasse pour 3 pour le café,velux qui fuient donc moquette mouillée et risque d’incendie(prises electriques sous un velux)les 2 membres du personnel se renvoient la balle (c’est pas moi c’est lui c’est pas moi c’est elle)personnels incompetents.Apres 22h00 une porte reste ouverte pour entrer dans l ’hôtel n’importe qui peut entrer .De plus ,le parking reste ouvert.En ce qui concerne le petit dej,lors de la réservation, nous avons oublie de le mentionner,heureusement, à 12,90€ c’est cher pour ce qui etait proposé. En bref,c’est une très mauvaise expérience. A EVITER.

The staff at this hotel were great, but there seemed to be a lack of management. We arrived late at night for a 3 night stay and the room we were given had an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. The next morning it was still there so we asked to change room. The young man on reception was really helpful and said we could move straight away. We took our belongings up to a 2nd floor room which looked fine until, just as we were going out for the day, we realised that it had no curtains! Again, the receptionist was very helpful and, later in the day, we moved to a very nice room. There were also some issues with the breakfast buffet - some items running out and not being refilled, tables not being cleared and reset etc. This could be a lovely hotel (as it used to be) but it does need maintenance and effective management. Rooms were all very clean, quite large and bright, though some artwork on the walls woul be nice.

Lovely hotel; easy to locate; nice helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. We loved the wet-room bathroom, making showering easy and comfortable. Excellent overnight stop.

Tout à fait satisfait de nos 2! Nuits passées dans l’hôtel. Très calme, bon accueil. Juste la moquette de la chambre tachée, celle-ci pourrait être à remplacer à l’avenir.

I'm not quite sure what this hotel is called...I booked the Sure hotel, you roll up and it says Best Western, and the receipt says another name. Also made it very difficult on google to find. Hotel room was not a 3 star in my opinion. Pillows were super flat, and even though they advertise extra pillows, there was none available when we asked. Shower was filled with pink mold, so much that I wouldn't let my kids step into it. Breakfast was ok, but wasn't worth the money in my opinion. Also, even though I paid for breakfast upon my arrival, on our departure they tried to make me pay again. Good thing I still had my receipt. It did have a microwave in the common area though. This was a bonus.

J’ai connu des bien meilleurs hôtels The Originals dans d’autres villes ! Odeurs de cuisine à l’accueil et dans la chambre. Porte de la douche très étroite, literie molle, une seule tasse à café au lieu de 2. Points positifs : parking de l’hôtel et petit chien accepté.

We had an issue when we checked into one of our rooms at 4pm as it hadn't been cleaned from the last occupant, we had to inform reception twice before it was finally cleaned at around 8.30pm. Not a great start which is a real shame because the rest of the stay was fantastic. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful the second time we mentioned the room, and got it cleaned spotlessly straight away. Both rooms we had were obviously recently refurbished to an excellent standard and we were very impressed considering the price we paid. Nespresso machines in the rooms were a nice touch. Can't comment on breakfast as we left for an early morning ferry, for which the location of this hotel was perfect. Lovely hotel and friendly staff, would definitely recommend as a stopover for the Dieppe ferries as it's cheaper and nicer than getting the night crossing.

Did the job for arriving off the ferry at 10pm but wouldn't stay there again or recommend. Difficult to find and in an industrial estate. When we arrived we were told to get the key from a keysafe box but we hadn't been given a code. The code the guy had didn't work so we had to be given a spare key. The room itself was fine - clean and comfortable enough - but the communal areas were shabby. We came down for breakfast but there were no staff members around and the tables were all covered with dirty plates etc so nowhere to sit. The buffet was also almost empty (it was only around 8.30) so we didn't bother with breakfast. Wouldn't recommend.

The beginning of the stay was very nice, but the last nigth of our stay the alarm from the door starting beeping - loudly at 4 o'clock in the morning. We called for help, but a very young man came and old us, "the alarm will be changed next week...??" He couldn't do anything. He did say, that he would fetch tools to open the alarm, and then it should stop. We waiting an hour, but he did not show up. Obviously we did not get any sleep in the noise. The next day we asked for some kid of compensation, but the staff could not help and told us the manager would call us. He never did! I have never experienced this kind of bad service in a hotel before. The hotel is situated in a kind of industrial area - not nice at all.

New bathroom and very clean. Free parking. Comfortable beds and included wifi. However it was a little tricky to find, the google maps didn’t take us exactly to the spot. Very much a travellers hotel, inexpensive and clean. Was very quiet when we checked in- literally not a single car in the lot and looked abandoned. Went to front door and there was a note. Just as I was attempting to translate the note, a person came and let me in. It was a little uncomfortable that is was so quiet and the hallways all dark-no elevator. However for one quick night it was inexpensive and clean and as Canadians we had the added bonus that the Canadian cemetery that we wanted to visit was very close by. Ten minutes drive down to the old town and the port and shops and cute restaurants- would probably stay down in that area instead if I was to do it again.

Good hotel, handy for our family as some were staying at Camping Vitamin. Quite a long way from Dieppe town. Hotel is much improved after refurbishment. Very nice room and especially bathroom. Staff were all great. Breakfast good.

cet hôtel est classé 3 étoiles. le réceptionniste ne parlait pas francais, mais anglais... La chambre est simple mais tout à fait correcte et une bonne literie. Par-contre le petit-déjeuner était déplorable, même mauvais... De la baguette très industrielle, pareil pour les yaourts, les croissants et pains au chocolat inmangeables, du surgelé de très mauvaise qualité du carton léger comme l'air. 1 tranche de jambon fatiguée. Bref de la très mauvaise qualité.

Personnel masculin qui n'est pas réveillé ni présent pour ouvrir le petit-déjeuner à 7h00( ouverture à 8h40 pour une fermeture à10h00), heureusement que la femme réceptionniste est compétente et professionnelle et relève le niveau de ses collègues.
